We used them for transfers from airport to Cabana Bay, then Cabana Bay to Port Canaveral and then from Port Canaveral back to Orlando airport. The prices were reasonable, the service was prompt Doraly was quick to respond back with an questions and a quote. They communicated with me prior to pick ups. We knew the drivers names before hand. The driver messaged when they arrived and were always early. Great service. I would use them again.

I can’t recommend ATC travel enough, fantastic prices and a very friendly company with amazing customer service. Driver wise, we’d highly recommend Humberto who was great accommodating our year old twins! We had a major issue with our flight which meant instead of flying into MCO, we landed in Tampa the next day. It only took a WhatsApp message with immediate response for ATC to go the extra mile and fix our journey for us. I’ve attached a screenshot from our conversation with Dispatch. Jorge was a great driver and got us to the Polynesian resort very quickly. As I’m not a Florida local, ATC are the only private transfer company I’d recommend and you can 100% rely on them. Around the Clock and our driver's communications were great. Pick-up service at our hotel was early. We were outside waiting so it was very easy. Our driver was efficient, courteous, and safe. My daughter has special needs and this was her first independent trip. The transfers were the real worry - from MCO to Disneyworld hotel, to Disney cruise, and then back to MCO. We didn't know if she could manage all the transfers, but the owner of Around the Clock assured us that he would take care of everything - and he did! The drivers established an easy-to-find meeting place, communicated with my daughter, and assured her they would be at the meeting place on time - and they were! As a result, she had a wonderful trip. Now, she's feeling more confident and is ready for her next adventure.

Excellent service for our transfer from Orlando airport to our Airbnb in Kissimmee. Flight from UK delayed by one hour by bad weather in Florida preventing us from landing and then baggage handlers at the airport couldn’t move bags until lightning had subsided. Coupled with the passport control queue we were 2.5 hrs later for our rendezvous with our driver than planned but he waited patiently, handed us bottles of water and cheerfully delivered us to our destination. Good service.

We emailed these guys to get a quote, which was provided and which I was vaguely told was being confirmed. I spent the next several days trying to confirm a question about a car seat and get a more formal final confirmation without getting a single response. Wound up organising alternative transport and still haven't heard anything back from them well after our has been completed

We were picked up right on time. A clean mini bus took our family of 9 to the port from our home. It’s hard for our odd numbered family to find transportation where we can all fit comfortably together, I’m glad we now have a reliable way of getting to the port. Thank you

Trip was pleasant and our driver was professional. My observation was that we were confused about where the pick up point was. We were told by airport security to go to the shuttle bus pick up, which made sense. The actual pick up area was in the family pick up lot. Knowing that would have been helpful.
