Had a trip booked. They called me to ask ETA. Told them. Drove almost an hour. Got there 4, yes FOUR minutes late and bus left!! Are you joking?! 2 accidents on the highway caused a huge delay, so we were a few minutes late & they knew we were almost there!! Wouldn't refund us! Disgusting company!! BEWARE

This is my second time taking a trip to key west wjth the same ferry, Manuel who is also the same driver who I honestly thought was awesome until July 4,23 the day I took a trip everything was great until it was time to get dropped off .. my pick up was at Clinton hotel and obviously the drop was suppose to be at Clinton hotel as well … well he decided he was going to drop us off at a different location and I stated this is not our drop off location , he then stated the roads are blocked off and the hotel is a five minute walk , having no choice I also stated we have no clue where to go plus our phones were dead because on the bus the charger plugs don’t work which I was not going to complain about but fast forward we get off the bus he tells us make a left and keep walking .. well that was a LIE. We were completely lost with no PHONES , we walked for about 15 minutes and finally went into a restaurant and bought food just so I could charge my phone so we could get directions , it said a whole ten minute walk so it took us 30 minutes just to get back with frustration and fear that we weren’t going to make it back . Would I book again possibly if something gets changed with that because I don’t ever EVER want to experience that .. imagine being gone from 6 Am until 9:30 p.m and then have to walk and be lost and hot and no device to guide us , not the best feeling EVER .

We used Admiral Tours for our airport/hotel/airport transfers in Miami. They were excellent. Our driver, was most friendly and informative and on our arrival at MIA he was even in the baggae hall looking for our suitcases.

Wanted a day away from beach. Drove 45 minutes from Pompano Beach. It was an easy drive on 95 and 595 Did the airboat tour with “Jimbo”. We did see 5 alligators. He explained the Everglades eco system and vegetation purpose in the Everglades. Good host for tour. We also saw a live gator show given by one of the Gator Boys from Animal Planet reality tv show. Have your picture taken with an alligator. The alligators in this show are rescued. Be ready to tip at each event you see there. Fun day.

This adventure was AMAZING! I learned so much about the Everglades from captain Chris! I also learned a lot about alligators from Kevin! His jokes were funny!

Booked through trip advisor and never showed up. Attempted to contact them through their listed phone number and sent them a message without response. Phone number stated they weren’t “accepting” calls at this time. Had to cancel last minute through Viator for a refund and get alternate transportation last minute.

We had Jessie Gator Bite as our animal educator for the animal encounter and she was so amazing. Absolutely loved her! From her energetic sweet vibes to her knowledge and just informing us about the animals. Me and my teenager daughter had a blast and highly recommend !

Our guide was SWAMP THING and he was absolutely fantastically awesome!!!!! He was fun & witty & made us laugh & the entire group was having a great time!!! There was a sense of camaraderie between us even though none of us on the boat have ever met before! He really outdid himself!! He tried super hard to get us to see gators & boy did we see ‘em!!!!!!!!! Wow!!! Swamp Thing, you rock!!!!! 10 points to you, my friend!!!!!

An ok tour, but there are better. The host spent half his time speaking loudly and rapidly in Spanish to translate everything. This meant that he had half the available time to speak about the celeb’s houses. The seats are all in rows so tricky to stand up and see if you are in the middle. But you can walk around and go to the front of the boat. On a Sunday day, ok. But been on better.

We went on a ride with an airboat and Aligator show. We had a very good boat driver and have seen 4 wild alligators, chameleons, birds, ... He really took the effort showing us everything from up close. I liked the experience.

The tour was very disappointing and expensive. The guide spent talking all the time. We hardly saw anything but water, grass and a few birds. He wasted half hour playing with grass and worms, dull and boring. Don’t go if you really want to see wild life and real everglades
