Asheville Ghost Walking Tour and Mystery Museum

Overview
On this Asheville ghost tour, you’ll get exclusive access to the Asheville Mystery Museum in the basement of the Asheville Masonic Temple. Explore writer Joshua P. Warren’s private creepy collection, which is only available for viewing with this tour. Plus, your guide will will lead you through the dark on a tour of the city’s most spooky sites, and you’ll learn how to use ghost-hunting equipment, too.
What to Expect
This Asheville ghost tour meets at the Asheville Masonic Temple on Broadway Street in the city.

In the dark of the night, follow your guide around the streets of Asheville. See some of the most haunted areas as you listen to stories about ghosts who won’t go away, brutal murders, and many other spine-chilling tales. Plus, find out why psychics consider the city a vortex.

Afterward, head down to the basement of the Asheville Masonic Temple with your guide, and gain exclusive access to the Asheville Mystery Museum.

In the museum, your guide tells you about the city’s bootlegging, hangings, and even mummies. Wander through the collection to see photographs of apparitions caught on camera and other super-scary items.

Once you’re done exploring the museum, your guide takes you back outside to show you some ghost-hunting techniques. Use real equipment to try and experience paranormal activity before your tour ends.

Haunted Ghost tour

Christian really knows what he is talking about on this tour. He gave us information he knew personally about, and not the “ from what I’ve heard” version. I will definitely do this again if we are back in Asheville.

I don't recall how long the walk was, but the tour took about 2 hours. It was fairly hilly with a few stairs.
