NoPa-Alamo Square Gourmet Tour
From US$ 90.99
Overview
NoPa is one of San Francisco's laid-back and fun neighborhoods, but it also has one of the city's burgeoning culinary scenes. This 3-hour, small-group food tour includes seven stops with tastings of fish tacos, salted caramel ice cream, wine, cheese and more. Make the most of an additional stop at Alamo Square Park for a quintessential Painted Ladies photo op.
What to Expect
On this 3-hour walking tour, you’ll learn about the history of Divisadero Street while peeking into art galleries, hip boutiques and wine bars that make NoPa a new destination. Easily accessible by bus and MUNI, this neighborhood is a perfect stopover en route to Golden Gate Park, the DeYoung Museum and Cal Academy of Science.

Tasting itinerary:

Sustainable fish taco with 'ancho chile' sauce and orange
New Mexican tamale hand pies with organic yellow-corn crust
Gourmet focaccia and California cheese
Shaved snow in exotic Asian flavors
Salted caramel ice cream from a beloved San Francisco creamery
Rotisserie sandwiches from a trendy Greek restaurant
Wine flight at a cozy wine bar

Please note: Tastings are subject to change without notice. Many dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

Great way to learn and eat our way through NoPa!

We had a great time with our guide, Casey. She provided us with great information and allowed us to feel relaxed, take our time and still made it through all of it! Will definitely do this again to explore another area!

Excellent selection of food options

One of the highlights of our trip to San Francisco. I chose this tour because it is in a more residential part of town, away from the Wharf and North Beach. Casey was our guide and she was very knowledgeable about the area and food...More

Very informative and enjoyable

Casey was delightful and chose some wonderful options for food and drink including grocery and dessert options. We live near this neighborhood and had no idea of the variety just 2 miles from us. Highly recommended!
