  • Flat rate reservations include 30 minutes of complementary wait time that begins at the pickup time listed in the reservation. If contact has not been made after 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time, the reservation must either convert to hourly billing, or incur wait time charges billed in 15 minute increments of the hourly rate.

  • Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability

  • Any additional stops made by the passenger will result in the reservation converting to hourly billing at the 2-hour minimum. If total billable time on hourly reservations exceeds 2 hours, additional time will be paid in 15 minute increments.
  • On hourly reservations, billable garage time is not to exceed 30 minutes on either end of the trip (for a total of 1 hour billable drive time, roundtrip) for reservations taking place in the local Bay Area.
  • For oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes), please inquire prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable with due to cargo space.
  • Rear-facing and forward-facing car seats are available on request if advised at time of booking with no additional charges.
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 6 travelers
