I think the app did a good job. It was informative and worked well. My Android phone is hooked to my car via Bluetooth and we could hear all of it. I gave it 4 stars for these minor reasons. 1) it tells you to turn right as you get to the intersection which was too late for me to turn the first two times until I got used to anticipating what was next. They need to give a bit more notice on the turns. 2) Every time we would get out at one of the stops and take photos and enjoy the view when we got back in the car and took off the same audio narrative would play again. We ended up hearing everything twice. Fix those two things and this app will go from very good to great.

This was a great way to see all of the highlights of Bryce Canyon in a few hours. The narration was entertaining and very informative, and we didn’t have to figure out which stops to make on our own. Make sure to follow the advice to download the tour while you have a strong cell/wifi connection as service is very limited in many area of the canyon.

Loved this tour and the guide was super. Amazing how they get this program to follow you and turn on when you get near the next stop. We thoroughly enjoyed the history shared. We found some stops were too full to stop so we hit them on the way back. We then had to open the list and hit that stop manually. Really an excellent program and I highly recommend it to those do it yourselfers like us.

Good concept but poorly executed: we paid $16.99 (notice how collecting your money is tech that always works perfectly?) and things went downhill from there. The directions are not clear at all so I spent 30-minutes trying to download the voucher & necessary app. The company “Travel with action” was supposed to send us an immediate email with the audio tour. I checked my spam folder and waited …no such luck. I called them directly- NO ANSWER! Finally we received a call back, along with a direct email from them. The “start here” address took us to the middle of nowhere 😅. We simply entered Bryce Canyon and started the audio tour. If you stop at the scenic views and simply read the tour signs posted you won’t need the 10 or so short “blurbs” given by the audio. In other words, Bryce Canyon and the park signs kinda covers everything. Final analysis? Waste of $17 and HUGE waste of time. 🤷🏼♂️

Kurtis, it sounds like you hit a snag with the app download and email - that's frustrating! This is a self-guided tour, so a separate park entrance fee is needed, and downloading the app with the tour beforehand is vital for smooth exploration in National Parks with limited service. I sent instructions after your purchase, but I understand the confusion. We'd happily refund you for the tour. Please email me ASAP so I can get that processed for you.

Starting point was the wrong direction from the park. Gps should have caught that. Drove 20 miles in the wrong way. Tour navigation was ambiguous. Also it snowed so half of the sites on the tour were closed. Wound up taking the shuttle and visiting a couple of accessible sites. Trail guides were useful.

The program is designed to work in Bryce and any other park with limited internet access. I never changed its starting point. I recommend that everyone use their GPS to go to the starting point, where the app will begin automatically. In any case, I would gladly switch the tour for any of my other 100 tours in the United States. Please notify me. This tour is yours to keep for the rest of your life. It may be used for photos, a second evaluation at home, sharing with friends, and planning your future vacation here.

Terrible. Difficult to download and when finally got it not enough internet in the park to work. So frustrating we just gave up. Honestly with the map they give you at the park entrance you don’t need it. Waste of $10. Will dispute on my credit card along with 2 of our friends that had same issues

The tour needs the internet to download. Once downloaded, it can be used offline. Even if you're in an area with poor signal, you can switch data to "off" (Or Use Airplane mode). We have mentioned this in several places, but will certainly take this opportunity to review our emails and FAQs to make it more clear. Please know that you can also reach out to us over call, chat, or email for support at any time. And of course, we would be happy to refund you -- our goal is to ensure that everyone who takes our tour has a great time. Please contact us with your booking receipt

Easy to use once u get it going. Started it after passing entry gates so missed a couple of points of interest right away. Doubled back and was able to see them after restarting app. Informative drive and takes you to all the view points

Great views. One parking lot full but the rest had plenty of empty places. Restrooms were clean as was the park in general. A little construction on the road but did not add much time on our drive. Did not use shuttle as we wanted to see some places not on shuttle stops.

The park was very beautiful and well maintained. All the different stops were very interesting. The audio tour was very nice and helpful. We went to the end of the road and worked our way back that worked out good.
I was a first time visitor and it's definitely worth the time to visit. Lot's of friendly, foreign visitors too. Weather was perfect and 20* cooler than St. George. There was a lot of road construction on hwy14 with a couple of spots with on way traffic and delays.

What a terrific way in which to tour this absolutely breath-taking park! Our two couples loved the concept of listening to the audio, and deciding at which parts of the park we wanted to stop and spend a LOT of time walking and exploring, and those at which we simply wanted to take a shorter time. The highlight? Sunrise and Sunset Trails! This park is the true definition of "awesome!" Unforgettable place.

Since it’s a self-guided tour, it can take as long (or little) as you’d like! Feel free to pause and restart anytime, stop for a snack break, or split the tour cross multiple days. With a normal walking pace and standard pauses for photos, we estimate most people will take 2 hours to get from the welcome stop to the conclusion stop

The scenic road through Bryce isn’t really a winding road, especially not compared to the “Hogback” section of UT-12/Grand Staircase next door. It’s certainly not a straight and flat road though, and does feature uphills and downhills. Are you asking because you’re planning on taking an RV?
