Great views. Short waiting time and friendly staff. The shuttle operator and pilot in particular were very friendly. Would recommend

Everyone so nice and helpful , views were amazing !! You watch a training video they get you on quickly not much of a wait time . The entire experience is easily worth the price we paid it was sooo good

The helicopters are beautiful and so well kept . The set up was organised and all straight forward. The views are incredible when you get up in the helicopter. The pilot explains all the different site seeing areas along the way which is great . The only Criticism I have is the person in the middle can’t see so much , the person who sits in the middle really should get a cheaper seat . No point arriving early to pick your seat as you are allocated your seat so if you get the middle that’s unfortunate. I’d rather pay a little more to go as a four or a five with the one that goes in the front seat .

It was our first time in a helicopter over New York. Friendly staff and amazing views with get commentary from the pilot! Not the cheapest flight I found but worth every penny!

IF you are from overseas country and booked in 3rd party platform, to view night skyscrpers from helicopter. when you arrive meeting points they might end their operation for the day early. then your option is to reschedule the flight time to next day but you can not stay at New York. It can be very hard to refund you money back. Also you might Not informed earlier from either HeliNY or 3rd Party. So the day before flight you would better call to HeliNY to check the schedule otherwise you can be in lost without your faults.

6 seats in the chopper and big glass doors. Everyone can see a lot and sitting in the middle seat is not a disadvantage since you can see Manhattan going both up- and down the Hudson. If you have the window seat, the view of Manhattan is only good one way. Amazing views. Highly reccomended.

Unfortunately the seat i was sitting in was facing accross the water which was pretty boring and away from the high rise buildings that I wanted to see. On return flight to terminsl pad the pilot flew at distance again from the high rise buildings so did not meet my objective.

Loved the experience! NOT a fan of the seating arrangement protocol. My wife sat next to an unruly child who was not disciplined/kept in check by their parents/guardians. He was constantly bumping up against her, picking his boogers, unbuckling his seat belt, kicking me from across the lane, and screaming into the mic. I’d hate to be THAT customer, but I don’t think that excursion is meant for a child to be mixed in with adults; especially strangers.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Went with group of 5. My girlfriend and her 3 teenage children. They were a little scared and loved every minute of it. Staff was great and pilot was super knowledgeable and friendly. Well worth it.

The helicopter tour was a surprise birthday present for my daughter's 18th birthday and my goodness it was utterly amazing. I have, and will continue to highly recommend this company to my family & friends. The pilot was so friendly and informative, spending the whole time talking to us and pointing out the sights, we really didn't want it to end. We will certainly return one day and experience this again.
