Fisher Towers Rafting Experience from Moab
From US$ 99.00
Overview
Join a family-friendly river rafting or kayaking trip and paddle past stunning Moab scenery, including Fisher Towers. Your full-day excursion launches at Onion Creek and covers some great white water of southern Utah. Munch on a delicious riverside lunch before running more rapids. This small-group tour is suitable for all ages and skill levels, with your choice of raft or kayak.
What to Expect
Your Utah-river-rafting day begins at the tour operator office in beautiful Moab. You’ll check in, meet your guide and then it’s off to the river. A scenic drive will take you to Onion Creek and the launch site. From there, your guides will review safety procedures and go over necessary rafting skills.
Then it’s time to hit the water! You will be treated to views of the majestic Fisher Towers before you hear the unmistakable sound of whitewater ahead! You will raft through Onion Creek, Professor Creek, Cloudburst and Rocky Rapid before lunching along the riverside, with white sand underfoot and Cottonwoods overhead. After a delicious lunch, you will run Whites Rapid, enjoy breathtaking canyon scenery, have time to swim and experience more splashy thrills.

Agree with Curt... I don't think there's much whitewater in the summer months. My only concern would be the extreme heat. We were there in the early fall and it was still upper 90s.
