Good if you’re in the area but don’t make a special trip
The food was good! The happy hour food was great also. The crew was amazing, great actors! I loved that we were all assigned to be passengers. The shop has reasonable prices. Not suitable for young children, because they would be bored.

    Wonderful experience.
Character impersonators did a great job. They knew all about the personal lives of the people who were on the Titanic that we were portrayed as. The display of artifacts and simulation of the night of the sinking was better than expected. It was also very respectful. The food was delicious and plenty of it! I would go again.

Enjoyed it but it could be better
Pros: actors are great, ending was the best and certainly a different night of entertaining, food is average like you get at a wedding ; giving everyone a passenger card was very clever and made experience more meaningful Cons: no need to have to wait in two lines for two different photo ops; folks just are not into photo ops as they used to be as even cruise ships have slowed down pushing them; just have one photo ops in the staircase and that’s it; we didn’t even look at ours ; table cloth at dinner had scuff marks Suggestions: do not have busboys piling discarded heaps of food within view of diners- do that elsewhere; have just one photo stop; after cocktail hour we were taken to a room where we sat down for 1 minute- use that time to show a brief film or documentary on Titanic instead.

    Great cast
Attended the Dinner Gala and had a great experience. The cast were amusing and very entertaining. Lots of laughs throughout the dinner. However, it was solemn at the very end when learning which members survived and perished. I would definitely recommend.

Magnificent performance amazing storytelling, delicious meal truly made history come alive. We will definitely be back.
Hardly know where to start The cast was absolutely fantastic and interacted with all the guests continuously throughout this experience They truly made history come alive to our family, and especially impacted our children and grandchildren who attended with us We were there last night. They’re still all talking about it this morning. We couldn’t top this experience anywhere in Orlando We chose to dress in 1900s and 1920s style clothing to blend in and to immerse ourselves in the experience and all we can say is that we would come back in heartbeat and we do plan to make our way back soon and bring other guest with us The ambience, the storytelling and the food was magnificent This is a must see and must experience for anyone vacationing in the Orlando area

Experience a character on the ship….
An amazing and fun experience. Sobering also as you consider the lives of the characters portrayed and that you yourself represent at the dinner gala. Who they were, how they fared on the ship and what the survivors did following the tragedy. Well worth the time and cost.

Number one dinner show the titanic
From the facts and artifacts and cast to the dinner, this is probably one of the best dinner shows I've ever been to. The whole experience was probably 3 hours. But well, worth, the time would definitely recommend a would go again myself, thank you for a great evening

    Unforgettable Experience! A Must Do!
Excellent, unforgettable experience, worth every penny! I would highly recommend this experience. We visited with my 15 year old who was skeptical ahead of the event but was in awe of the experience. From start to finish the staff make you feel welcome and start to immerse you in the experience. While waiting to ‘board’ the ship you are given a boarding pass with details of real passengers on the ship, and you meet passengers from 1912. The appetisers served are delicious, the food in the dinner was divine! Salad, soup, main course and dessert. They were able to cater for food allergies and intolerances with ease. This is an experience not to be missed and we will be back when we come back to Orlando. This is something not to be missed!

    A good subject, poorly done.
This was a good idea, but poorly executed. After being given our boarding passes, we spent a tedious hour+ hanging around waiting for guests to have their photo taken. You could buy a drink but there was nothing to do. We were then taken to the Grand Staircase, for another chance to have your photo taken. Both photo ops were chargeable. Another 30 min yawn. We were then shown to our tables and seated for our meal. The Actors did well to entertain us ( like a murder mystery dinner) but the food was poor and the service was equally poor ( some guests at the table served, then nothing for five minutes, then the rest served. Plates taken away at various times while others were still eating. Not a silver-service experience). Even buying wine meant you had to leave your table and go to another room to order it. The actors were good and did their best but could not recover the poor start. The final section, when the ship had struck the iceberg, was respectfully done and there was a sense of quiet sadness and understanding, albeit a little abrupt in the ending. For $83pp we expected more. The actors were good but this isn't a show we will be recommending to family and friends.

I was visiting from Belfast and have a keen interest in Titanic so was very much looking forward to this exhibition.

I did the guided tour which happens every day at 11:30. I would highly recommend doing this as you would otherwise miss the significance of some of the things you’re seeing

The exhibition is not as visually striking or well presented as the visitor centre in Belfast. However, the unique selling point is that anything marked with the red flag has been removed from the actual seabed which made this very moving and special exhibition.

Seeing a pair of shoes and personal artefacts of a young man who perished really brought home the tragedy.

A real highlight was seeing the actual Bridge Telegraph - it was still locked in the reverse position.

A great piece of the exhibition was a large ice sheet which is 2° warmer than the sea that night.
They ask you to place your hand on it for 15 seconds. Difficult to do as it was so so cold, so I can’t imagine that agony of the passengers as they perished in the water that night within 15 minutes of submersion.

The absolute icing on the cake was seeing the large Hull section at the end.

You also get to touch an actual piece as the very last thing to do in the exhibition – this was really amazing if you are a true Titanic fan.

I did the guided tour with a guide called Jorge who was really excellent. He brought the whole thing to life alnd explained the significance of some items which you may otherwise have walked past.
I missed the first 10 minutes of the tour and he actually did them again just for me at the end and we ended up talking for about an hour exchanging information and photographs.

There was also an actress portraying a first class traveller, which was a nice touch on the Grand Staircase.

My only criticisms are that the exhibition can feel a little little tired when compared to today’s technology-I have just been to Universal and can imagine what they would do with this if they got their hands on it.

For example the video simulation room of the deck and sea could be an amazing part of the exhibition if upgraded. The fact it is cold is good.

In conclusion- all in all a very enjoyable afternoon really well spent. The staff are really friendly and helpful and price is reasonable.

This is a must see if you are aTitanic fan.
Definitely give it a visit.

What a wonderful experience! We purchased tickets for the 5:30 dinner show which includes a self-guided tour of the exhibit. You just have to arrive before the doors close at 4pm. We arrived around 3:30 which gave us plenty of time to take fun photos, tour the exhibit and really immerse ourselves in the experience. The dinner show was so well done! There is a cash bar and a few appetizers (the artichoke dip is delicious!) to get everyone started. Everyone has an opportunity to take photos on the staircase and then you’re ushered into the dining room. The character actors and sound effects are realistic and the whole experience is just really fun. Dinner itself is very good with plenty to eat. After a champagne toast, the last hours of Titanic’s voyage are recreated. There is an age limit for this experience, as the last somber moments aren’t for small children or sillly adults. We opted to dress up for the dinner party but most of the attendees were in their tourist attire of shorts and flip flops. This can be as dressy or as casual as you want it to be, you’re treated as a welcome guest regardless by the friendly staff and actors.

This place was just amazing! I had been to a titanic exhibition in New York last month, and I wasn’t sure if I should do this because I was worried this might be too similar. But I was pleasantly surprised while going through this exhibition that this one is definitely a different experience. It felt more personal, and I felt more involved. I was given a boarding pass before entering the exhibition, and it had the name of a passenger who had been on the Titanic. At the end of the exhibition, I got to scan the QR code and check if that passenger survived the aftermath. The exhibition talks about and shows us relics of the Titanic brought out from the ocean and tells us stories of several passengers and their lives through artifacts. After a roller coaster of emotions, I was just hoping that the passenger on my boarding pass survived, and thankfully, she did survive! :)

It takes about 2.5 hours to read everything in detail and listen to all parts of the audio component as well. I am pretty thorough when I visit museums or exhibitions, stopping at every place and reading through everything, and it took me 2.5 hours to get through the entire place. I highly recommend visiting this place! Totally worth it.

Let me start by saying that I visited this exhibition years ago when it was traveling around Europe. I saw her in France in 2013 but driven by curiosity I wanted to see her again after years with my current partner. The finds are interesting and well looked after but there are two big flaws in my opinion:
1) when you book through Getyourguide, at the checkout you have to waste time taking screenshots of the tickets and sending them to the address indicated to you by the staff. If this thing could be a little more "automated" it would be a great thing, especially in the case of foreign tourists who are perhaps not accustomed to technology.
2) the staircase: I was really disappointed that you can't take photos either of the staircase itself or above. This is because there is the professional photographer who takes your photo, which will cost handsomely. Since it is one of, if not the most advertised thing but then when you get there, you discover that you can't even take photographs... it was frankly a disappointment.
The shop is cute even if in our opinion we found some gadgets a little out of place...

A pretty neat experience from the time you enter the doors. On the guided tour, you are given a "ticket" with the name and passenger class of an actual Titanic passenger. You wind your way through the museum with your guide who tells you Titanic facts, Interwoven with stories of the different passengers, whose tickets you were given.

At the end, there is an "iceberg" that you can touch, and an actual piece of the ship that also, you can touch. A word to the wise, it gets very chilly as you are experiencing the coldness of that night. A sweater or lightweight jacket is a good idea.

A big shout out to Dana, our tour guide. She made the ship come alive.

Absolutely amazing experience. Book a tour with a guide well worth the little extra… her knowledge was incredible and answered all questions. If you’re interested in the tragedy then don’t miss this opportunity to see genuine articles from the wreck and learn about the passengers and crew. No punches pulled and quite emotional .
Takes about 90 minutes in total.

We did the dinner gala. Such an amazing experience. The cast were great, stayed in character whole evening. Chatted at our dinner tables, it really was great. Dinner was quite good, also had coffee and a glass of champagne. The cast were so clued up, Knew so much about all the passengers (you receive a boarding card of an actual passenger and your fate is revealed at the end). Towards the end of the evening, the tone changed to that of a somber, dignified manner to respect the events and the huge number of souls lost. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would certainly do it again if we come back to Orlando.

Plenty of good objects but the tour guide for a tour we were not apart of was so loud it was impossible to read and enjoy the exhibit with her overbearing commentary. Further, the bathroom was filthy. No toilet paper at all and nearly out of soap.

We took the tour of the exhibit and enjoyed every minute. Our tour guide, Shyann (spelling?) was amazing! Her in-depth knowledge combined with her enthusiasm made the tour even more interesting than it already was! The authenticity and number of real artifacts was awesome. The exhibit is laid out very well ; starting with the design and building of the ship to the end and aftermath of the Titanic’s demise. We thought giving each person their own “passenger card” was a great idea. Truly enjoyable!

I have no favorite part because everything was amazing. The exhibit hired a few VERY knowledgeable people to answer questions about ANYTHING Titanic, especially Chris was a fountain of knowledge. He pointed out a few highly interesting artifacts and told us the story behind each one. I have never learned so much in just a couple hours. Even though it's a museum you feel like you are actually on board. They take a few great pictures for a very reasonable price. I can only recommend this exhibit !
