The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We really appreciate them and we would use them again if we are ever in the area.

Pedego bikes are the best! and this place has them all. We have two bikes from Pedego Amelia Island and love them. Service is great. They also have Electric bike trips around the island and The Talbot State Parks.

A friendly and adventurous way to explore the area. Our guide Amy shared insights on island history, took us to great spots, and offered tips on local eats, drinks, & fun. The bikes are easy to learn to use and great fun for all levels of ability. We highly recommend this perfect 2.5 hour adventure to learn about the area & island life.

Loved our day. Staff was great and set us up with the best bikes. Quick “how to” was helpful and the route is beautiful. Really enjoyed biking to boneyard beach. Thought it would be too hot but the speed of the bike created a gentle breeze and we were quite comfortable. Will do again

The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We had reserved our bikes, and they were there ready for us. Adjust the seat, a quick lesson, and we were off. They gave us recommendations for best places to have lunch, best routes to take, etc. we had a great day.

My 13 year old and I thoroughly enjoyed this self guided tour through Amelia Island. The woman at the bike shop was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. I have already recommended this tour to so many people. I am looking forward to going again with the rest of our family.

First time riding an electric bike. They were so helpful in getting us acquainted with the bikes. Gave us a bottle of water and we also used the helmets with microphone. Fantastic, being seniors but also very active this gave us the opportunity to go further and explore. Loved the helmets where we could communicate because I’m usually way ahead of my partner! Would consider buying an electric bike! Pedego was great!

We were on vacation and decided to try electric bikes. I am embarrassed to say I do not remember the lady's name, but I do remember how helpful and informative and positive and upbeat she was. If she is the owner, she is one heck of a lady. If she is an employee, she is the BEST. You could not ask for a better customer service person to make you feel like you are doing the right thing. I cannot get over how wonderful she was. We were so nervous about renting the electric bike, but she was so reassuring. She got everything ready such as a pouch, a lock, a water. I cannot say enough about this place. I am considering getting a bike now.

Jerry was super helpful his bikes were in excellent condition and he even had maps and cold water bottle ready for our adventure. It was so great we went back the next day! I highly recommend!

This is our first experience with the E bikes, and we had a great time. The staff members did an excellent job in the instruction on how to handle the E bike and the two different routes that we could take. We chose the Greenway route, which took us through some beautiful wooden areas. The bike store is next to Harris Teeter grocery store so we stopped in before going on our trip and picked up lunch and was able to put the food in bags on the front of the E bikes. We traveled the Greenway and explored the Fort Clinch State Park. We stopped for lunch in a really nice park that had tables and restrooms. We were also outfitted with the smart helmets which gave us communication between me and my wife. The communication was voice activated and was like talking on the phone and we could even talk to each other at great distances. This Smart helmets were a must.
