- LainFish0 contributionsGreat location. No soapHa. This place is a cheapish option with a good location. However you can get a lot more for your money. My room had not just no soap....but no dispenser at all. They ahd all been taken out. No coffee, no soap no nothing. A bed. There a bed. And a towel. And a washcloth. So....you decide. - Jeffrey H0 contributionsNot againWe were iffy about the "Upgraded" room that sat one floor above the pool because of the music midday, but it's mid-day... But when it started back up for an evening "Event" that was scheduled to roll through midnight and was shaking our room with base, we knew we had to get out. The next hour and a half was spent trying to make sure we could get sleep or cancel the room so we could just drive home. Eventually we were given a "Suite" in the quiet part of the hotel. It was quite, but the lights in the bathroom stopped working on the 3rd time we used the switch. Looing for a party but no sleep, this is the hotel, but looking for a place to go after parting somewhere else... DON'T STAY HERE. The hotel is a Virtual Service hotel, so staff is hard to reach. by phone or in person. Good Luck.Written 28 April 2022
- Leticia J0 contributionsDo the Fly superhero style, flying seated is not the sameDue to covid the Flying Superhero style was not allowed (I do not understand why) and you only have the option to fly seated which is not the same. I recommend to go the Fremont street and do the Slotzilla Zipline instead.Written 19 April 2022
- Nollom0 contributionsAbsolutely Horrible StayThe room is small and did not match the pictures online. Within 5 minutes something was broken, and in total 5 things broken and poor customer service. For $278/night I wish could get my money back. Only good part is Hash House A Go Go. Not a good way to treat my daughter for 21st birthday. Don’t stay here it is not worth it. Caesar’s Palace is much better!Written 11 April 2022
- Kmonsonrdh0 contributionsNo daily housekeepingCheck in was a disaster - self check in kiosks everywhere. Checked in around 10pm on the kiosk for it to tell us that our room isn’t ready - we thought that was odd, so we decided to talk to a staff member. Well there wasn’t a distinguished line so people we’re waiting all over the place and had 2 families that came in after us get helped first. Finally got checked in to find out our deluxe king room is not available so we got 2 doubles - which I wasn’t thrilled about, but we were okay with it. They did give us $30 credit for the bars/restaurants in the hotel which was nice. They did also offer for us to come back the next day to check into a king room. We ended up not doing it, we didn’t want to pack up all of our toiletries and clothes, we were content with the double bed. The room was alright, had the bare minimum, maybe a little less. No coffee machine, looked like there was a fridge in there at one point, that was an empty slot, not even a welcome pamphlet with the hotel info or pen and a notepad! The tv remote was a total pain, universal remote that you had to click on a button 2-5 times before it would work. Beds were comfy to us. Bathroom was a little of a mess, clogged sink, electricity would trip randomly throughout the stay. We did not use any of the electrical outlets in the bathroom but twice we turned on the light and it flickered off - so had to reset it on the outlet button. I did like the dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap - a lot better than those 0.5oz you normally get at any other hotel. One thing I was most disappointed was is that we stayed 3 nights and did not get housekeeping once! We didn’t NEED new towels, but it would’ve been nice to have fresh towels. We had to reuse the same liner for our ice bucket. New paper cups would’ve been nice as well. 2 of the 3 days we saw housekeeping working on rooms on either side of us, and they never came to ours. I don’t know if they stopped doing daily housekeeping and just limit their cleaning to people checking out - but when I booked the hotel, it stated daily housekeeping on it. We never bothered to call guest services, one, because we shouldn’t have to get ahold of someone to turn over our room and two, by the time we returned to the hotel at night, it was way too late and didn’t want to sit outside of our room while they got things tidied up. Check out was a lot easier - I got an email early morning and was able to do it on my phone.Written 27 February 2022

- fungirl20220 contributionsGreat location & things to do!! Girls Trip❤I love staying here, only problem was the smoke smell other than that great location. If you tired of being out all day just walk right down to your own mini strip and zipline, eat, or drink!!! Safe way to party and make it back to room.Written 29 January 2022

Earlier in the day, we did the Slotzilla Zip Line on Fremont Street. The Linq zip line was not as impressive. You have the same two choices on how to zip - sitting up or laying down. The Linq is supposedly higher but it is shorter. I did not like the way they had you get ready for the lay down zip. They basically tell you to fall forward and then they finish hooking you up. At Slotzilla, they have you lay on a platform and they lower the platform prior to the zip. We're glad we did it, but preferred Slotzilla. The Linq is considerably less expensive, so if cost is a concern, you may want to try the Linq

I did the zipline on Fremont last year and they had live images of me in the air. I thought I would have the same type of souvenir photo from this experience boy was I wrong. I walked away without anything to look back on for this experience. They do a group shot with a green screen and want $30 for a fabricated image. That's just crazy!

It was a nice flight over the Linq Promenade. However, it was marred by extremely unfriendly staff who didn't seem to welcome white people. And then they sell Albertine photos for almost the price of admission, which is bordering on extortion.

Booked thru AAA. You need to go to the window outside the hotel (Regular ticket window) to redeem your AAA tickets. Save several $, under $30 pp. Much cheaper than buying at the ticket booth.
Once we had our redeemed tickets, we walked in line (blocked off with 6 ft separation dots on floor) to wait for the elevator. At the top, you then go to the kiosk to sign your waivers. Parents sign separately for kids. Once that is done, then it's up an outdoor elevator (metal cage kind) to the zip landing. You wait in line while they fit the folks in front with harness and put belongings (hats, purses, glasses) into bag that attaches to back of harness. After dressed, you have option for taking photo in front of green screen, which are available at end of ride.
They send you to your appropriate station. Unlike some other zips, you have a horizontal bar to hold on to for stability (prevents twisting). For our family of 3, we were all ready and started riding at the same time, but only the 3 of us - not sure if by design or just worked out that way. I was a little nervous about the height while waiting, but once I'm actually zipping I'm always OK.
We happened to time it perfectly at twilight, so the neon lights were on but the sun wasn't completely down yet. Husband took a substantial lead (heavier you are, faster you zip), with tween bringing up rear. Was a nice, peaceful, fun ride.

I’m terrified of heights so this was definitely out of my comfort zone but I’m so glad I did it. It was not scary at all. They option to sit upright is brilliant and it’s not a very long zip line so it’s good for novices! It’s was relatively cheap $30 and there was no queue when we went on it at about 12 noon. It felt very safe and the views of the street below were great. Would recommend to all ages!

These tickets from trip advisor are non refundable. On the day we reserved our Linq zipline ride that we purchased for 77 dollars it was canceled due to wind. We did not get to ride nor do we get a refund beware of buying.

I am a chicken with heights and this experience was perfect. A tad scarey out of the gate, and fun in the middle. The stop was a bit harsh, but manageable. Signed up for the seated experience. Tip, if you are seniors, you get a substantial discount if you buy tickets there instead of online. If you buy tickets online, you have to go through the ticketing line anyway so you might as well get the discount. No waiting at the zipline for us in the early afternoon. It was about a 20-30 second ride. Glad I tried it. The helpers who hooked us up were super nice!

They allowed me to book tickets for a day they weren't even running it. Then when I called they told me to deal with Ticketmaster and it wasn't their responsibility and there was nothing they could do to help me. I purchased through their site. So somehow there is no communication about when they are open or not and if you buy tickets when they aren't they try to keep your money.

Closed due to bad weather on a perfectly sunny day with no apparent wind, no warning or email and no refund. Called them and was told the refund would process in 7-14 days and 15 days later still nothing, and we bought 7 tickets. Please advise if anyone from the Linq actually sees this

We had so much fun doing this!! The views were amazing, and the staff were so helpful.
They made you feel safe by checking and double checking the safety equipment. They also offered a picture in-front of the green screen, which was $31 to buy at the end but worth it!
