My son & daughter were so well looked after by them both & were so excited to see turtles & dolphins. My daughter enjoyed it so much that she persuaded me to join her for a second trip which I’m pleased I did as I got to experience the crystal clear waters, stunning cliffs & beautiful animals in their natural habitat. My daughter’s holiday was made by swimming alongside a turtle where Benny was brilliant at encouraging her to snorkel & pulling her in the right direction! Ivette was so knowledgeable & it was great to learn about the island. The kayaks were comfortable & it was great to be in a small group rather than some of the big groups we saw heading out with other companies. Would 100% recommend this tour & the free photos & videos have provided lovely memories.Written 15 August 2022

We had a great fun morning on the kayak tour with Iveta. The tour was pitched just right in terms of difficulty and activity levels whilst making sure all of the group could keep up. Iveta and her husband were attentive and made sure everyone was okay at all times. The wildlife was great and we saw dolphins and turtles. Snorkelling was good fun, Would definitely recommend

We had a wonderful trip with Iveta and Beni along the coast line of Los Cristianos. The two of them provided us with very helpful instructions and information about the beautiful spots and marine life of the island. The 'Kayaking' itself was already a very nice pleasure, but it even got better:
We saw a group of 4-5 bottlenose dolphins. One of them even dived just under our kayak. We also saw another one jumping several times a bit further ahead!!! We were lucky to see several brown sea turtles one of them stayed curiously quite some time around our three kayaks. Thanks so much Iveta & Beni for this unforgettable adventure which we definitively recommend to lovers of nature.

Trip was excellent with new and very comfortable kayaks - seat backrests were so good. The kayaking route was with a wonderful view. Also we saw dolphins and sea turtles what was really amazing! The staff was very responsive, helpful and told interesting stories about local area.

I don't understand why you write the address and meeting time, and then quietly write "Show up 30 min in advance". We arrived at the time you indicated, no one was there. After waiting 10 minutes, we called and were told that it was too late, there was nothing to do, that they were already sailing. No one even bothered to call us and ask if we would be there, where we were, although they saw from the list that we had ordered that we had not arrived, they could have called us, we were in this area, we could have arrived earlier. Apart from accusations against us that we had not arrived on time, we heard nothing. No one offered to come at another time or on another day. Terrible service!

Usted al comprar la excursión aparte de leer tortugas y delfines tiene que leer entre otras cosas el horario de salida y de reunión, algo lógico no? Para usted parece que no……
Si no lee no es nuestro problema, y no tenemos que estar llamando a nadie, normalmente son los clientes los que llaman si se retrasan por cualquier motivo ( cosa que agradecemos y tenemos muy en cuenta dando infinitud de opciones ) pero no pretendan que seamos los papás y mamás recordándoos que os tenéis que lavar los dientes 3 veces al día.

We booked the 12:30 kayak experience the day before and communicated with the organiser who confirmed a few things. We made the organiser aware that we would be travelling from Puerto De La Cruz via Santa Cruz, a 2 hour journey to get to Los Cristianos. At 10:15 a message was sent, which we picked up as we arrived in Los Cristianos, advising the excursion had been cancelled due to rough conditions. We were disappointed but accepted that safety comes first. We made alternative arrangements and were most perplexed when the boat we were on passed the cliffs at the same time that we would have been kayaking there and saw 3 large groups of individuals in kayaks and observed that conditions were calm. Needless to say, we were left feeling let down and confused why the excursion we were booked on had been cancelled but other excursions had not been.

Decir que excepto una que fue por motivos en el retraso de una devolución el resto de reseñas negativas son por cancelar por malas condiciones del mar.
Que usted viese grupos de kayaks no significa que las condiciones fuesen las mejores y que se pudiese realizar snorkel cerca del acantilado.
No Cancelamos por gusto, y si cancelamos no cobramos.
Sentimos las molestias causadas pero seguiremos trabajando en nuestra línea de ofrecer una experiencia top 🔝 y si no es así cancelar.

I had an unfortunate experience with this business regarding a booking cancellation. On April 27, I notified them via WhatsApp, a full three days before our scheduled trip, to cancel our booking. I was assured I would receive a full refund by May 15 at the latest. However, by May 17, no refund had been processed.
Despite multiple follow-ups, I was met with continuous excuses and delays. The refund process should have been a straightforward reversal of payment, but instead, it turned into a frustrating ordeal.
This experience has left me very wary of this business. I advise potential customers to exercise caution and consider this when booking with them.

No entendemos tanto drama por su parte. Se le devolvió!! tarde, pero se izó.
Las excusas se dan si no le queremos devolver y respondimos a los más de 20 wassap enviados preguntando por su devolución.
Le volvemos a perdir por décima vez disculpas por el retraso de unos días en su devolución, pero parece que nada le contenta.
Esperemos que pueda seguir con su vida y no nos guarde más rencor por devolverle con unos días de retraso, cuídese y duerma tranquilo.

Fantastic trip out! Iveta and her husband are a great team that really care for the sea, wildlife and experience. They have so much knowledge and are a truly amazing team.
We had previously booked to do the afternoon tour however they contacted us and advised the morning would be better to see more and they were right!
We were lucky enough to see dolphins close up from the kayaks and explore and learn about the caves which are only accessible by sea. We also had the opportunity to snorkel and they were exceptional at ensuring our safety and enjoyment.
They provided snorkel equipment and life jackets and took photos and videos throughout on their go pro which they send at no extra cost afterwards.
Our friend had a panic when we first got on the water as she isn't experienced at all and she nearly turned back but they were fantastic at calming, reassuring and supporting her. They also allowed her to swap from the kayak she was in so that she was on the kayak with Iveta which was fantastic and very thoughtful of them. With their support she even got in and snorkelled which was a massive thing for her to do!
Highly recommend for anyone of any ability.
We cannot fault them or the experience at all and we will definitely be coming back to do the trip again! Thank you!

We got a cancellation an hour before (but were already on the way to the meeting point due to longer arrival). There was no justification. The weather and water conditions were good and other providers confirmed this. We were able to book another provider on site, but were under time pressure as a result. Information a little earlier would have been kind.

It was cancelled due to the weather and the rough sea. The organiser tried to sell a trip for the next day without guaranteeing it will happen due to the unpredictable sea. We were already on our way there so it was not an option. Would have been good to be reassured that we could still take a boat (which we eventually did) so that the day would not go amiss. My advice is to not book in advance. Just jump in your car and when you get there pick and choose what you want to do and book on site as the refund takes ages to arrive.

Found the company online - fantastic location on Los Cristianos beach - great to try kayaking and snorkelling on the sea - felt very safe with both Iveta and Beni! Saw dolphins, turtles and lots of different fish/birds. Very interesting trip and Beni took great photos provided via whatsapp after the trip. Amazing and will be booking to go again next year with Iveta & Beni!
