Lovely day on Ha Long Bay despite the rain. The staff are very efficient, super friendly and very accommodating. I have extensive food intolerances and the 5 course meal they prepared for me was outstanding. Felt slightly rushed at each stop but I still enjoyed every minute. Be prepared for a lot is stairs and take an umbrella ( we were here in February) and you’ll have a great day out.

As part of our tour package to Vietnam, organised by the Holiday XP- Box Hill office Australia, we spent a whole day in Le Journey Premium Cruise. We booked a 4 star package and our group included 12. Positives. 1. The staff was very cooperative and friendly. 2. The food was great, and we all loved it. 3. The activities organised were great such as the karaoke, visiting the caves, Kayaking and squid catching. Negatives 1. This is an extremely old Cruise which requires detail cleaning. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were very small, and they were not cleaned properly. I think the bathroom walls were never cleaned recently. 2. We booked the whole package as triple share-4 star. The rooms on the cruise were designed for twin share. So, we squeezed inside small rooms for a night. This is not an issue with the Le Journey Premium cruise but with the Holiday XP – Box Hill who organised the whole tour. If you are booking for triple share in this cruise, please think twice. Basically, I won’t recommend this Cruise.

Good services Ms Anna was so lovely and friendly. The cruise was so clean, spacious, beautiful and comfortable seats. I would definitely recommend.

Tour guild was wonderful, happy and made us all laugh. He was also very informative. Both monkey mountain and Marble mountain were fantastic. Interesting to know they used the hell cave for a hospital in the Vietnam war

Amazing tour! The guide was super friendly, and followed our requests, showed us noodles, banh cuon, summer rolls, papaya salad, coconut icea cream, jack fruit with coconut, and egg coffe. Every single place was so good and made us discover a lot of different tastes. Highly recommand!

I come from 30 years experience in hotel & aviation management, so tend to observe service standards with a critical eye. I can only report on the service I received on this particular day. Everything ran very smoothly perhaps because of Duc the cruise manager & tour guide. Also February is not peak season so the vessel wasn't full booked. The vessel was quite modern, clean & well maintained. The luncheon buffet was substantial with great variety of dishes. Nobody went hungry that's for sure. Wait staff were both friendly & efficient. At each shore visit Duc went along to take care of guest needs, but I suspect also to keep us on schedule, which he did. This is not the best time visibility wise for Northern Vietnam as it is late winter/early spring. With overcast conditions the colours are muted but we still had a wonderful day.

We were guided by Quóc (hope the spelling is correct!) and he was great. Long trek through lot's of different villages, all very interesting and some beautiful sights. Nice lunch near the waterfall too and at top past the waterfall some stuffing scenery.

Beautiful scenery, but this is not a 4-star cruise. The cruise is old an not maintained. Rooms are terrible and not clean. We had one night at Garden Bay Cruise, and unforunately it was 6 degrees at night with NO heating, the doors didn't close, and there where open cracks by the windows. Crew didn't speak any english and they where rude, the food was bad - especially the last day. Do not book this cruise - not worth the money...

It was amazing experience, with balcony and family 5 star treatment, really nice staff and good food for Indians, they have tried their best. They made my special day more special. Thank you.

Cool trip, an experience. Nice part was we got picked up at our hotel in hanoi and taken to the cruise in ha long. Food was ok but the cave adventure, kayaking and hiking to the top of the hill was a cool experience. Great staff

This was an amazing experience. The steps on Titop were a challenge but the view was amazing once at the top. The Mua cave was my favourite part of the day , absolutely spectacular.
