I recently went to Athena Royal Cruise for holiday. Such a great experience I had with nice atmosphere. I stay for 2 days 1 night.The staff are very polite.A special shoutout for Mr.Henry& Mr.Vinnie and the restaurant manager of the Cruise (can't remember his name) greet us in the morning with big smiling face.They are always ready to help whenever we need any help&quick respond to any request.Thanks again for your warm hospitality and will definitely recommend to our friends & family..Cheers guys

Boat v clean. Food good. Helpful and efficient staff. Chien was our host and was very professional and spoke good English. He ensured that we were looked after at all times. Henry was our guide on the trips and was very informative. He is a lively chap who wants to ensure you're having fun and succeeds. Enjoyed the trip but I was surprised how many boats are in the bay doing same thing but that's naivety on my part...

Came here in December, cooling weather and had a great experience with great hospitality, very friendly staff and good food.

The Hera Boutique Cruise is very low budget level boat. Quite an old boat in need of a renovation. The crew and staff were all not helpful and reckless behavior. Recommend for the VERY LOW BUDGET conscious only.

Had a lovely experience for first time visit with big Indian group - the tour was organised well, indulged in a lot of activities like exploring Luon cave and Tiptop Island, kayaking, cooking traditional Vietnamese rice cake with the talented chef, and enjoying scenic view from the sun deck. Had a a variety in quality vegetarian food (and specially trailered for Indians). Special thanks to our lovely cruise manager, Tony - he was extremely fun to hang around with and made our stay very memorable. Will definitely recommend Hera Botique Classic Cruise and hope to visit again!

Loved this cruise! The Bay was even more beautiful than we imagined. The boat was excellent with superb staff. Special call out to Sky who made our dinning experience even extra special. Lily the staff manager went above and beyond to make sure all guest were happy and pampered. We highly recommend this cruise.

The staff and service was very friendly and professional. We particularly liked the buffet at lunch time, lots of different choices,not just Asian. Rooms lovely and clean and look like they are hotel rooms! Learn to cook , fish or just enjoy ' happy hour ' up to you. I would definitely recommend 2 nights on Rosy, get to go kayaking and visit Cat Pa or just sit in the jacuzzi, balcony or sun deck. Prices are good, everything was good!

We took our grandson for the Sunday brunch for his birthday. While this is his favorite restaurant in the Branson. area, he had not been there for brunch. He couldn't believe the wonderful selection of well prepared and diverse food. Our server, Jon, was not disappointing either. He was an expectionally pleasant and accommodating server. It is such a pleasure to be at the Keeter Center with its extraordinary purpose and how well they carry out what they claim to be. Thank you!

Very very large comfortable cabins. All staff were well trained, courteous and friendly. Nothing was too much. Special thank you to Lily and Sky. With a HUGE thank you to Royal, who looked after us at every meal. The meals were excellent. Varied and fresh. We loved our side trips. Such a beautiful region of Vietnam.

It takes a bit to get here but it is well worth it. You are taken out to the boat with your group on a tender. When you arrive onboard you are greeted and introduced to all of the staff. They have more staff than guests and it shows. The area you tour is so much better than the photos show. It’s enchanting and they take you on a kayak ( or boat) to a lovely landlocked bay. The food is plentiful and well prepared. Our cabin was toward the front and very spacious with a large bathroom. There is also a very large front deck with a seating area. Our only regret was that our tour with Abercrombie and Kent only had us there for one night

Tony was great ! So friendly and helpful. We love him . The food is delicious. All crews is so amazing thanks you for all. I will be back!

Amazing staff led by Chien, clean rooms with all required amenities. Food was high quality and delicious. Activities well organised.

Just perfect the view, the boat, the food, the staff everything was Perfect . We got picked up from Hanoi it was over a 2 hr trip. The limousine bus was comfortable.We really enjoyed the canoe through the caves . Thank you Athena the experience was amazing

What a wonderful experience!!! Exceeded our expectations...we were a little concerned about what it would be like after reading some reviews about the area and the amount of plastic etc in the water. But, we were not disappointed!!! Probably helped that we travelled in low season with less crowds and boats. The Orchid Classic Cruise was amazing, our suite spacious and the most beautiful views!!! The staff and service we could not fault, nothing was too much trouble. Loved the trips they organised, kayak, cave, swimming on a small beach...The boat manager Mr Bang was extremely helpful and kind. Chris, our waiter throughout the cruise a joy. David, our guide to the village very informative and funny!!! Would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!!

We really enjoyed our 1 night cruise around Halong Bay. We had a suite with an extra bed for our son which was huge, with large bathroom and balcony. Food was lovely and beautifully presented. The staff worked so hard to make sure we have an enjoyable stay. We loved the cooking demonstration and our 16 year old son had ago at making Vietnamese spring rolls. Lovely sunset cocktails.
