Amazing experience with a cool guide
The concept of going on an e-bike tour in Goa is unique and it helped us explore Goa in a way we couldn't have by ourselves. Sahil was an exceptionally amazing and patient guide. He knew about the places he was taking us to and gave us extensive details about the places. Additionally, he was very patient with 2 people who didn't know driving well. He was fasting that day and yet he gave us an amazing tour and in fact captured our beautiful moments on camera too. We would love to take up different tours from B-live on our next visit to Goa.

Blive at Old Goa and beyond
Exploring Old Goa on an ebike was an absolute delight! The tour offered a seamless blend of history, culture, and scenic beauty. The electric bikes made navigating the narrow lanes and some hills effortless, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the enchanting surroundings. Special thanks to Sedric - our guide who was knowledgeable and passionate, adding fascinating details to each stop along the way to share and educate about Goa's rich heritage. It was a truly memorable experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting this historic gem.

      Its worth the money!
Riding ur bikes through the picturesque lanes of Goa can be one of the best therapies/escapes you could ask for. I was lucky to have Cedric who was very patient with us considering it took us a while to get comfortable riding on the streets. But 15 mins down and the bike ride turned even more fun. Cedric took us to a very old Portugese house where we were served the platter of wine shots(all amazing). We specially loved the uphill ride to Altinhos which wasnt very difficult thanks to mechanics of the bike. Please do not miss this at any costs! Its worth the money!

A must do …just book now
This was just a fabulous morning. Everything was professional , well run and smooth. We learned so much in our journey, and the bikes are super easy to ride. Our guide knew everything we asked and gave us info on everywhere we stopped, including checking we felt safe and comfortable with the ride . They even got us pastries and juice to enjoy near the last stop. This is a must do in Goa….come for the beaches but get a great touch of history and architecture while having a great ride . 5 out of 5 in all aspects. Thanks again

      Memorable experience
It was a great way to explore Goa. Loved riding the e-bike which was a smooth experience. The package included really great places.. be it pretty lanes of Fontainhas, Beautiful houses around, loved visiting bakery and wine tasting experience needs a separate review in itself! Our Captain Cedric was really patient and helped us navigate in our own pace. Loved listening to the history of places as we went along. All in all great experience :)

      A tour with a view
Wonderful with Cedric and Aryan in old Goa. Knowledgeable guides but also kind and flexible enough to accommodate our request to do some more cycling during the tour. Kept is safe, good explanation about how to use the bikes. Highly recommend

      Solo in Goa
I had a wonderful tour of Old Goa! My captain, Cedric, was incredibly knowledgeable as well as helpful and patient- I felt very comfortable cycling on the roads with him as a guide! Cedric answered all my additional questions with insightful information and I enjoyed our conversation. I would highly recommend Blive cycle tours as a fun way to see the area, especially if you are a solo traveller.

Visiting Old Goa with a breeze
Cedric and Arien were very friendly and helpful. All the points of interest were very close to eachother. Renting an e-bike is not a must, but when it's really hot, it's a nice way to visit Old Goa. While on the bike, you always have some air. You also get a little backpack with water, which is very useful. Most of the churches we've been to, were unfortunately closed for renovations or celebrations, but we still had a good time.

We were a group of friends traveling to Goa together and came across B:live on Trip Advisor. Some of us were novice bikers and some of us out of shape.... but all of us enjoyed the morning thoroughly! The battery powered bikes made the 14 km outing super fun/doable. Our guide was fabulous and entertaining... and the stop at the Portuguese home for breakfast was a unique way to break the journey. The island is beautiful too. As the review title says, a MUST DO!!

Really nice morning, the guide is great and not only looked after our fairly diverse group (age range mid thirties to late sixties) but also had really good knowledge of the local area, history etc. The bikes are a bit heavy and clunky but with the electric assistance it is all pretty effortless. Also really liked the breakfast stop in a lovely historic guesthouse. Definitely recommended to see the best sides of Goa before large scale tourism hit

We were looking for something different to do in Goa, and stumbled across this-bike tour. We actually went on another one that was run by this company the day before and we were so impressed that we did the Divar island one the very next day. The tour itself was great, I think there is something for everyone on it. I'm not suuuper into history, but I do like to hear about different agricultural practices, and noticed that the material was wide enough to keep everyone interested.

I personally think that if you're going, then a smaller group might be better. Our tour guide was the same as the day before and when the group was smaller (it was just me and a friend the first time, and then a group of 5 the next time) it seemed easier for him to just let loose about everything he knew. We really appreciated his passion about the history.

Its a great tour, I would really really reccomend going and seeing Divar Island with them if you're in Goa. Its a completely different way of life there and you can breathe there in a way that you can't really do in the rest of Goa. Everything moves slower and cleaner and the greenery is so refreshing after being in the dusty city. If you choose the evening tour you'll also get a beautiful sunset to end your ride too. Going on the e-bikes also offer you a different perspective as you're riding around the island. They're super easy to use and it's fun to just hoon about when you can't be bothered pedalling.

Thanks for having us, much love from your Kiwi guests 🇳🇿💖🌻

I was pleasantly surprised when my wife organised this experience for my friend and me. The trip started from their office/garage where the group is introduced to the guides and we were given a choice to choose between the three types of eBikes they provided. They then explain the mechanism of operation and battery conservation and also provide the safety gear (helmet) and a complimentary bag containing brochures and a water bottle.
From there we headed off to the ferry terminal, which took us across the river to Divar island. This island has the old Goa charm which is preserved well and there was hardly any traffic. The guide gave well spaced stops for rest and explanation about the culture, various customs and traditions of the location. We took the evening slot, so we could see the sunset view once we reaches the highest point of the island. On the way back to the ferry terminal there was high tea provided at a resort - Mercure Goa Devaaya retreat. By then it was a little dark, but no worries here thanks to the powerful headlights on these bikes. The entire experience was very good and good value for money. Will definitely try blive when we are at Goa next time and will try it out at other cities where it's available as well.

P.S.: will add pics of the ebikes later. Don't have them on my phone. Also I'm visiting Goa with my wife soon and will try the Chorao island trip this time.

Far away from the hustle and jostle of the party beats in Baga, Calangute and Anjuna beaches.. there lies the Island of Divar - sitting upon the river Mandovi , a must visit for those who appreciate the calm and serene. If you're looking for a getaway from the maddening city life, make sure to include the BLive Electric Bike Tour to explore this gorgeous island from the Portuguese colonial era.

If you're a cycling enthusiast, you'll surely have a super amusing escapade with this guided tour arranged by BLive in and around the Island.
Do not worry if you haven't been on an electric cycle before...as long as you know how to ride a normal bicycle..your host for the day from BLive will help you get comfortable on it and within five to seven minutes you're good to go .
My visit was on Diwali morning , 24th of October 2022 and my BLive host for the day was Ameez Baig . Right from the orientation at the beginning of the tour till sign off, he made sure that the guest is comfortable and is having a wonderful time.He showed me around the Island, through the vibrant old Portuguese colonial lanes, stopping by the alluring houses and churches to explain the architectural history of those places and the popular folklores of the village.
In between your tour, the host will take to a ravishing river side resort retreat to have a fulfilling breakfast after which you can continue with the rest of this immensely delightful journey.
I would recommend this to all my cycling enthusiast friends and family to include this in your itinerary for making some incredible Goa memories.
P.S my host Ameez made sure that the beautiful moments are captured perfectly for me to remember my time with BLive .. exploring Divar Island.
Kudos to BLive for hosting this stunning journey!!!

This tour was meant as a surprise for my wife. We took the half day Blive electric bike tour for exploring Divar Island in Goa.
It turned out to be an amazing experience, paddling through the quiet streets of Divar Island and to explore this secluded wonder.
There is a Blive captain assigned who goes along and leads the excursion. Our captain was Ameez, who was very interactive and cooperative.

So first we had to get to the Divar Island Ferry Point where the Blive team was waiting for us with their electric bikes. We all were given a small introduction and after getting us acquainted with our bikes, the captain and us boarded the ferry to cross over to the Divar Island since the island does not have any road connection.

It was a bit difficult for my wife in the beginning getting used to the bike but Ameez was very patient in handling the issue and after 5 minutes of trial and error she was good to go. After that we kept riding through the secluded streets of Divar, exploring the old constructed houses, chapels, churches, temple ruins and wooden water gates and some migratory birds.

The island is away from the commercialisation bug and is untouched wonder of nature. While riding, one would feel breezes of pollution free air brushing your face that makes the rider happy from inside.

It was new experience driving these electric bikes but Blive made sure to make it comfortable for us. Bikes were fully maintained and charged and were easy to control. We were provided with some snacks and a sling bag to carry our belongings securely.
The total distance covered by us was around 14kms which would not have been easy to do on normal cycles.

I would suggest to go for Blive bike tours just because its fun to drive these bikes. Plus one gets to explore the unexplored. Moreover tourists have the option to choose from many different trips offered.
Thank you Blive for making our trip memorable.

Well planned trip. Starts off with the Blive team giving an introduction to how to ride the ebike. Basically it works like a scooty, with a throttle at the handle. You can also operate it like a cycle or use both cycle and battery throttle at the same time. The intro is followed by a ferry ride to the island, an island tour, a breakfast and back. The breakfast might be at a locals place or a health resort on the island. I won't give out the details of the locations included to spoil the fun, but all places have interesting history to them. The ebike needs some manual effort at times, especially on the uphill climbs, the downhill runs are so so much fun that they more than make up for the effort. Deepak was a great guide who told us about the history of every place we visited with fun stories and also about the birds we saw on the way. He was very much familiar with the locals as well. The spontaneuous kaju fruit tasting was fun. He is a terrific photographer, helping people take memorable photographs. It can get a bit hot, so remember to carry a cap and sunglasses and drink lots of water.

One suggestion might be that if they can make a compilation of the main birds on the island and share with the participants as photographs, it will make it easier for them to spot the birds and also better appreciate their beauty. Also, we faced a bit of an issue during the booking as the team missed out sending a confirmation to us, which led to some confusion. We chose to postpone the trip. So do check that you get a confirmation from them post booking.

What an excellent experience of going on an ecodrive amidst the tranquility of DIVAR.. felt lile being on some other planet..it was so serene and truly the needed escape to destress and feel the vibe of a holiday❤️
The vibe was very laidback and felt like going back in time to the times of peace and quiet.
My highlight of the tour was the professionalism of the crew which is very rare in india to find in guided tours along with the sumptuous, delicious high tea in the most beautiful indo Portuguese home
Totally worth the time, money and an experience that has etched my heart with an experience that wants me to go back again and again!!
    HIGHLY RECOMENDED 10/10

Setting off from the Ebike site we made the short journey to the ferry. The bikes were really easy to use and we soon had the hang of it. After crossing on the ferry and onto Divar Island our guide Alberto filled us in on the history of Goa.
Alberto's use of English was among the best I have ever experienced while in India and his knowledge of Goa & the immediate vicinity outstanding.
This tour is a must. It has all of the benefits and exhileration of being on a bike without having to make all the effort. DO IT!!!

When booking we didn’t expect much from the tour, we just wanted to spend tome together doing some task. However we were thrilled to have a host who was very much aware of history of the place making the tour incredibly interesting. It is not just about cycling, it’s about knowing the city through different lenses. Our host Ameez went out of the way to speak to us on different subjects, explained history and took 100s of photos for us. Would very much recommend for any group size to enjoy this tour as it is one of a kind. The people managing this are very kind and wonderful. Thanks alot guys.
