Good and service were terrible. They ran out of food. Our waitress kept asking us what we would like for our first course after informing us that there were no choices as they were out of everything but the bisque. We received our entrees minutes before we pulled into the doc at the end of the trip. Would never do this again !

The dinner had amazing views, staff, food, and entertainment . We were greeted with Champagne and given Chocolate truffle on the way. Everyone was extremely friendly

Scam canceled our cruise and never paid us back. We called and they promised to pay us back but never did. A year later and they still refused to pay us back after canceling 2 weeks before the cruise after having tickets for 8 months

My family decided to do the two hour Thanksgiving premiere brunch. It was a wonderful experience, and we definitely recommend it. The staff was very welcoming, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for Thanksgiving.

The evening was lovely. The weather was perfect. The staff could not have been kinder or more attentive. The cocktails were delicious and the food was equally as good.

It was an amazing experience for my new wife who had never been to California. I had planned the cruise as part of our newly wed trip. The table was perfect with Champaign and roses waiting for our arrival. The menu and food was great. Service was awesome! The cruise can be a little expensive with all the add-ons but as a special occasion event its money well spent. It created a lasting impression/memory for my wife and myself...

Disappointed with the overall experience. The parking and boarding was fine but we could not escape the horrible food and atmosphere. We tried to escape to the top floor but it appeared as if they literally soaked the seating with water 💦 in a attempt to make you be in the lower decks drinking where they make their real money. If you are a pie eyed alcoholic I highly recommend this as a wedding reception cruise and with enough alcohol you won't notice that you're cruising in a circle in the bay not getting a scenic dinner tour. Don't forget to bring a jacket and a peanut butter sandwich.

We waited 4 years to do this trip! We booked trip in Sept 2019, but had to cancel. They gave us a gift card for the next time we were in California. This boat doesn't run all the time so we had to wait until it was on the schedule. Best trip ever! The Wild Goose did not disappoint! It was so beautiful and still original! We got to see all the original cabins. Fun to experience were John Wayne actually resided on the boat. Very cool experience!

I loved the cruise! The staff was amazing, the food incredible! The sights in the Newport Harbor, the sunset, breathtaking!

My granddaughter and I always take the Mother's Day brunch cruise and just love it. The service is excellent and the food so delicious.

Excellent cruise experience all around!! From boarding to the food and hospitality, it was all great. I highly recommend this cruise! Our server Madison was friendly and very attentive, we had a window seat and it was worth the upgrade. I’ll definitely be making time to try the brunch cruise next. It was a great Mother’s Day:)

Particularly enjoyed being aboard The Wild Goose and experiencing the surroundings of John Wayne. The staff were all genuinely personable. The food was very good and with great variety. Great day experience over all.

It was very unorganized, the server only got our appetizers right, they forgot one of our entrees all together, and I paid for the drink package and ended up having to buy my drinks. On top of that the bartender was so busy, it took forever to get drinks.

We held a wedding with City Cruises, which was exceptional. Our most recent dinner cruise was on Christmas Eve. Boat, weather, sunset, crew, food, music all were exceptional. We will keep going and taking out of town guests for a unique and wonderful Southern California experience.

My favorite time of the cruise was dancing and getting other people involved. I absolutely loved seeing the servers joint in dance with us also to celebrate persons with birthdays and anniversaries. It’s just beautiful seeing people whom you’ve never met, coming together for a good time!
