What to expect
Start the day with a double-decker bus tour of some of Miami’s most famous neighborhoods. From your bus, go from downtown skyscrapers to the beach-side architecture in South Beach and to the historic Art Deco District. Spot the Gianni Versace mansion and Madonna’s former house, and then immerse yourself in the Cuban rhythms of Little Havana, with free time to purchase lunch at one of the neighborhood’s colorful cafes. Next, take to the water in Biscayne Bay, cruising past islands, mansions, and the Port of Miami on a sightseeing boat tour. From there, make the drive to Everglades National Park, where you board a water-skimming airboat for a ride through lush marshes. An onboard naturalist guide can help spot alligators, turtles, snakes, and fish.

Very horrible service
People at miamitour are absolutely useless. They couldn’t organize our trip properly and when we tried to fix the problems, they acted like “oh well.” , They refused even though I requested a refund before the time of the tour. The entire crows and their teams we’re absolutely not helpful and they lack communication between their customers in between each other

I booked this and was super excited and let me start by saying that this wasn’t that bad but the review may sound like it. Just read the whole review. So checking in and loading up- easy. No issues there. The double decker bus ride was neat and we enjoyed that. The stop in little Havana was rushed and they direct you into certain shops or stores. Not necessarily a bad thing but it was just rushed. I was a little disappointed because I thought we were going to eat here but we were told we would eat at the next stop. So back on the bus and then we go to Bayside Market Place to eat and catch the boat ride. This is where I was disappointed. They lead us to Bavaria Haus to eat and it was terrible. Food and prices sucked as well as the service. We were not sure if we had time to eat anywhere else because it was 11:40 and we were told to be downstairs at the boat at 12:30 so we stayed and as a family spent $61 on some frozen chicken fingers, one grilled bratwurst, and a pretzel. If you do this tour go eat somewhere else. Then we board the boat to check out the celebrity mansions. This was again cool and we enjoyed this. Once we returned we were again rushed to the bus for the 40 minute drive to the airboat at the Everglades. I didn’t have an issue with that but once we get there the airboat tour was great but it was roughly 25-30 minutes and it’s time to load back up and head home but nope, we are going to stop at Cafe 27 to eat if we want. They specialize in gator bites but I just spent $60 on a crappy lunch so I’m not spending another $16 on a gator bites appetizer so my family and many others just sat on the bus waiting to go back. We were here for about 45-50 minutes but were told it would be only 30 minutes. We finally get back a little after 6:30. So to wrap up.....I honestly would do it again knowing what I know now but I would skip the mansions tour. No reason for me to see it again. I wish it hadn’t been so rushed and I wish if they are going to give you opportunities to eat they would do so at better restaurants. I honestly had rather had a fast food restaurant like Burger Kind or McDonald’s than where we ate lunch. The tours were all great and we did enjoy it in spite of the rushing around and crappy food.

Great tour for first timers in Miami! I do recommend, great deal. Bus drove through downtown, coconut grove, took us to little Havana, where we visited their recommended cigar factory, gift shop, mojito bar, and cuban attire boutique. We were even given free shots of espresso (much needed on an early morning). Then we went to Bayside market. This part was a little rushed. We were given only 30 minutes in bayside market to just order lunch and take it on the boat. Wish there was more time to go around. Boat ride was nice and long not rushed, though not enough chairs. Afterwards, the double decker was ready outside the market to take us to Sawgrass recreational park (part of the everglade). The ride to Sawgrass was 1 hour long, but gave us some time to rest. Airboat ride was great, we saw some alligators and birds in the wild and in captivity. Even got to pet a baby alligator. On the way back, the bus was picking up and dropping off some people at the mall, which wasn't disclosed as part of the trip, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, tour guides were friendly and communicated well. Trip was organized as timely as possible while accommodating everyone as much as possible. we left at 9:30am and got back around 6:30 pm

Fast-paced adventures
Awesome tours! We had a blast! I would have given it 5 stars had it not been for a break down in either the communications between one tour with the other or the tour guide and us. They had us sprinting from one location so as not to miss the bus to the other tour location. It was frustrating, exhausting, and very hot! Otherwise, great tours, great guides, great scenery, and great foods!

What an incredible value! We spent the whole day with these folks, touring Miami atop the double-decker bus, exploring Calle Ocho in Little Havana, sampling coffees, drinking mojitos and enjoying hilarious commentary in both English and Spanish. After lunch, we all boarded a tour boat to enjoy a cruise around Biscayne Bay and a peak at the amazing homes of the rich and famous. Then off to the Everglades to skim fast and low across the water and through the grass. The tour was crowned with a visit to an alligator rescue reserve then a quick snack at a huge outdoor biker bar where we sampled fried alligator! (It was pretty darn good!) All this for only $60 a person! We honestly spent more in tips! Everyone working this tour was fantastic and well worth our cash!

Very fun tour… didn’t love being taken to the restaurants they chose- not my cup of tea. Couldn’t hear a thing during boat tour of millionaire’s row. Suggest standing on the left side of the boat as you’re looking at the front of the boat- you will see better. Really enjoyed the Everglades tour. Very knowledgeable guides there.

The bus tour was awesome and very educational. A little more time in Little Havana would have been cool, even lunch there. The driver said we would be going to Bayside Market for lunch and our boat tour, but didn’t say much else that made any sense. There are multiple tours to choose from, so everyone is headed somewhere else and it got confusing. The tour guide brings you to a German restaurant in Bayside Market and tells you to eat there, but you don’t have to (we left and ate at chili’s). The Star Island boat tour was not worth it. We couldn’t hear the tour guide at all between the microphone system and the boat motor. After riding around Star Island, it took at least half an hour to get back to dock, and literally went past shipping container tankers (which was cool, but after Star Island, was not cool). They try to sell you time share but we read the comments prior and did not participate in the raffle and it was fine. The airboat tour was a really cool experience even if you don’t see any gators, and the staff at Sawgrass is friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing tour of Miami main sites! Great Explanation

Loved the tour! If you are on your own in Miami and/or visiting for the first time I do recommend getting on this day trip to have a general view of Miami. The bus driver was very pleasant and we made few stops to eat and take pictures. I met a girl during the tour so was not on my own no more!

This tour was amazing! The tour guides were all great, and we had a lot of fun! It was a full day of sightseeing. The tour started around 9:30am and we didn’t get back until around 6pm. The Biscayne Bay boat tour was very crowded. Be sure to bring extra cash to tip the tour guides and the driver.
