- Your tour meets in Chicago’s Near North Side, across from the Water Tower Place shopping mall. Hop aboard an air-conditioned coach bus, and get ready to learn about the city’s shady past. Your driver provides a smooth ride through the city, bypassing traffic when possible, while your guide points out main landmarks that play a part in the area’s gangster history. Hear stories about big-time mobsters—including Al Capone, Tommy O’Conner, Bugs Moran, and Hymie Weiss—as well as The Untouchables, who helped bring them down. You’ll see locations where well-known crimes happened and the courthouses where the bad guys were tried for their crimes. Some parts of this tour allow you to get off and wander around important attractions on foot. Your tour ends with a drop-off at the departure point.

I have been to Chicago many times, but have never taken this tour. It was interesting to hear about some of the gangsters and see the different locations of their “activities”. I definitely recommend taking this tour!

Check their website and enter the day you want. It will tell you what’s available. If winter comes early you may be out of luck, but I think they allow you to cancel up to the day before.
Can I bring my 1 year old? If so, how much is it?

You can but would you really want to? It would be very distracting for you and the others on the bus. I don’t think you would enjoy the different places you stop at if you are tending to a one year old.

Not sure if other languages are provided. You would have to ask when booking your tickets. This is usually led by a local Chicagoian, so they may have to make provisions to place you with the someone who may speak your language.

Hello, in this area of Chicago you must find your own parking, there is no free street parking anywhere. It is best to park in a parking garage and walk around. We google mapped it and found a fairly inexpensive parking garage 2 blocks south, this is an area where it is very congested and a lot to see, so plan on spending some time in this area,
