Lee was excellent! He’s an incredible wealth of knowledge when it comes to cocktails and he’s such a warm and nice guy. I enjoyed the bars we visited in Fremont. 10/10 would recommend.

Best way to learn, with drinks!
Had a wonderful time with Lee walking around Fremont, Seattle. The cocktails and recommendations were amazing and he was so knowledgeable! We had so much fun, and still managed to learn a thing or two along the way. I would absolutely recommend this tour, and especially Lee. Friendly, funny and fun!

William was very knowledgeable and hellful, even with parts of Seattle we're going to visit in the near future! I had never considered trying coffee with mushrooms, let alone enjoy it, but here we are! I'd highly recommend it.

I had a great time learning about great bars in Fremont! I also enjoyed hearing about different cocktails and the history of Prohibition. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding bars in the Seattle area/good cocktails to order.

    Amazing tour in Seattle
One of the best tours I have ever experienced! Lee was great! He knew so much about cocktails, about Fremont and about Seattle. We had an awesome time and will be back to Fremont and recommend Lee to all our friends.

Lee is the bee's knees (the good version of the saying)
The walking tour with Lee was such a great way to experience a bit of Seattle I wouldn't normally see. I was in town for a conference and tagged along with my colleague and her son and I'm so glad I did. Not only were the drinks great, but Lee was engaging and knowledgeable without being snobby. He rolled with the punches (we're a rowdy trio) and made the experience really fun. Ypu can tell he likes being a guide and has respect for the craft. Highly recommend if you're in the Seattle area!

Where do I start - this experience was nothing like I expected. My apprehension was that it may be rather stiff but it was nothing of the sort. We met Lee at the meet point and instantly felt at ease. It genuinely felt like meeting up with a friend whom I hadn't met yet. He was full of excitement and the joys of life. I couldn't help but feel the same as we went on. Lee is extremely intelligent and has such much knowledge arguably on any topic. The conversation was fun relaxed and informative. We were on the tour off peak so it was quiet, but that made my experience even better. I can't recommend this excursion as a treat or a gift enough. It's so in depth and interesting yet so casual. It offers the true experience of the niche local areas and locally distilled spirits. Thank you Lee!

    Casual, cool and local insight
As a honeymoon gift, my work colleagues booked us into the tour with Lee. We didn't think we had expectations, until they were well surpassed within the first 15 minutes! We were booked in for mid week, and the experience was really personalised due to this. As pretty reserved and shy people, we wondered would a quieter booking be "awkward". I cannot stress how much it wasn't. Lee is such a warm and interesting person who has so much knowledge to empart. He does it in such a fun way even including props. From botany to esters, to local history and art, he covered it all. It felt very much like a local friend was showing us about. The drinks and locations explored are really cool too. Thanks to Lee for a fantastic evening of exploration and tastings.

Our tour guide, Lee, was exceptionally friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He introduced us to a diverse selection of coffee shops, each with its own unique atmosphere and coffee offerings. Lee answered all our questions and presented the information in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend this tour if you're in Seattle and eager to learn more about the craft!

My wife and I recently enjoyed a Seattle Coffee Tour with guide Lee to start our stay in Seattle for two nights. Firstly, as a recovering alcoholic I appreciate being offered a beverage tour that is appropriate. As a coffee addict, this was perfect. We expected a couple tastings and some walking, but what we got was a thorough overview of the history of coffee in the US and Seattle specifically, and all kinds of advice for brewing, sipping, and identifying flavours in our coffee. The coffee we sampled was all very diverse and extremely high quality, and the guide even appreciated our Frasier references. We spent the rest of the day shopping in the stores we’d passed throughout the tour and even ran into a couple of the other folks from the tour during the remainder of our stay. Highly recommend this as a way to start your time in Seattle and explore the culture and history that make it unique.

We were excited to attend as the website promoted that it would highlight Capitol Hill’s history of counter culture, but were sad we received just the opposite on our tour. Instead, we found ourselves struggling to hear when our tour guide William stopped to describe Capitol Hill’s history in a negative light. He would begin talking before all members of the tour group arrived and talk in a low, rambling voice. At times, we found his stories racist, misogynistic, or rude. It was surprising when we were paying for a tour promoting the opposite. While stopping at coffee shops, we could tell there was not a great relationship with the small businesses as our tour guide hit customers with chairs while trying to rearrange (after we said we didn’t wish to sit and did not apologize to those he hit), others were clearly disgruntled we were around, and the baristas were apologizing on our behalf for impeding their business. Hopefully a different tour guide would be better as the tour sounded like it would be really cool, but our experience with William surely put a damper on our outing.

Sam was a great guide! He introduced us to the history of coffee and how it developed its importance to both Seattle and the nation. You could sense his enthusiasm as he shared different coffee shops' presentations, as he enjoys the beverage himself and wishes to share those experiences with others. We enjoyed his stories about various areas in Seattle as we walked though them...how history has molded the city. Sam was also helpful in discussing some area events that were soon occurring that we had not seen in area event guides. Highly recommend Sam!

Lee was a knowledgeable guide and I appreciated the visuals he showed while talking about the coffee plant and flavors. I liked that there were a variety of types of drinks provided and the various resturant and bar suggestions given while walking from place to place. I do wish there was a bit more history about coffee culture in Seattle and the neighborhood, there was a fair amount of down time that I feel could've been filled with more info. Thanks for a fun afternoon!

William was very informational, plus he added some great humor throughout! He Chose a classic cafe then some more unique ones which was so great as probably would not have tried on our own! Would definitely recommend, a beautiful walk around town, that also gave history all along the way which made the walk not seem as long and broke it up in between cafes. Great way to see Seattle and some amazing coffee cafes!
