    What to Expect
Hop Aboard, and journey past Fort Johnson, Fort Sumter and possible dolphin pods to Charleston’s most scenic and picturesque gem, Morris Island! Stroll the shores (for approx.2 hours) while hunting for a variety of shark teeth, artifacts, shells and sea treasures on beautiful untouched, unspoiled, and undeveloped Morris Island. Learn about its historical significance and how it ties into our civil war forts and surrounding areas. Be amazed by the ecology, coastal habitats, sand dollars, horseshoe crabs, birds of prey, and tide line critters of this Barrier Island. You never know what you might find, from sea glass, whelks, pottery, to star fish, and more!

We had a great time on this trip. The captain was knowledgeable and friendly. Paula was a great guide and patient with my child. She gave us some great history of some of the items we found. We found lots of shark teeth.

Great island to explore for shells, wildlife, and solitude. I spent most of the time doing photography. Great images of beached trees, weathered wood, rocks and wood covered in algae.
