Both driver and raft guide are super nice. Support us every step especially when we didn’t feel 100%on the day… the view is stunning! The whole ride can be calm or bumpy, overall is fun! My 9year old enjoys so much especially when splashed by waterfalls. Around 450 steps down the hill at the beginning and 250up at the end.

My friend and I had the best time on this trek— thanks so much to our awesome guide, Yus, who made this a great experience. He was incredibly friendly and taught us a lot! terima kasih banyak, Yus! Before booking, we saw lots of mixed responses about the weather and difficultly. We went in January and the trail was pretty quiet on the way up and down (thanks again to Yus who timed this perfectly!) but it’s busy at the top. It’s a challenging walk, but you will have plenty of time and the path is pretty well defined— steep in some places, but not too bad if you’re happy to take it slow. I’d recommend having a jacket/poncho at the top, as it can get chilly when you sit down for breakfast. The pick up was also really smooth and made getting to and from Batur super simple —thanks Kadek!

We chose Bali Bliss because they offered customizable private tours. We ended up doing 3 days with them. We got a driver named Bagus and he was great to have as a driver. Getting around Bali can be quite time consuming, but we filled the time by talking to Bagus. We learned a lot about Balinese culture, his farming upbringing, background on the Hindu culture and rituals. He even bought fruit for us to try when he realized we never heard of snakeskin fruit. He was prompt on pickups. Bagus was also knowledgeable about the area and when we wanted to do a beach day, he recommended the perfect beach club for us. Their pricing was reasonable and competitive. Note that many of the sights, Bagus did not come with us to be a tour guide. It was okay with us, but if you are looking for an actual guide that goes with you to each place, you may have to specifically ask for it.

We travelled to Bali from US in June 2024. Nyoman was extremely responsive on WhatsApp in helping me plan our itinerary from the US. Once we got there Permana was there to receive us at the airport and from there he was our driver for next 6 days. The car was extremely comfortable and clean and seated 6 even though we were 4. Permana was punctual each day and showed us around Bali always smiling . He recommended different circuits to us each day that was feasible since our plan slightly changed . His restaurant recommendation Uma Sari was also outstanding . If travelling to Bali , go with Bali bliss as they are very reliable , friendly and welcoming . You will not regret touring with them.

We went on a 5 day trip to Bali and stayed at Ubud. Bagus was our driver for all the days. He was very professional and friendly. He would share stories about Balinese culture and about the locals. Overall we had a good time in Bali and he made us feel safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend his services and will use the same for our next trip to Bali. Thanks Ramya

Very Well coordinated. Our guide through out the tour Bagus from Bali bliss has shown us around the place and took us to other attractions as well. Very friendly.

The tour was so greatly organized. Bagus especially helped us a lot. But the highlight was Nusa Penida; the beaches are so beautiful.

Excellent family activity in Bali. Very fun experience. Beautiful sights. You are always accompanied by a trained and helpful guide.

It was great to experience Bali for the first time. Our driver Alit was very knowledgeable about all of the places we visited. He even came with us to some of the temples which were down and up many many stairs. I really enjoyed visiting the coffee plantation and seeing the Luwak's and tasting the different coffees and teas. the Luwak coffee is definitely smother than other coffees. We couldn't leave without buying some Avacodo coffee and Mangosteen tea to bring with us back to Australia. I also loved the artistry of the Balinese people, from your humble stall owner carving coconut shells into such intricate designs to the stone and timber carvings found all around Bali. Nyoman and Alit are some of the nicest people you will meet in Bali. They will ensure that you have a great experience.

We had such a wonderful couple of days driving around with our personal driver Alit that Nyoman had organised for us. Alit was friendly and had a great sense of humour which made our trip lots of fun. We visited Alas Harum, Pura Gunung Kawi, Tirta Empul Temple, Lake Batur, Taman Dedari, Garuda Cultural Park & Uluwatu. I would highly recommend Bali Bliss Tours to anyway that wants to see Bali. We picked our own schedule and Alit was happy to take us wherever we wanted to go. He would wait for us and be ready once we were ready to go to the next place. We are so glad to have found out about Bali Bliss Tours for our honeymoon! Our driver Mr Gede was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure our trip went by without a hiccup. The rates are very reasonable as well.

I used the services of Bali Bliss for my 3 days holidays in Bali. Bagus came to drive us around for all 3 days and we couldn’t have been more happy with his services. He was so patient with us, waited for us wherever we went as we had kids. He also suggested us and took us through routes with less traffic. We had the time of our lifetime in Bali! We went on two tours, “Tanah Lot and North Bali Exploration tour” and “Ubud tour all inclusive package”. Our driver was Budi.
