The hospitality provided by Mr. Ganesh and Mr. Manikandan was simply excellent. They behaved like our close friends-cum -family members. Mr. Manikandan even gave us a good insight of very old Lord Shiva and Vishnu temple.

My old mother, daughter and myself (all 3 ladies) had been on a trip to Pondicherry, Kanchipuram, Mahabalipuram and Chennai city from 5th to 10th Nov 2023. I booked my travel with Avatar Tours and Travels by searching online and seeing their reviews. Based on my requirement, Mr. Mani sent me the iternary on WhatsApp. He did not give the hotel details or did not mention other terms and conditions in it. He gave a package of 62000/- for 5 nights, 6 days. He is very good at speaking and convincing. He said I should not worry about anything. He has given the best deal and has covered maximum places. Due to my office work pressure, I did not compare this iternary with other travel agents which was a big mistake from my side. I paid him some advance and did the booking. He gave me the hotel details of only 1 hotel, since I insisted, but he did not provide the hotel details of the 2nd hotel till the last day. Before 1 week of travel he started asking for full payment and said he will provide the Chennai hotel name only after that. I paid him full on first day after reaching Pondicherry. Still he did not give Chennai hotel details. Only after following up on our way to Chennai on the last day, he disclosed the hotel name. In short, this guy Mr. Mani is a big liar, not at all proactive, he does not have professional behaviour, he is not even aware of the timings of when the temples, parks etc open. We had to follow up everyday to get the driver details. He does not have drivers or cars in his fleet. He used his personal car to take us around for the 4 days and hired a driver on daily basis. Also, shamelessly requested me to tell that it’s a friend’s car, in case the police stops us at any checkpoints. On the last 2 days he hired a driver with their tourist permit cars, since we had to go to Chennai. He also said that days tour will be only for 5 to 6 hours. If we use the driver and car for more hours than 6 hours in a day, we will be charged extra. After reaching Pondicherry he asked us to pay Rs. 150/- per day to the driver for his lunch, which he says he forgot to mention earlier. We were made to walk, inspite of knowing that I had my elderly mother with me, just to avoid the parking charges which were actually included in the package. At Auroville, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, a mail has to be sent 1 week in advance to enter the dome, but this guy did not give the mail id till last day and we could not enter the dome. Only breakfast and hotel stay was included. Ideally even dinner is provided in the package. Overall I was not happy with his attitude towards the customers and I am at loss of almost Rs. 25000/-, which I had to bear.😒 I gave honest review about Mr. Mani's travel services and he knows it very well what I have mentioned is all correct. He could not digest it and instead of trying to improve his services, he has sent me this message given below. He does not have manners to talk to a lady. See how professional he is and what mentality he has.. "I never ever seen a third rated person like you.. R u really educated? Pitty on you... Third rate attitude. Why don't you reveal your real identity while giving the reviews? Tomorrow I will upload all the proofs along with your photographs..."

We had an excellent time with Mani in his comfortable car. A detailed perspective of the city with a bit of history splashed in. Took us to all the important landmarks and had the best local food and coffee with him. Lovely interactive conversations make you feel you are with a local friend in Pondicherry rather a tour guide. I wish Mani all the best for a great business growth.

It was an absolutely long trip and with a kid involved there are certain challenges, we are thankful to Mr Mani for making sure the trip was a comfortable one inspite of few shortcomings in between which is very normal during long tours . My daughter loves the beach so the highlight for her way how wonderfully beaches were incorporated in the itinerary, the house boat in Kerala was also her fav. My parents visited some very old temples with lot of significance and history which they enjoyed. The accommodations provided throughout the tour were clean , comfortable & friendly apart from the one at Rameswaram, the staffs there weren't helpful but when communicated to Mr Mani he made sure everything was taken care . We recommend his services ... Thank you for the memories made ...

My experience with Avatar Mani Travels was awesome...from the cab booking to hotel rooms to showing places...was over the top... Our trip started at velagani church(queens inn hotel) very spacious, neatly maintained, friendly staff. Next it was Vandayar hotel.. This hotel had good breakfast options and the temples were mind blowing.... Atmosphere at those temples was so so claming and peaceful . Next we moved to shanbhag hotel... it was so great and thitel was well maintained and food was delicious. Mani - was so helpful and was approachable at all times during the trip... He was very kind to tell every detail of the places he took us around..i look forward to get to go to another trip through mani travels. apologize for the delay in posting the feedback...
