We recently did two full days of guided tours, with Kelsey as our guide both days. We had such a great time. Of course it’s hard to go wrong with the beauty of Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, but Kelsey helped make the trip better than we imagined. First of all, Kelsey was fun to be around. She didn’t mind our lame dad jokes and constant ribbing between the seven guys we had. She laughed and participated which was more fun for all of us. Second, Kelsey really knows her stuff. She has a degree in biology and boy did it show. She was so knowledgeable about every animal we asked about. She knew about their breeding habits, their genealogy, and more. It was quite intriguing listening to her descriptions of what we were seeing. Third, she went out of the way to make the trip memorable. She simply would not quit on making sure we saw the wildlife we wanted to see. On the second full day tour, she told us she’d stayed up late reading up on many topics she thought we might ask about. It was really cool to hear that she took the time to prepare like that for our tour. We saw just about everything we’d hoped to see and more. Moose, bison, otters, bald eagle, elk, pronghorn, the list goes on and on. It is such a magical place and we enjoyed it far more because of the professionalism and dedication of Kelsey and BrushBuck Tours. On a side note, the large van was newer and very comfortable to travel in. Well done and I highly recommend you use BrushBuck Wildlife Tours on your next adventure.

This was a unique tour, as it was substituted for the Yellowstone Tour which due to flooding was cancelled. Although it was a difficult day for all of us, Kyle was our guide and stayed upbeat with a positive spirit all day…through the unexpected snow and cold weather too. We saw a moose, some elk, pronghorns,
a coyote who had just finished a meal, a female pronghorn defend her baby from a coyote, a mallard, some birds, a herd of bison from a distance, and mule deer. All of this in spite of the crazy weather! Kyle was knowledgeable and upbeat! He air dropped all of his photos for us too! We’d go on another tour with him anytime!

The full-day seeing Grand Teton with our guide Kyle was one of the highlights of our trip to Jackson Hole! It was so much fun, and Kyle was extremely knowledgeable, he knew everything there is to know about every animal in the area. He could spot a big-horned sheep from a moving car miles and miles away!

We saw elk, moose, bisons, big-horned sheep, swans, ravens and a lot more!! The sleigh ride was great also, and the lunch was amazing! He took as to a really nice restaurant with views of the Teton mountain range. And right at the end of the tour we helped a car that had gotten stuck in the snow. What an adventure!! If we come back to the area in the summer, we will make sure to go with him to Yellowstone!

My husband and I along with my parents spent the last two days with Brushbuck tours. Mark hosted us on the 8+hour Grand Teton and Haile hosted us on the 12+hour Yellowstone tours. Literally for two days we were on a National Geographic animal wildlife tour as well as learning about the geology and ecology of the parks. They are highly engaged with the guests, shared pictures from their scopes and phones with us and were motivated to provide the absolute best tour for all. If you are in the area, we recommend this tour outfit, their gear is very nice, good lunch and treats, awesome guides and very professional. Thank you for an awesome two days and special shout out to Mark and Halie! Thanks to those two we viewed a great grey owl, a huge bald eagle, numerous old and young elk, bison, prong horn, moose, antelope... and of course 399 and her 4 Cubs. It was such a treat.

Today, I had the most amazing tour with guides Jeff and Cade from BrushBuck Wildlife Tours. The tour took us to so many wonderful places, and both guides explained so many details about the fauna, flora, geological features, and historical background of the places we visited.

There were amazing snacks, lunch was included (which we ate at a place with a superb view of a lake and the mountains). They also brought binoculars for all of us to use, as well as a scope for even closer sightings of wildlife. They offered excellent advise on how to stay safe and enjoy both, nature and the wildlife, without endangering ourselves or the animals.

The pictures I was able to take were beyond description. Every place we stopped seemed to get more and more stunning. The views of rivers, valleys, mountains, lakes, forests, etc. was just breathtaking. We saw two beaver dams and so many different animals today. Here is my list of wildlife sightings:

Canadian goose
Western meadowlark
American raven
Moose
White tail deer
Northern flicker *quick sight
Mountain bluebird *quick sight
Robin
Swallows and nests
Ground squirrel
Pronghorn
Black bear
Bison
Elk
Red tailed hawk
Sandhill crane
Turkey vulture
Long billed curlew

In short, take this tour. It’s an amazing way to see the park while learning about this stunning place. Thanks Jeff and Cade!

We did a full day private tour of Grand Teton with Kim. Kim did a fantastic job in asking what our family wanted out of our day and going with the flow. We were able to enjoy the beauty of the park and see an abundance of wildlife. Plenty of opportunities for snack and bathroom breaks as we needed. The picnic lunch over near Jenny Lake overlooking the Tetons was gorgeous and the make your own sandwich bar and sides hit the spot. Kim was able to give us some good recommendations of other fun items do during our vacation. I would definitely do another tour with them in the parks.

My family and I absolutely loved our tour of Grand Teton National Park. Our tour guide, Cooper (aka Sasquatch), was so passionate about the park, wildlife, science and more. Throughout the day we learned so much from him and had such an amazing tour. We saw moose, elk, and other wildlife, and each time Cooper was so excited to see something new. We stopped at all the best spots and took so many great photos. Our tour with BrushBuck & Cooper was definitely my family’s favorite part of our trip! Highly recommend!

I felt like this was a movie because we hit the lottery and simply saw it all! Mike was our guide on a private sunrise 4 hour tour. Mike is the ultimate professional with a great personality. We started with seeing a moose, and then we saw Grizzly Bear 399 and her four baby cubs! It was amazing. The sun was rising over the Tetons and there the babies were shaking berries from a tree. I could not believe it. Mike is an avid hunter and he and my husband talked for hours about hunting and animals. We would have not had the same experience had we not hired this company to take us out. You simply do not have the tools in your toolbox to navigate your way to all the right places at the right times. Their networking throughout the day made it possible for us to see these animals and make a memory of a lifetime. We saw a ton of elk, deer, coyotes, bison, antelope, etc. It was a wonderful morning. I cannot recommend Brushbuck enough. They are remarkable and you will see that when interacting with any member of their team.
They are great from their office staff to each of their guides. We hope to use them in other areas of the world for more private touring needs.

My wife and I went on the 12-Hour Wildlife Tour. Incredible, that's all I can say. We saw everything we wanted to, plus a few things we weren't expecting. Moose, black and grizzly bear, bison, elk and still had plenty of time to see the geological features.

Our guide, Neil, was a real professional. He was waiting for us in the morning 10 minutes before pickup. He was prepared, really engaging and highly passionate about his work. We learned so much from him about the park, it's history and it's natural residents. The trip felt like we drove around for a few hours with our favorite neighbor.

It was easy to book, there were no negative surprises; we are looking forward to the next trip.

This was most definitely the highlight of our trip. Our guide was Austin, he was so knowledgeable, friendly and can easily modify what you get to try and see based on your preferences. In conversation he discovered I enjoy bird watching and headed straight to LaHardy Falls were I saw Harlequin Ducks and an hour later two Bald Eagles! This tour company has many vehicles and they all keep in touch with one another. Early in the day we had the chance to see the famed grizzly bear, 399, and the only vehicles there were BrushBuck as they had all texted each other. These guides want you to see the wildlife as much, if not more so, than you do! Highly encourage asking questions, they know it all about ecosystems, key species and more. Cannot recommend them enough.
