What to Expect
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Kahaluu Gallery and Gardens, 47-754 Lamaula Rd, Honolulu, Oahu, HI 96744-5013

You will be guided on a mindful walk through the gardens and forested switchback in the peaceful setting created by the late Hawai'i artist Hiroshi Tagami. Your certified forest therapy guide will offer a series of “invitations” to help you re-connect with nature through your senses. You'll get to try a tea from the forest and a healthy, locally-sourced snack. Forest therapy is an evidence-based practice inspired by the Japanese "shinrin-yoku" (roughly translates to "forest bathing"), now a global wellness movement. After the two-hour forest bathing walk, you'll get exclusive access to the art gallery, which contains paintings and giclees by Tagami, sculptures and ceramics, jewelry, and photographs by other local artists.

Using our senses to discover nature. Letting go of everyday life and diving into the moment, diving into the beauty, miracles, the unpredicted things in nature. Thank you, Phyllis for these moments of connecting.
