    Must do
This was an awesome experience! It’s our first visit to Las Vegas and I’m so glad we booked with Big bus tours. There’s no way we would have covered so many sights on our own. This is a must for first time visitors.

Good tour!! Do it early on.
The bus was a great way to see lots on & around the strip. I would recommend doing this on your 1st night so it sets you up with where to go. The only ‘niggle’ with this trip was that you had to be at Hard Rock Cafe for 7.15pm & it took ages for them to check you in so you didn’t actually have time to enjoy your drink. You had to get it & then go to the bus. You get 2x drinks a before and an after drink. There’s a toilet break stop & you go to the ‘Welcome to Las Vegas for photos’. I don’t know why they don’t tell you this cos that is a massive selling point to me!

    Las Vegas lit up!
A good evening tour of Las Vegas. It was lovely to see the strip all lit up and it was nice to visit the famous 'Welcome to Las Vegas' sign. The only issue we had with this tour was that there was a recording of the audio being played on the speakers which we could not hear properly and at times it was out of sync. We were led to believe from other tours that there would have been a tour guide live explaining the history and landmarks of Las Vegas.

Great BUS, Bad Big Mouth Driver
Ok, tour bus a 5, but driver 2! BUS: About the bus: The open air bus was clean, comfortable, not crowded for 2024 Memorial Weekend. The recorded voice over was great! Loved the pre-recorded info. Daughter is 16, I'm 53 so very well done. Very family friendly except when the driver open his mouth. BUS WITH A DUFFERENT DRIVER!!!!! 5/27: On the 730 evening Monday tour, his name was D*rnell, The driver gets a 2. He's a young guy, seems 32 or 35, very emotionally immature and not trained. I'm saddened that BIG BUS doesn't give them a strict script to avoid inappropriate behavior. He tried to be funny but the comments led towards morbid, sexual, offensive. 1st: Micheal Jackson near the Tropicana. Employees are being moved, MJ is opening a day care. Not funny. You could see several passengers move in their seat. 2nd comment about Steve Wynn. Keeping his hands to himself, etc. ALL NOT NEEDED. Said if someone Said No, it's No. 3rd: on some exhibit, he said, I didn't see it, can't afford as big bus driver. No tip here! 4th: people dying on a ride, how you would own vegas. Epic fail by big bus, he said: moment of silence for mass shooting, vegas strong. Not Mr Untrained, he tells us how the guy carres in guns, kills 60 etc. WTF. Dude, we are vacation! Shut up! And you aren't even eloquent enough to do it justice. So hush! I didn't like him from the moment we left Battista, I could see his sarcasm wasn't appropriate for any event. Every comment was NOT NEEDED! People go on vacation to get away from murder, #Me Too, R*pe, 2017 Mass shooting. Please big bus train your drivers to shut up and press the play button. If they are speaking, let it be 1000% info, not " Tea", not garbage about sex, him being banned, etc. Night tour doesn't mean be a jerk, inappropriate etc. Tipping: he was talking about tip him now and later, shout out, etc. Then he said we'll if you don't tip. We have done tons of tours, he is the worst! He needed training on cultural appreciateness. People want information not tea, unless it's silly or fun. Even if this was after dark, I couldn't imagine being on a date, wanting to be romantic and hear about child molestation joke and #METOO. I'm not a prude, as I'm from Florida, educated, grew up in the hood. It's about how people want to be treated and respect. I might laugh at MJ in private, but that's not a cool joke for a tour. Las Vegas is rich in history, I've been here over 20x and there's TONS of other topics, such as food, shows, new performers, new trends, etc. Make it informative. Also stop " dry begging for tips". If you informative, kind, and polite, I would have given a $5 or 10 but when you turn me off, then I'm on fire! If you can't afford to drive the bus, don't. If you don't like the rides, don't share potential deaths and law suits. You were a " talking train wreck". I asked your name as I left tonight. Not to tip you but to hope you can find personal growth and change. You are a good driver but as the kids say " you do too much". You aren't funny, you cone across as uneducated and unprofessional. We spent 11 days in Europe with a tout guide, 10000% professional. She didn't need jokes, she Gabe us education, history, fun facts. Not sexual tea. And even if it was good fun, hot tea, assault is NEVERRRRR FUNNY! Big Bus get it together! Poor training leads to poor results! We did a tour in Savannah 3 months bavk, tram tour. Girl was smart, gage history, no tea, we all gave $5 to $10. Zero tip! No thanks! Not rewarding poor training after $55 tickets!

Great Way to See the City
The Big Bus was a great way to see the city. The tour takes you down the strip and past the other major attractions including Fremont Street. The taped message was very informative. I recommend you take the complete trip first, then you can go around and get off at certain stops. To get the best view, you sit in the seats on the top level. You will be able to take unobstructive pictures.

Night Tour of Downtown Las Vegas
This is a fun tour! Our tour guide/driver Des was outstanding! She gave us commentary throughout the entire tour as well as confidently navigated the insane streets of Vegas at night! We got to stop at Fremont Street for 1 hour, which was great with all the live music, much cheaper drinks than the Strip and acts that are all along the way. Highly recommend this tour!

Wasted $140 on a bus tour due to improper directions.
We didn't do the tour because we were sent to the wrong bus stop. We paid for it in advance but were not contacted by "big bus" for an alternative which we could have done.

Bad directions to bus pick up spot.
Tour operator didn't direct me to the proper bus stop and wasn't available where we checked in to redirect us. We cannot wait 2.5 hours to get corrected or alternate tour. Extremely frustrating and disappointing after we paid for this tour in full in advance!!!!!!

Great late night Las Vegas tour
Evening tour with live guide was fun. Guide was engaging and informative. He was extremely enthusiastic and excited to share the history of Las Vegas. Cautionary note that is not under the tour company’s control - make sure you can handle a cool evening on the open top (lol). Most of us could not and had to move below.

Mixed. Great idea but could improve
Mixed. Great open top bus and great weather. Timing could have been later to see lights better. The stop downtown was twice as long as necessary. No guide but a tape is fine but get a better tape. Too much repetition and annoying quizzes.

    Worth a visit
I love a Big Bus tour- this one didn’t disappoint- pre-recorded tour that was great, you saw all the sights and had an hour stop at Fremont. Queue near the wheel at the Linq gets busy early but buses are always coming along and they leave once the top deck is full. Fremont - good atmosphere - Fun and friendly. An hour was fine for us as we weren’t doing the zip line or having a meal.

Was told, wait time at hotel for bus stop 20 min. It's been over an hour. No bus. So if wait time is one hour. Be careful. I would not recommend this service.

Their stoppings are very far and stops at the back side of high roller and excalibur. Waste of money. Las vegas is small city and if you do small research on attractions, you can get in to the places easily using Duce bus in a cheap price. Duce charges only $8 for 24 Hr. Waste of money using Bog Bus in Las Vegas. No and Never recommend to use Big Bus in Las Vegas even if you are in Vegas for one day. Also they don't have stopping at Neon Musem

We spent most of our time waiting for buses at each stop then we did actually seeing any of the suggested sights. Although the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable l. I would not recommend spending the money on this. Also the app that they tell you to download to track the bus barley works.

Please heed my warning, do not take this tour. They say it’s a hop on and off tour which it is, but if your get off expect to wait 45 mins to 1 hour for the next bus to come. If you want waste a full day in Vegas the Big Bus tour will help your with that. The guy that sold me the $50 ticket told me that there are 8-9 buses running at the same time, so with 14 stops, why 45 min wait. I would avoid this tour as much as possible.

My daughter and I arrived to the indicated bus stop 10 minutes early before their app had posted. There was no bus that ever came after 40 minutes of waiting so i called the number on the sign. The employee told me a bus scheduled to arrive at 12:35pm came through around 12:40 (which was untrue because we were literally sitting at the bus sign since 12:25pm). It was 1pm when i called her and she said she talked to the driver who said it would arrive now at 1:20. We’ll see. Horrible service. I hope the tour is worth this waste of time and wait. And there is no live bus location available either on their app which would be very helpful. No idea why that can not be accessed. So basically my advice is to go to a bus stop and even if you get there early be prepared to wait there for at least an hour as you may miss the bus because their posted schedule is completely inaccurate.

I would've rated this four stars if only Gloria (who herself gets five stars!) had been our guide for the entire duration of the tour. Unfortunately though, the first half of our trip was led by a guide without much enthusiasm, or frankly much interesting to say at all. Couple that with a cost that I feel is about twice too much for what you get and I arrive at a rating of three stars.

There was a group of 10 of us that purchased tickets, under the impression we would be able to see the entire city that same day (it was 2pm). We never finished the route. Some of the buses stopped and didn’t even continue. Called and asked for a partial refund since we didn’t get our moneys worth and was told that our reason didn’t “qualify” for the terms & conditions. We’ve taken several other tour buses in other cities and have never had this experience. Las Vegas tour bus I would never recommend.

Not really worth the price. Booked a two day ticket, the first day the guide was knowledgeable and gave a great back history about the city and was really witty and engaging, the 2nd day was a waste of money since the bus goes round in a loop completed on the first day. The traffic in Vegas is awful and a lot of time was spent sitting in traffic, wouldn't recommend the tour, get a map and uber or liftshare or monorail around the city better than the tour bus

Four of us went to Vegas for a getaway and quickly found out that having a rental car would not be very helpful. It's fairly difficult to travel around the strip and various locations and finding places to park.

We opted to take the Big Red Bus Hop-On Hop-Off tour bus which turned out to be a great idea. We opted for the premium ticket that gave us not only two full days of traveling around Vegas, but also included the open bus night time tour as well as a bonus to take the "High Roller" which is a massive ferris wheel that takes almost an hour to make a full revolution. But back to the bus....

We picked up the bus almost directly across the street from the Park MGM Hotel and rode all over Vegas. We even traveled down to the old strip where Freemont Street is located. You don't want to miss that either. During the tour, we had a number of tour guides each with a great attitude and quickly offered tips and pointers of things to do while in Vegas.

While it would have been nice if the tour had more stops than it did, (there were nine in total), but even this provided a way to move around and save wear and tear on the feet. One word of caution however. Busses run approximately every 45 minutes and pick you up where you are dropped off. Be there when they arrive, otherwise you will have to wait for the next bus to show up. Likewise one or two of the stops are in a questionable part of town so keep this in mind when getting off. Our guide did mention this to everyone so you are aware prior to getting off.

Bottom line is the bus was a little pricey, but the value you get is there if you use all of the items provided. Also keep in mind, that it's hot out there. We were on the upper deck of the bus and you could feel yourself being cooked. The bussed did have a sun screen over the majority of the seating but the front of the bus is uncovered. You have been warned!

Have some fun and take the bus.

Took Uber to the Treasure Island Hotel where there was supposed to be a Customer Service booth; none existed.
A bus was scheduled to arrive at 10:30; it did not.
Called BigBus.
We were told we just missed a bus and the next one would be in 2 ½ hours. (What???)
We walked to another stop (LYNQ) that the Customer Service lady suggested.
Found the location and the guy on the street selling tickets.
We boarded and rode two stops (from LYNC to Mob Museum) where we hopped off (at 1:45) and were told every hour at :45 past there would be a bus.
We were back in less than one hour (2:45) and found a line of folks waiting.
I called Customer Service at 3:00 and was told it would be another 45 minutes.
I asked for a refund and was told to go to the website and fill out the refund form.
We called Uber and returned to our hotel.
I filled out the refund request form when we returned home (March 22) and the acknowledgement said we would hear back within 5-7 business days.
5 or 6 emails and they will not offer a refund or even a partial credit.
Their service stinks and you should simply buy a guide book and use Uber.

Super fun finding out facts about Vegas and Casinos. I liked that you got to hop on and off different places. Please know that there are no bathrooms available. We stopped off at the outlet mall shopped and waited for about 30 mins for the next bus to come. The $45 per person is for an all day pass... We left at 1210 and got back to our hotel at about 5pm.
