We had an incredible vacation planned by Saffron Tours. Anoop was a great communicator so the entire trip was planned very well for us. We felt extremely comfortable even prior to our vacation dates. Anoop even came to visit us at the houseboat!
Our driver, Tony was a very kind and caring driver. He was fluent in Hindi so it made it easy to communicate with him. He was willing to change plans around our wishes which was great for us. We ended up becoming friends as soon as we met.
We started our trip in Munnar. We thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful drive around the tea gardens. Our resort in Munnar (Broad Bean) was very comfortable and relaxing.
We did a lot of activities in Thekkady, we wished we had more time there. Our favorite activities were watching Kalaripayattu and hanging out with the elephants. Our resort in thekkady (Mountain Resort) was the best resort out of our entire trip. Unfortunately we only got a night there.
The highlight of the trip was definitely the houseboat! We had not experienced anything like it before. It was extremely peaceful to be out there in nature. The living space was cozy and cute. The food was incredible. The chef made accommodations to our dietary restrictions and it tasted amazing. I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone considering it. It is a must when you plan a trip to Kerala. It was the highlight of our entire India trip.

The company is very professional in their approach. Our Cab driver - Belmin was a wonderful guy who also took stunning pictures and was very accommodating. The houseboat booked was amazing. If you book with saffron India Tours all you need to do is experience the best of Kerala and everything else will be taken care ok. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing time thanks to Saffron tours! The tea plantations around Munnar, jungle safari and wild elephant spotting in Thekkady, backwater boating in Kumarakom, and exploring Kochi - all these experiences were truly wonderful! Thank you!
Also, very good organising skills from the tour company, as they managed to upgrade me just one day before the tour, and booked every hotel room with a panoramic view! I can recommend this tour to everyone who would like to explore Kerala!

We visited some wonderful places on the tour, the hotels were of a good standard, and our driver was very reliable and friendly.
Unfortunately we had so many problems communicating with Saffron prior to the trip (they failed to respond to emails, WhatsApp and phone calls), that it was quite stressful, particularly as we had already paid.
It is also worth noting that the driver is not a guide, and if you don't speak Malayalam/Hindi, it may be difficult to get information about the history, culture etc of the places you visit.

We planned short vacation with our kids this November(2019- 4 days and 5 nights to Kerela) with Saffron India Tours. Every experience was amazing ,I can say perfect trip organized by Saffron ( Thanks to Anoop). From driver ( Hani,).Our stay in hotels during our trip was really comfortable.Hotel staff was so professional and courteous ( all locations).
Trip was so comfortable and truely stress free. In real sense we had good vacation after very long time .

This was my first trip to kerala and it was a memorable one. Amazing people, nice hotels and beautiful location. What i liked most is i got an opportunity to customise the package. Instead of thekkady i chose cochin. Currently I am at Nihara Resort in cochin and this is the last day of my trip. A very nice resort with a beautiful view of lake. Im super amazed to see a wonderful resort in cochin and that too very near to the city center. The ambience of the resort made me to write a review on the last day itself. Munnar hotel was also excellent with nice climate. Alleppey Houseboat was also excellent. Have seen it only in pictures and was a different experience when we saw it in real. And finally my Big Thanks to the whole team of Saffron India Tours for arranging such a nice trip. Will definitely come back again.

I would honestly say that. I love the complete trip. The hotels which was arranged by Saffron was fabulous and the saffron was in touch with me in my entire trip. Especially the boat house and tree house was very cool.
Due to their good service, I arranged a family trip with saffron kinda 20 ppls. While we were in Munnar. We made multiple changes in hotels. Though everything is booked and planned. But when we requested for a change. Anoop from Saffron didn’t hesitate to change as per Our need. Which most of them won’t do. I would suggest saffron to keep up the same level and All the best !!!

I enjoy my 5 days trip with saffron hospitality , mr Anoop arrange a good tour for us. Our driver Mr Nippu is a skillful driver and take good care of us .
The cook at saffron boat house is indeed a good chef , and he is speciality in making lassi, tea and delicious coffee.
Mr Nippu also bring us to choose our own seafood which are very fresh and we bought them by ourselves and cook just by the roadside at Cochin .
Saffron hospitality is a tour company that you can trust.

I recently visited Kerala with my husband and I can't define in words how amazingly awesome it was..
My travel agent Saffron Hospitality provided me the perfect Hotels,rooms and plan as I wanted..
More than that the moment I visited Cochin airport we met our agent Anoop who was like a blessing for us through out our trip.. From the beginning of the trip he kept guiding us for every passing by sight and explained there significance.. He also was very polite and friendly.. He spoke very nice English and Malayalam of course.. He was a very wise person and guided us correctly for all the sight visits.. and took us to every single sight that was included in our package and more.. he also helped us to buy banana chips,Jack fruit chips and chocolates that we couldn't have found out with any other person..
I would truly recommend Saffron hospitality to all my friends and family .. Thank you so much for making my vacation an amazing one

Looking forward to overnight house boat accommodation atleast one day instead of staying 2 days at the same hotel.
Along with traditional ayuved massage therapy atleast 3 days.
