What an eye opening, well-guided, informative, personalized, fun, luxury tour from such a knowledgeable guide and polite team. Their hospitality was warm and made our first visit to the twin cities a very rich experience!!!!

Our non-profit board met in Minneapolis and we were looking for a fun team outing. Doug delivered! A comfortable vehicle, confident driver and endless sights and stories from around the Twin Cities. We all enjoyed it. Even the locals learned some new things!

My fiancé and I had a really lovely trek around F Scott Fitzgerald’s hometown of St. Paul MN. Doug was very knowledgeable of the intimate details of Scott’s family life, his upbringing in St. Paul, and the architecture of the homes in the surrounding neighborhoods.

This is the only way to see Minnesota’s top two cities!!! 😊 My husband and I had never been to Minnesota before and our guide Doug was a wealth of knowledge. He explaining the differences between St. Paul and Minneapolis as well additional sites to visit. We loved the local knowledge. It was a delight to be chauffeured by experienced driver Magdiel. Doug also had wonderful suggestions for lunch after our tour. We went to the Twin Cities Grill. Do not miss the opportunity to see these cities with Doug. He is the BEST!

My wife and I visited Minneapolis and St. Paul with Doug and his driver. Saw more than we ever would have on our own, and my wife, who researches our trip, and is pretty good, could not have come up with all the information and colorful stories that Doug did. I walk a little slow sometimes, but Doug kept the pace so that I was able to really enjoy myself. Couldn’t ask for a better tour. Exceeded our hopes for learning, and seeing the two cities. This isn’t my first rodeo touring with a guide, and from past experiences, Doug stands out as an excellent guide. If we return to this area, we will book with Doug again.

In my humble opinion, Doug is the top guide for touring Minneapolis and St. Paul. For me, a guide adds value to travel, so I always search for a guide when I can. Doug gave so much to my capital countdown, learning about our different states as I go. His depth and breadth of knowledge, given in such a friendly, intelligent and amusing manner, meant that Minnesota, Minneapolis and Saint Paul, stand above other states I have visited. He brought the present day and history vividly alive. I was excitedly sharing his stories with my niece who picked me up at the airport to take me home and she wants to visit Minneapolis now! He makes his love for Minneapolis so contagious, and a trip like this one with Doug can be remembered and savored after you are home. So there is double the value- enjoying the trip with Doug while you were there and remembering all that you experienced afterwards. Without Doug. I would not have enjoyed a fraction of what I was able to see and hear. Top guide, top notch guy.

Excellent Tour and Guide!! We were a group of Women Golfers from Fort Lauderdale Country Club on our spring ladies golf trip. Having no idea about the city of Minneapolis, Doug arranged a fabulous tour to accommodate our group. We had so much fun and learned a lot about the city and history. Thank you for a memorable day!

This was such an AMAZING tour! Mr Douglas was such an excellent tour guide. It was our first time in Minneapolis/ St Paul and we decided to take this private tour. Mr Douglas was very nice and polite. He picked us up right on time at the main entrance of out hotel. Then for the next few hours, we were touring many beautiful places in the cities. He was very knowledgeable, on each place he would explain us all about the history and important facts about the city, monuments, buildings etc. He also had the time to answer all our questions about the city. We made stops at the Capitol Building, Minnehaha falls, for lunch etc. at each place he even took the time to explain us about architectural facts, geologic facts, history facts etc. and of course he took pictures of ourselves. He even got the time to teach my teenage boys how to speak with a Minnesota accent!. We were back at our hotel right on time too. Also to be noted is that the driver was also very polite, friendly and he drives very carefully. If you are interested on touring Minneapolis and also learning about it’s people, architecture, laws, history, etc I HIGHLY recommend this tour, you will be happy with the service and will be highly satisfied.

Having never been to the Twin City area I wanted to see it all and Doug (our fabulous tour guide) made sure we did! He is personable, professional and so knowledgeable of the area. We hit all the highlights and many photo ops (Doug was always so gracious to be our photographer)! I highly recommend this tour…Doug and our driver were just wonderful…so nice to sit back and see all the beauty these cities have to offer. We also loved all the recommendations and suggestions for places to visit or restaurants to not miss while there! This is a FIVE star plus tour!!!

6 of us booked a tour with Doug after a get together where we talked about how Fitzgerald likely walked past one of our homes many times. We enjoyed the stories, facts and considerations Doug shared and felt like we were walking with a more knowledgeable friend.

The Mill City Museum and surrounding River Front were Awesome!! The Intercontinental Hotel Riverfront is nice inside but not comfortable walking around outside. Enjoyed touring the state capital bldg and Minnesota History Museum.

Douglas was super in narrating the history of twin cities and giving us recommendations on what else we can do in our free time. I did not feel like we were meeting him for the first time - he was friendly and knowledgeable. He even connected with my 15-year-old. Douglas, thanks for taking us around and making it a great experience.
