I want to personally apologize for having to cancel at 1:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled tour. We regret having to do so, especially knowing this was an important part of your vacation itinerary. I am so sorry you did not have the experience you hoped based on all of our positive reviews! As stated in our tour description there is a minimum number of guests required in order to operate. We never like having to cancel a tour; however, your reservation for two guests fell short of our four guests minimum. We had a party of six guests cancel from the tour at the last minute and although they were within our 24-hour cancellation period, we did extend a full refund due to their circumstances. With only two remaining registered guests we made the difficult decision to cancel. We have reflected on each of the points you mentioned in your review, as we are always striving to provide a top-quality experience which, until now, is the feedback we have been receiving. Please know that such a negative review on TripAdvisor is a setback for our small business during challenging economic times. Because we work very hard and always try to do our very best on each tour, we truly regret we were unable to provide you with the same.
