Sadly all of their farm tours are on hold for summer 2020, no visitors are allowed at the farm location. However, we bought a dozen delicious oysters at their Oyster Stand on Ackerly Pond Lane. $15 for a bakers dozen all self serve and Venmo accepted.

A triple threat - educational, fun and delicious! Ben and Dave are the best tour guides and know how to farm amazingly yummy oysters. We started off with a tour of the hatchery, where the oysters are born, then got to the docks and saw the oysters in action. Ben showed me some cute baby scallops and I even got to wear my own “oystering” suit while Dave showed me how they sort oysters. We finished off the tour with a lovely oyster tasting paired with local wines. A must for all shellfish lovers!

My husband and I really enjoyed your farm tour! We learned so much - who knew that oysters were so complex. The wine pairing was a very unique touch that worked so well with the oyster tasting. Such a cool experience - highly recommend!!!

We had a great time on the Southold Bay Oyster Farm tour! It was cool to see the hatchery and learn about the whole process. Ben and Dan’s enthusiasm for their work is truly contagious! We’d recommend the tour to friends and strangers alike!

We met South Bay oysters in March at an east end wine event and sampled their oysters. We since used them for a party. Great oysters!

I discovered Southold Bay Oysters at Corey Creek Winery this summer. The Southold Shindig Oysters were delicious. The owners Ben and Dave were also so informative and friendly with our questions. We enjoyed our experience so much that we had them do an oyster bar for my sisters's 40th birthday party. The guests really loved it. Southold Bay Oysters was a perfect special addition to the party. Southold Bay Oysters is a must try on the North Fork.

Ben and Dave did an excellent job explaining the challenges and rewards of raising healthy seafood in a sustainable manner to 14 Food Studies masters’ candidates. And, their oysters are delicious!

We really liked the table they had, and how organized everything was. Dave and Ben were also very friendly, and quickly became part of the part (not just the servers in the background). They were also knowledgeable about oysters, and the North Fork region. The oysters themselves were delicious, and gone too fast.
