This was our first visit to India, and were concerned not know where to go or what to do once we landed. Anita Ao (Greeter) was amazing, she met us at the aerobridge after deplaning and provided a buggy ride to the immigration area. Once there she helped gather our passports, health forms and E-visa for inspection. This process only took us 30 minutes from the time we landed thru immigration. We had heard that visitors were sometimes in immigration lines between 1.5 to 2 hours. Once thru immigration we were off to retrieve our luggage. Anita had a porter waiting to gather our luggage and helped find the hotel representative for our transportation to the hotel. She and the porter rolled our luggage a very long distance to the hotel car waiting in the parking area. Because the service was so smooth we booked a departure meet and greet to help with our next city (Goa). JAC

The experience started off as top notch and VIP. I was greeted as soon as I exited the plane when a sign with my name on it. The greeter quickly took me through immigration. But the hand-off to the driver was when it went downhill. The car was a basic taxi and the driver did not speak English. He got lost, so it was scary, as we drove through dark streets. I ended up turning on my international data plan and giving him my phone so that he could get me to the hotel.

I had hired this service for my arrival from New York City going to Lucknow on Feb 3rd 2025. After the amazing seamless and smooth transition I decided to hire them for my departure on the 13th! I am so glad that I did!!! I would never have been able to navigate the process without their help! I was met at the gate from my domestic Indigo flight from Lucknow and taken through the whole process of transfer to terminal 3 , boarding pass , security and taken to my gate by the team!! I had a very short window to get there but they made sure of it!!! Thank you Gloria Fernandez and her colleagues for making my transition so smooth! I would highly recommend this service for everyone going to India!!!

In Feb 2025 we visited Gulmarg, Kashmir. We wanted to see the snowfall during out trip. Before we traveled I wanted to make sure that we take with us appropriate clothing and arrange hotel which will keep us warm in minus temperatures. Feb was a good time as snow had already fallen and covered the peaks and lower areas, while we were just pass the harsh winter where roads can get blocked. I needed a guide to take care of sightseeing and iternery at Gulmarg. And most importantly to make our travel peaceful and free of nuisance. At that time I didn't realise the importance of guide in Gulmarg. On our way to Gulmarg, our Guide Anwar 9596558770 arranged snow boots, long coats, waterproof gloves, waterproof socks from a shop in Tangmarg at good price. When we arrived in Gulmarg, the guide was at the hotel to greet us, even though our commitments were for next two days. I even asked the Guide to get us extra pairs of snow boots/coats for our relatives who didn't purchase them in Tangmarg. Guide arrived next day with snow clothings, took us to Gandola ride, get us through the queues quickly. At our Phase 1 station, Anwar arranged Skiing, then Snow biking, then Sledge ride. He got us best prices, about half of what they are asking for initially. He arranged activities one after another and help us save time and effort. Having guide with us also helped to avoid vendors pestering us. The next day he arranged skiing in Gulmarg area and arranged ATV ride. Anwar understood what I was seeking from our trip and arranged the activities to cover them beautifully. He helped us save a lot of money, time and effort. And he our trip delightful and serene. I am glad he took care of all our needs. He even helped to get some groceries, visit ATM and arranged short rides from hotel to market. During my trip to Kangdogri station, I was short of cash, while my GPay limit had reached. Anwar paid for us, then I paid him later after visiting ATM. I would anyone visiting Gulmarg to contact Anwar at 9596558770 prior to your trip to make your Gulmarg trip a memorable one.

To my great relief, and even though my flight to New Delhi had been delayed , I was met at the gate by a representative and whisked through emigration and baggage claim. The courtesy and efficiency continued as I was escorted to a waiting car and taken directly to my hotel.

The restored haveli offers rich interiors and a genuine Old Delhi vibe. it's about 1 km from the Red Fort. Rooms are elegant and well-maintained. Don't miss the rooftop restaurant with its city views.

I had an excellent experience with the service. Saloni the meet and greet executive did an amazing job! Right from greeting me at the end of the aerobridge through immigration to baggage collection guiding me through transfer domestic flight from my international flight! I would have never made it to my transfer without her! She is very courteous professional and knows her job! And extremely helpful!I would recommend this service for everyone ! 5 stars and beyond for Saloni and her staff!! Thank you so much!!!

Very good service. My parents who required wheelchair were picked up from the house, met at the curbside with a wheelchair and escorted to the gate. The porter also helped my father use the washroom before boarding. I coordinated with the manager remotely and they were excellent

We were traveling from Delhi to Dubai and I was having luggage bags and two kids but they only help me in depositing the luggage and no help was there related to kids and most of the time I was carrying the cabin bags and hand bags...bugghi was also given in the end for a very short distance....these airport services are not of much help to me and not at all satisfied with the services...thanks

The service is just amazing. They were so helpful with me and my 2 kids traveling alone. You should Def choose them. One of them completely denied taking any tips. I was willingly giving them tips as the service was really appreciative..

Transportation was arranged Dance instructor was very patient with us - teaching us moves to our skill set a dance that we hope to perform at our son’s wedding. Thank you so much.

I called to cancel this service (hotel pickup with airport assistance and transfer) one week in advance of my departure date, as I had discovered that I did not need it. I was told to send an email to them to cancel, which I did twice over the next 5 days. I was never responded to and so the service was not cancelled or refunded as by their policy. Very very poor customer service.
