      Never again!
OK, don’t spend your money on this. There’s plenty of ways to get around Vegas without spending so much money. The tour was really just a recording that was blasted out the loud speakers. The bus drivers didn’t even look happy to be there. I was very disappointed I paid so much and got so little for my money. It was like riding the city bus so you wouldn’t want to pay this much to ride the bus! I’ve taken big bus tours in other cities, and it was definitely worth the cost, but this one wasn’t.

      Las Vegas Tour-EXCELLENT
We loved all of the history on our tour. The audio gave our driver fits so he called in tech support & they got it going. Our driver was fabulous!! Highly recommend!!

Good tour but beware walking to your preferred sight to see may not be easy.
This hop on hop off's recorded narrative is informative. Bus runs pretty much on time as well. The red route stops are pretty far apart and the drop offs are not always conveniently walkable to some of the must see sights. If you have any difficulty walking, this could be a challenge. We wanted to see the Bellagio Fountain Show and according to the route map/app, the closest stop was the MGM stop. It is not an easily navigable walk!

Wasted $140 on a bus tour due to improper directions.
We didn't do the tour because we were sent to the wrong bus stop. We paid for it in advance but were not contacted by "big bus" for an alternative which we could have done.

      Your driver matters!
Our driver was just not helpful. He didn't let us know what stop on the tour he was making or what was nearby. The recorded track was always behind where we were on the tour, so we had already missed it. We've been on Big Bus tour before and had a great experience. We just got a subpar driver this time.

Never do it again. I wish, I could had got back the fours of my life. We had waited over one hour to catch the bus intially. The driver, had said every 40 minutes the bus will return to each stop. That was bull!!!! Again over an hour to hop on the bus again. The tracking app was so wrong on location and time of arrival. Do not take this toure

Ist bus was too full, no seats, then the bus never returned for us to go to our second stop. No benches at droppff location. Could not find a contact number to call, total waste of money. App did not show arrival times of buses as mentioned. We Paid uber to get back.

      Terrible
This was an awful experience. We waited 2 hours for the bus to arrive at the bus stop of the Excalibur hotel. When we bought the tickets, we we’re assured that the wait would be between 30 to 60 minutes. I don’t recommend this tour.

Great value with a 2 day Explore ticket
We booked the Explore ticket, which includes 2 days of hop on, hop off bus tours, a night bus tour and a day ticket for the High Roller wheel. Overall we had a great experience. Yes, the commentary on the bus is pre-recorded so you miss the personality of a live guide but we still learnt plenty of facts. I downloaded the app and found it to be pretty accurate for locating buses on the circuit (I know others complained it was wrong). We decided to take a Lyft from our hotel to the Las Vegas sign (probably a good idea because the queue for photos there can be long) then we picked up the bus from that stop. The night tour was still worth it (having already seen everything by day), especially for the chance to experience Fremont Street at night. You get an hour to explore but beware: if you're not back at the bus on time it will go without you (which is fairest for those who did make it back because it was pretty cold waiting). The day ticket for the High Roller was also a nice addition. Yes it would look better at night, but when we went on there were only 2 other passengers in our pod so we managed to get some great photos. Overall I'd definitely recommend it. I think it's good value and the bus drivers are all great - especially Tiara! Thank you for a fantastic experience! :)

      Good Bus Tour
The cost of our Big Bus Tour was included in our Las Vegas Go City Pass which was really cost effective. As this is a hop on hop off bus you have the opportunity to get on and off at various spots throughout the round trip. All up the entire loop took just over an hour to do and it hit many of Las Vegas highlights. From our perspective this was a great way to give us an overview of the City and gave us ideas on which places we wanted to visit. We have used big bus in various cities and it has never disappointed us and it is certainly a great way to get an introduction to the city that you are visiting.

      Dissapointed experience
Usually enjoy the commentary and info from the tour drivers. They have more in depth and entertaining info. This is the first of these tours that has been recorded. To make matters worse, the first driver didn’t even give us the earphones to be able to hear the recording better. Since this was the first of these recorded tours we have had, we didn’t know to ask. We were also disappointed in the stop locations. Most were pretty far away from popular areas. We purchased a 2 day pass but barely even used one days worth.Hop on Hop off tours have always been a favorite of ours. We learn the city history and get to hop off to visit some of the locations of interest to us. No hopping on or off for us this trip. In hindsight 3 bubble rating might have been a bubble too high🙁

Not worth the costs and not a true hop on and hop off.
Not worth the cost. The company stops at many stops for extended lengths of time. You will spend a lot of time just sitting on the side of the road. They take about 20 minutes at each stop to try and get people from the strip to purchase seats. They had a bus break down, so we had to wait for another bus to catch up. I have been on different hop on and hop offs that are truly hop on and hop offs. They have set ticket booths, which allows the bus to continue on its route. The recording does not line up with the location that you are passing. Have not had this experience with other companies before.

      Not worth the money!
Don’t waste your money. The buses are every 30 min and take forever to get where you want to go. They also have a capacity on the bus so you can end up waiting another 30 minutes for the bus.

Do not waste your money on this Big Bus Night Tour This experience was anything but enjoyable and Fun . Lack of managing their tours on selling tickets but not have the available quantity for sold tickets . They totally overbooked the night tour, after over 30 minutes waiting we left, did not want to spent our vacation time to stand in line and still being rejected.
Website sucks just as much , we were not able to request a refund due to their website having difficulties. And we have attended several other hop on hop off tours in other cities , and always enjoyed it . Big Bus Tour is Most definitely not worth it .

Our guide made the trip worth while. It was night so very cold and windy. I’m glad we took this tour as we wouldn’t have been able to go to Fremont Street. It was very lively for it to be a Sunday night. Crowds of people were everywhere! I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see Vegas landmarks and to know the history and future of that lies ahead for the city. The tour is about 2-3 hours.

This night tour is a hot ticket item, so book in advance and arrive at least 15-mins early. When we arrived 15-mins prior, a full bus had already left and another one was being loaded. We got on the last bus, so 4 buses total (imagine thats at least 250+ people for 1 tour). We did not depart until 1930 as a result but our guide Alex and driver DJ were great and made up for the wait.

We got great info and funny stories from Alex as we went up and down the strip. We did get to see the Welcome to LV sign lit up in all it’s glory (one good thing about the late departure) and the driver slowed down enough for us to take pictures from the bus (no getting out though). From there we head to Freemont St, taking local routes for some unknown wonders of LV and great info about the Strip itself and all relevant historic landmarks and future projects.

Once we got to Freemont St, they cut you loose for an hour by the Golden Nugget and then the remaining tour resumes back to the High Roller at the LINQ, which is the LINQ parking lot on LINQ Ln for rideshare.

Honestly, we had fun and for $50 each, good value to see all of the Strip.

My husband and I decided to do this last minute on our brief stay in Vegas. It was awesome! Our tour guide, Rodger, and driver, Chris P., were great! Very entertaining and informative tour. They managed to time it so we were able to catch part of the Bellagio fountain show and The Volcano at the Mirage. Very lucky traffic cooperated for us! The hour on Fremont St was just enough for us. We were able to walk up and down the street to enjoy the sites, have a drink, and see the light show. I highly recommend it and would definitely consider the daytime hop-on hop-off tour on a return visit to be able to see more sites.

Our guide Roger was upbeat and very informative and our driver Derrick was also awesome. We enjoyed hearing the history of different buildings, the city etc. It wasn’t a dry history lesson…. Thank you Roger for the added humor. The route drops you off at the Golden Nugget for an hour where you can take bio break, enjoy casino, grab quick dinner or go out unto Fremont Street (reminded us of New Orlean’s Bourbon Street). You can choose to come back to the bus at designated time or be left behind and catch your own way back. The way back is just as informative, glad we didn’t miss it. So much more to this city then we knew. Another review mentioned the check-in meeting spot being confusing but we didn’t find that to be true. There’s several guys standing at the bus stop ready to transfer your mobile ticket into a paper one. Great experience!

I cannot really review the tour because we were unable to go on it! I called both months and a week before our trip to see if I needed to (or if I could) reserve a spot on the night tour as we were only going to have one night available. They assured me that I just needed to show up about 15 minutes before 7 to get on the bus. We arrived 40 minutes early and still did not get on a bus. The line was crazy. i think we were about 180th in line- according to the worker counting. And there was another 150 or so who lined up behind us. They did "scan" our tickets for entry but there were still approx 50 people in front of us who also did not get on a bus. Since they had scanned our go explorer pass, it became ineligible for another option - which was another whole ordeal. I realize Vegas was packed last weekend - I was there in the crowd. But this shouldn't be that hard. Have people sign up for a time and then that group gets priority. If there is additional availability, allow walk up passes but reserved spots go first. Then you also know how many people to expect. Regardless, why are you selling hundreds of tickets more than you are going to be able to provide service for???? That is just BAD business!!

The last time I came to Vegas I did not do the Big Bus tour it was back in November and everything was still kind of closed so I didn't get to see the city like I did this time. The Big Bus tour night tour was great for the most part. They did have 4 buses so even if you arrive a little late you still have time to get on one of the four so just make sure you're not at least more than 30 minutes in the contrary if you're on a tight schedule you might want to get there early to be on the first bus leaving right at 7:15 ish.. Also Lyft and Uber is so unreliable in Vegas due to the shortage it really caused me to be late to a lot of things this trip to Vegas so I found it a lot quicker to just get in there taxi cab line at Planet Hollywood or whetever your staying. Some of the buses had a full Skyview and then there was some open but with a canopy over the top. I would have preferred the bus that had the full open view because it was nighttime and it would have been a better site but I did manage a seat in the front of my bus so I still got that full view. if you happen to get a bus that doesn't Have a canopy open you might want to sit in the front the night sky is beautiful😉 Once were on the bus though I can't remember my bus driver's name but he was a little bit older and he had a lot of knowledge and history when it came to Las Vegas on what currently happening and what's happened in the past. Our bus happened to make it to the light show at the Fountains at the Bellagio and it was really cool having a front view seat on the bus watching it. I don't know if it so happens to fall that way every tour but it was really nice. Also nice to discover the Fremont area I would have probably not found that this trip or sometime from now so it was good to find that little Jewel to visit on my next trip . Throughout it was really good to hear the history I just wished our guide would have given a little more up-to-date and current stories because a lot of the historians, a younger generation would have no knowledge of so it became a little dry and boring opposed to relating the history to your more current artists like Gwen Stefani or Drake Exedra relating them to whats happening currently in Vegas. But otherwise I definitely will bring my children back and I would love to take them on the bus tour!

Omg Big Bus Bruce was AMAZING!! He made the tour so much fun and kept everyone engaged and entertained!! He remembered where everyone was from and continually interacted with them, and kept everyone laughing and having a good time despite the 117 degree heat. He and the driver Chris worked together well to give us all the photo opportunities we could ask for. Bruce had great recommendations for food and drink places to go and was one of my favorite parts of my whole trip. Absolutely worth the money.

It was a bit of a windy evening in late October when we did this as a group. We found it okay to go down the strip. The guide was quite knowledgeable and able to give lots of information about the buildings and hotels. It dropped us off at Fremont street for 50 mins and then back to our pick up spot. It’s not a hop on hop off that we were hoping for so you are basically on a bus just going down the strip.
If you haven’t been to Vegas before and don’t have time to explore, it’s a great way to see beautiful vegas otherwise not too sure it’s worth 3 hours. You do see how the lights come on and make the strip beautiful.
We were a group of 10 and some of us had been to Vegas and freemont street before hence my somewhat 3 star review. It is worth going on the tour.

So BAD. The guy who talk in the tour is like Latin racist. He doesn't allow to change seats, he wanted to seat in the down part of the bus. In the top there is a roof and we can not take all pictures we want. The worst experience in LAS VEGAS. it is not organize and every body have to be 45 minutes before the time to do a big line.

Sorry to hear that your experience wasn't a positive one. Would you be able to contact us locally at infolv@bigbustours.com with the name of the team member and give us some more specific feedback about why you felt like the guide was being racist? Was the bus full? Please also explain the changing seats concern as well as this is never an issue unless the bus is full. The concern about 45 minutes would also need to be explained better. What time did you check in for the night tour? Departures start around 7 pm so if you came too early for check in then you would naturally have to wait until the planned departure time. Look forward to gearing some feedback and clarification.
