One day prior, I phoned Mr Bikramjit, not knowing anything about Assam, where I had flown into Guwahati. I requested 4D/3N including Kaziranga and a "highlight near Shillong". Within 30mins he made an amazing personalized itinerary all inclusive except meals. Despite the long drives, the entire itinerary, including the accommodation, safaris, driver and activities were exactly perfect for me; a foreigner who works in the tourism industry and is widely traveled. I cannot thank Bikramjit and my driver Manas, or recommend TRIP northeast enough. Absolutely 5star! (Please consider I only speak English, and was practically the only toruist from outisde India! 😀 )

We had an enjoyable trip to Arunachal Pradesh. All the places we had stayed at were very clean and well-maintained. We ate breakfast and a few meals at some of the home-stays, which was welcoming. Our driver, Jagdish Kalita, was a very responsible driver. His car was kept clean and tidy. The highlights of our trip were: *Jang Waterfall *Monasteries at Bomdila and Tawang *Sela and Bumla Passes *Kaziranga *The greenery and scenery throughout the entire trip Some parts of the itinerary were a disappointment and we would suggest that they be dropped for future customers: *Mandala --drove up and down 3 hours to see a structure in less than 5 mins. *Overall, the trip could have been re-arranged better to drop a transit point (Shergaon). *Tawang -- did not need three days. Two days would have been enough. *Despite all the driving, there were very few points of interest in Arunachal Pradesh. Would suggest to incorporate more of Meghalaya or Assam, as well. *Suggestion to visit: the ancient village of Thembang, 25 km from Bomdila. *Suggestion: Our Tawang home-stay owner had suggested watching a "Snow Lion-Yak Dance Show". This was a lovely and enriching experience. 😊 We really enjoyed the peace and natural beauty of Arunachal Pradesh. Please take the above suggestions as a token to just enhance the travel experience. 😊

The tour devised by Mr Bikramjit Dey was well planned. we saw all important places. Visit to Jaswant Gar, Bumla pass rekindled patriotism. Hats off to these soilders who gaurd us 24X7. They do not go on strike, they do not cmplain of the hardships they undertake. When will a common Indian change? when will our politicians develop patriotism. Merely hoisting a flag on 15th August or 26th January , is not patriotism. We were enthrilled by the simple life style and living conditions of the residents of North East. They live for today. We booked Trip Northeast for a family of 4 visiting Kaziranga, Shillong, Mawlyn and Cherrapunji on a 7 day trip. Mr. Bikram was very patient in listening to our requirements and planning the trip (cabs, sightseeing and hotels at some places), making changes as we changed our mind, also adjusted price accordingly. We went with some of our hotels and some with his recommendations. Kaziranga trip was memorable since we trekked unpopular areas and was fun - it was only possible because of his awareness and contacts. We missed out Dawky lake due to heavy rains. Enjoyed the waterfalls thru the rain. The only downside was that the driver was a smoker, ate zarda, and didn't maintain hygiene. Mr. Bikram was surprised with my concern and indicated that his foreign tourists don't complain. I was told that most in Northeast smoke. Anyways, I didn't want to play the spoilsport and went ahead. The driver was a nice person though and he did his best to make sure we were comfortable. At the end, it was a memorable trip overall and hence my rating is 4.

With Trip Northeast our entire trip to Arunachal and Kaziranga was in good hands. We traveled to Arunachal with Trip Northeast and our driver was Himanta. We had good experience. All the accommodations booked were good.

We went for a 7N/8D Kaziranga - Meghalaya trip. Mr Bikramjit and team made all arrangements to make sure our trip went as per plan without any hassels. The stays arranged were comfortable. Our driver Himantu Borah showed great interest in showing us all the places. Bikramjit also came along with us for the tiger safari at Kaziranga. The Elephant / tiger safari at Kaziranga, the water falls at Cherrapunji (Prut falls, Lyngksiar falls, Nokhalikai falls), Laitlum Canyon, Double decker living root bridge, Dawki river were all amazing. Overall trip was great. I would recommend Bikramjit and team NorthEast for anyone wishing to travel to NorthEast.

We visited Meghalaya and Assam for a 9 day vacation during early April 2024 and we had an experience of a lifetime! Trip North East tour operator Mr Bikramjit who greeted us on the opening day, ensured that our itenary was well structured and we stay as close to nature as possible. The double decker living root bridge/ rainbow falls trek was a great start, which spanned over an entire day was definitely a test of fitness. However the natural beauty of the place makes you forget all the efforts in the process. Enthralling water falls and misty mountains will keep greeting you in and around Chirrapunjee. Short treks to Kransuri and Phe Phe falls were a delight, given that you get to witness clear blue water which we haven't seen at many places around the country. While we were still lost in the cherishing experience of Meghalaya, we were taken to Zakai Eco camp (owned by Mr Bikramjit) at Kaziranga National Park. We enjoyed ourselves in the village centric atmosphere around the camp and the safaris were a delight. Spotting the tiger was an enthralling experience while it's the home for single horned Rhinos in the country. Mr Bikramjit also took us around to the banks of magnificent Brahmastra which is almost akin to a sea! Special mention to Mr Himanta Bora, our driver cum guide who was extremely cooperative and cordial all through. He ensured that we visited some unexplored locations and had the best local food. Overall Trip North East takes you back to your roots while giving you an unforgettable and memorable experience 😀

Our 16 member customised Assam Meghalaya trip organised by Mr. Bikramjeet was a very memorable and meaningful trip. Vehicles were very comfortable and We were driven safely by Mr.Rinku. Kaziranga Eco camp was a new experience and all of us in the age group of 10-70 years enjoyed it thoroughly. One of the best ways to experience the beautiful Meghalaya is with Bikramjeet & team. They know their way in and around Assam and Meghalaya. Since the weather in these regions is very unpredictable , it's good to book your trip with these knowledgeable guys! We missed watching Nohkalikai falls cos the mist wouldn't go😄and our ever energetic guide and driver Himantha made sure that we visited phe phe falls , which not only was more beautiful but also the trek to the falls was breathtaking! And even in Kaziranga, Bikramjeet has an amazing property which feels like staying in the wild. Don't miss their lip smacking veg Assamese thali. He even took us on a short unexplored trek around Kaziranga range, which got the kids thrilled! Icing on the cake was the Big Cat spotting in the forest! These guys even took care of our food preferences and took us to some amazing restaurants. We have already booked them for our next summer break to Arunachal Pradesh 😄

I recently booked a tour with them and it was amazing. From the start Bikramjeet da was very helpful. I told him I will be travelling with senior citizens, he made an itinerary covering all of the things in regions keeping everything in mind. I was bit concerned about rooms, but he made assured me that I don’t have to worry for anything and everything will be taken care of. And turns out, it was amazing. Our driver, Rinku da, was amazing, patience, very friendly. He took us to local sightseeing as well as he made sure that we get the chance to experience local food and culture. It was raining heavily on most of the days of tour, but he drove safely and made sure that we get to see all of the things in reach. We really had fun. It was a good trip, we had loads of memory, my family enjoyed to the fullest as you can see in attached images. Every location was so beautiful that it can’t be described in words. It was truly an amazing experience. Highly recommend them, the hospitality they provided, services, rooms were very clean and nice, the hotel locations had very good views and the driver, he became like a family at the end of trip. I’m glad that I trusted dada, I really didn’t had to worry about anything.
