    A Big Place....
The water Park is opposite Nong Nooch Garden in Pattaya....around 14 km away from the center of Pattaya(Jomtien area).....The price for Entrance in around 1500 baht and then you must pay for extras(like VIP cabin,Bumping cars area,etc)....The place is big..........has 2 big swimming pools(1 with the waves and 1 with the water slides)...has 1 more with the big slides of ¨Ghostbusters¨.....has sun beds(no extra fee),has locker rooms(has extra fee) and toilets.....has also 2 small pools with foam party....also has a pool for surfing and slide with big air sea seat...... Also has every hour some kind of show in the area......and restaurnats that you can eat and drink....The decor of the area is great....in the wave swimming pool you can see children¨s movies(they have a big screen) for children is like paradise(they cant stop playing around) for me i think it is overprice for a place like this....yes,its big,yes the atmosphere is nice for children but i didnt see something exciting....just 2-3 swimming pools with slides... i repeat....the place is great for children and kids will have a lot of fun there i forget to say that in the entrance they weight you and they write how many kilos you are in your wristband....this happening because if you are overweight you cant go to some slides!!! i have a video in ytbe for columbia write is search bar :Triantafyllos sosos columbia water park pattaya

Attractive and exciting water park in Pattaya
Before going to this water park, I was hesitant because I didn't know much about it, but now I am completely satisfied. Upon entering, you will encounter the children's games section, which is accompanied by themes from attractive and famous animations. In another part, there is a transparent pool with a wave, where you can watch interesting movies from the park company on a large monitor. In the other and attractive part, there are exciting games for adults that will make a very enjoyable and exciting day for you. Another interesting point is the existence of shows with the presence of dolls related to famous animes, such as Hotel Transylvania! I think you should spend one day in Pattaya for this fascinating water park.

    Super fun waterpark
Honestly, one of the most enjoyable waterparks I've been to. The collection of slides have a great variety from family rafts to that crazy death drop. Was as much fun as Yaz in Dubai and was so much more enjoyable than the Chimelong in China. The scale and mix of the attractions really feels like a Great Wolf lodge with a huge wave pool and a great lazy river. The theming is super fun with great characters and effects in the water playzone. Worth mentioning is how clean the water and pools are. Definitely a great addition to your vacation.

A waste of time and a lot of money! Best case scenario is making out of it in one piece!
Everything looks cheap, rides are very limited and seem unsafe. went through 5 rides and our back hurt like hell on each of the sliders! Quality of the facilities looks very cheap and out of shape! never again! Ramayana is 100 levels above!

Great place but very slow service
The play ground slide area is really big with great slides. The place and the rides are great, but the service is so slow. Queue for 20 minutes to get in even with all booths open and having prepaid for tickets. Service for food is terrible, even though the food was good when after 20 minutes of queuing and 40 waiting we finally got it. That really put a dampener on the day, having to wait so long for food.

    Waste of time and money
It's hard to find anything worthwhile to say about the refurbished park. A few of the slides were interesting - it ends there. The park charged full price for not-ready-for-full opening experience. Bought tickets online and still was required to queue at the ticket counter with others who had not purchased tickets to pick up wrist bands but was unable to top up the wrist bands with money - which inside the park all transactions had to done using the wrist band. Once inside at the top up cashiers you could not use credit card to top up as the POS was not set up. It was cash only and there were no ATM's in the park - you had to exit to use one. Food service was overpriced, poorly organized, run by untrained staff and really poor quality. We had to wait for approximately 1 hour in line to order and when food came it was delivered opposing pickup windows, there are no utensils, no napkins and no sauce, the beverages need to be ordered from a completely separate area and that is another 20 min line just to order. Some bizarre examples was a bar with empty liquor bottles that does not serve drink but has only 2 types of beer only to be informed that they had run out at 11 am in the morning, ordered 4 single scoop gelato cones but told single scoop is sold out we could only get 2 scoop bear in mind this is hand packed ice cream, pizza that the cheese is un-melted and chicken wings that looked like something you would slop to pigs. The main area with lounge chairs the lighting poles around the water had the service plates unscrewed with exposed wiring, a few of the things inside the water area had the protective fiberglass hanging off and not secured, the miniature golf area charged for a golf ball but there was cashier or attendant, the surf flow was monopolized by the park owners sons (btw the flow attendants were quite nice and the highlight of the park). We are big fans of amusement parks and our expectation was that Columbia branded park was going to compete with Universal but frankly speaking not only does it not live up to that expectation it's not even competition for lesser non-branded water parks in Thailand or SE Asia

    Opening Week Box Office Flop
Went the day after opening day. I was expecting a few glitches but there were many. We purchased online tickets and thought this would save us time. Wrong!! We were at the counter for about 45 minutes trying to get our wristbands and they had no idea what they were doing. The food options were limited and they only have Coca-Cola products. The lines were a nightmare and the staff had no idea how to work the computers. You have to go to cashier first to put money on your wristband but nobody told us. One poor lady waited in line for 45 minutes and when she got to front was told she couldn't buy anything. They need to put up more signage so people know this. They also need much more variety of food and drinks. The wave pool is surrounded by speakers and they blast the movie or music all day long. IT IS WAY TOO LOUD. TURN IT DOWN!!!! We had to watch the horrible Ghostbusters 2 movie all day long as our cabana was right next to the wave pool. Some of it is not appropriate for young children. The section with the big waterslides for kids over 120 cm has some issues too. They painted the stairs with BLACK paint so if it is sunny it is almost impossible to walk on without burning your feet!!! Please paint it another color or put an awning over the areas that need shade. Most of the slides require 2 riders so if your child is by themself then parents need to go too. It is over 200 steps to the top and quite tiring to climb the stairs over and over. They also need some more signage showing which way to go for each slide as it was confusing. The slide section for kids under 120 cm is probably the best thing about this park. There are many slides and it is bigger than other parks I have seen. They do need to add more chairs and seating around this area as they were all taken very quickly. The park also needs way more SHADE. Plant some trees or install some awnings please. Overall this place was disappointing but it has the potential to be much better if they train the staff properly and make a few changes.

    Sony/Columbia Need to do Better
We knew going in that this was not a brand new water park — it was a refurbished Cartoon Network park. That said, they’ve been “refurbishing” for 2+ years. I expected more. I expected that in 2+ years they would make sure that all the slides worked. I expected that in 2+ years they would make sure there were no weeds growing through the pavement everywhere. I expected that in 2+ years they would have clean water in the pools (not cloudy itchy water). They need more concessions and it was ridiculous that you had to wait on one line for food for 45 min only to find out that if you want something to drink with your burger you need to now go wait on another line to buy a water (another 30 minutes) If this was Sony’s test case for possibly doing more theme parks, I’d say they should save their money — they have no chance of catching up with Uni***. We left early.

    Terrible service, waste of money!
Went to Columbia Pictures Aquaverse on opening day and it was terrible! When you go to a place on opening day you expect some problems but not in everything. Let's start with the entrance, I purchased tickets online and was told I'd just have to scan the QR code and in we go...wrong!! There was no designated area for those with advance tickets, had to wait in line and once at the window the staff didn't know what to do. Was at the window for 30 minutes while staff made phone call after phone call asking how to work the scanner, how to work the machine, how to print wrist bands. Terrible terrible service. How can you have people working the check in if they aren't trained or don't know what to do, wanted almost an hour just trying to get inside because of their incompetence! Once inside you were trapped, there was no running back out to your car for forgotten hats/sunscreen, etc. Unlike most watermarks they did not offer a staff to return back inside, if you went to your car you have to.purchase a new ticket ( which prices were crazy 1,560 baht per adult, 1360 baht per child, lockers 300 baht, cabanas 2000 baht) The park itself is actually not that big once inside. Only about 10 waterside and 2 weren't even in operation, the wave pool had a huge movie screen which could have been awesome except they were playing rated R movies with children in the pool, with all the movies attached to the park like Ghostbusters, Jumanji, Emoji Movie, etc. they opted to play Bad Boys instead, even my 11 year old was shocked to see so much profanity in display. The rides were ok but definitely not worth the prices paid. Moving on to concessions: there weren't really any, in a park that size there was one drink station and kne food station, people waited in lines for am hour or more just to be told once finally at the front to wait because the one register they had stopped working...this happened at both stations. By the way temperatures were in the 90's, imagine waiting in line for water just to be denied a sla e because the register stopped working, not a pleasant experience at all. Definitely will not return, and wouldn't recommend anyone going unless you like wasting money to be dehydrated all day. Find a pool to hang out in instead!

Fun thrill rides for kids, some of them restricted to kids 120 cm height and up, and they also have fun rides for smaller kids, too. Went with my gf and her 2 kids, they had a blast. Recommend to rent a tent for the adults to chill… we booked through a 3rd party online booking agent, as booking process on the park operators website is cumbersome imho.

It's a very fun water park. There are various toys. Children taller than 110 centimeters Parents can sign a license to let their children play on almost any adult-owned attraction. Every slide is fun. Who wants to have a private seat? Choose to rent a cabana. Very convenient. Food has a variety to choose from. Big plates, good taste. There is a show every hour. There is also a game to play and give out drink coupons. It's very fun.

Went to the other water park in Pattaya last year. Thought I would give this a try with my 14 year old son and a friend.
First thing I noticed was that they will not let you take in any food or drink. After seeing the price for food inside the park, I understand why they do this. Around 500baht for a burger and fries, then there is a notice on the counter that this price does not include VAT!! My advice to you is have a big breakfast before going to the park and buy water there. The food and drink are absolute rip off prices.
The park was not that busy. No major queues.
Staff seemed very good over seeing the water rides and also staff everywhere were great.
This water park seemed smaller than the other waterpark in Pattaya.
Overall my son enjoyed himself which was the main thing. My wallet didn't!

Context: Aussie couple, our fourth trip to Thailand but our first time to Pattaya. I love Bangkok but feeling so-so about the whole Pattaya experience so far. Thailand isn’t as cheap as it used to be.

So now the review: it starts with the grab driver taking you to the park once they realise where you are going: “do you have ticket yet? I can get you a good discount”. Eyes roll.

Chaos upon arrival as I get bag and weight checked but my partner of similar size does not.

Weight is an issue at this park: we checked in advance about weight limits and the website indicates a limit of 120kg. I’ve worked hard to lose weight recently and am not embarrassed to say my current weight is 110kg. But today on the scales at THIS park though: suddenly I’m fat-shamed back to 119kg! THEN the “helpful lady” who weighed me showed me a sign telling me what rides I could and couldn’t use, magically (i.e. with a texta marker) most rides had changed to less than 120kg limit. Then she took a PHOTO of me and this sign as my “contract” that I acknowledge what I can and can’t do once inside. By this time my partner had already entered the park, looking back at me wondering what the problem was, but no way out.

So i’m inside and doing the best I can, some rides we are allowed on, some not. Some rides we make the mistake to not get a token first or whatever, not that there’s any clear instructions- all total chaos.

By the way, when the attendants keep yelling “2!” at you, I’m pretty sure it means cross your feet. I think. Even in the lazy river.

Fast-forward to later in the day when I go to use a slide where the limit (according to the texta marker, remember!) is still 120kg. The ride attendant here suddenly insists the weight limit is 100kg and I’m not allowed to go.

There’s about 10 rides in total, I think I did 3 slides in total plus the lazy river. Everything seems rather cheap and the rides not the safest compared to other parks. Staff generally clueless and insufficient English skills so don’t count on them to save your kid if it’s about to drown.

The whole park generally is a fairly chaotic experience. Don’t bother trying to work out the signs telling you what tubes are for what ride and where to collect the tube and where to go to ride etc. Instead just grab a tube and go. There’s one ghostbuster tower on the LH side of the park, one jumanji tower in the back. Just let the staff tell you the rest (no need to/please don’t try to think for yourself!) or more likely so, they won’t tell but then tell you off for not following some made up “rules” that are not specified anywhere and/or are actually different in writing from what gets “enforced”.

Only exception/advice is to be prepared for the big ghostbuster ride which is the only real worthwhile slide in the entire park. First it opens at 11.40 or 12.00 or 1.00 depending on which sign you choose to believe. This is a big multi-seater tube/boat, maximum weight 200kg for the total tube/boat, and they check thoroughly. Thus: 1) long line at the station, 2) then weight check, 3) then trying to make a full boat (to maximise capacity per boat, which makes sense), 4) then you get a tag to wear around your neck, 5) then YOU as the guest need to take your giant tube/boat to another part of the park where an attendant takes it and sends it up the tower on a mechanism, 6) then you climb the tower, 7) give your tag to the attendant then you can finally ride. Only 7 overly complicated steps to ride fun fun fun! NOTE: don’t miss any steps, and don’t try to do it in any other order, or else chaos ensues!

This water park is okay, we spent about 4 hours there and were able to do the slides and wave pool multiple times. This place is NOT for those on a budget. It is pricey to get in and the food is expensive! The prices do not include VAT so when you checkout it is even more expensive than the prices listed. We went on a weekday in January and not very busy. We got there at 10 am when it opened because we wanted to make sure to get chairs. We got chairs easily and chose those by the wave pool as they are centrally located.

It was not busy but I didnt realize you have to buy online tickets the day before, you cant buy day of visit. The reason you want to buy online tickets directly on the website is that it is discounted and the price includes lockers. When you buy directly on their site, if purchasing for more than 1 make sure to scroll down to see bundle options and dont select single ticket and hit the plus sign to buy multiple single tickets. They give discounts for 2, 3 and 4 tickets but you have to scroll down and see the package discount. It doesnt give you the discount if you select 4 single tickets. If you dont buy the day before and go on site it is a lot more money and the price does not include lockers. In person a locker is 300 baht per person. I tried to buy tickets online in the cab on the way there and couldnt figure out why we could not. When we got there there worker told us that we had to purchase the day before to get online prices. So when we realized how much more expensive it was in person than online and went to leave and with my haggling skills got the employees to discount our tickets to the online price and giving us 1 free locker. Make sure to bring towels as there is a 120 baht per towel charge at the park.

Also, make sure you bring baht because the only way to order food and drink is to go to a Top Up station, give them cash and they scan your bracelet they give you at entry and you have to use that to pay at restaurants. We looked at prices of food and then added up how much, I went to the locker to get my money, added funds, went to buy food only to realize it was more than I had given them because the prices didnt include the 7%VAT. They do give you a refund for money you dont use but you do have to go to the Top Up stations to add money before you can buy anything, very inefficient. So basically you spend half your time waiting in lines.

Third, the water park rides are very confusing at first. You have to sometimes wait at the exit of a ride and get a tube from a person and then carry it to another place to enter the ride. But the tubes are different for each ride which we didnt realize at first. We got a tube from someone exiting the slide, then rode the slide, then went to get on another slide with our tube, walked up 4 flights of stairs only to be told we had to get a different tube. The tubes are specific and all over the places and not conveniently located at the slide entry you have to wander around to find the right tube for each slide. It wasnt busy so we didnt have to wait in line long but I cant imagine on a busy day and the way the tube system works you would be waiting forever. Waiting for someone to get off a ride to get their tube then go to the entrance and wait again in line to even get on the slide. Make sure you get the right tube or else be like us and wait in line only for it to be our turn to be told we had the wrong tube and go down the stairs to find the tube and wait in line again.

The wave pool is big and the waves are fun but after you do the slides a couple of times we were bored. There were about 6 slides. The slides themselves are kind of scary in that you're in this big tube and then you go through these funnels and we got stuck in several of the slides and it is very scary you are trying to push yourself to get to the funnel hole to proceed. My husband had to get out of the tube and try to pull the tube to get us to the right place, I was scared because I thought he would get hurt. There were only 2 of us and we are small so I think if you have more than that you wont have the issue as more weight is probably better. The lazy river ride is not at all relaxing. The water doesnt push the tube so you have to basically swim or get out and walk your tube. They have these waterfalls all over that you cant avoid and it is extremely hard water coming down on you. I have contacts and the pressure almost pops them out, even though I was covering my face. The slides all have that too so if you dont like to get douched in the face with hard water pressure you wont like any of the slides or the lazy river.

It was okay to do once but we would never go back.
