This is a typical itinerary for this product

Pass By: Old Town San Diego State Historic Park, 4002 Wallace St, San Diego, CA 92110

Known as the birthplace of California, Old Town was first established as a settlement in 1821 by a small group of Mexican settlers, and before that, the Spanish had set up their first California mission here in 1769. Today, Old Town features several museums that detail different aspects of local history. Casa de Aguirre offers displays on the life and traditions of early settlers; the Old Town State Historic Park delves into the Mexican-American relations from 1821 to 1872; and the hilltop Presidio Park showcases the Spanish mission built by Father Junípero Serra. For a touch of the district's modern features, check out boutiques, restaurants, events and entertainment.

From high atop the 822-foot (251m) peak of Mount Soledad, get 360-degree views of San Diego and the Pacific Ocean. Mount Soledad is also known for its veterans' memorial and a large cross that is visible from surrounding neighborhoods. Snap photos of the incredible views; on a clear day you might even see Tijuana!

    Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: La Jolla Cove, 1100 Coast Blvd, La Jolla, San Diego, CA 92037-3600

Famous for its beaches, La Jolla is also one of the most expensive neighborhoods in San Diego and home to one of the University of California’s largest campuses. Along with white-sand beaches that are loved by families and surfers alike, the landscaped parks, upscale boutiques, and the tall cliffs towering over deep blue ocean make for a world of fun. Bring your towel, find a spot on the beach and soak up the California sun in beautiful La Jolla, just 30 minutes from downtown San Diego!

On weekends you might see skateboarders performing tricks, beach volleyball games and pickup basketball. Bicyclists wheel along the paved path next to the large sandy beach. Park yourself on the sand to people watch, take a dip in the water, or browse the shops and cafes along the strip. Want more of a thrill? Catch a ride on Belmont Park’s old-fashioned wooden roller coaster, the Giant Dipper.

This was a fun tour. Included a stop at Mt Soledad Memorial and 3 hours in LaJolla. Plenty of time to hang out at the beach and/or visiting shops and have lunch. Great tour guide too! Glad we went.

The driver Charlie was great. The only thing I thought the company needs to think about is the place they let us off and on. They should let us off at La Jolla Beach near the seals not 5 blocks away.

Enjoyed this tour with a friend. First stop... Mt. Soledad, where the view is beautiful! Then on to La Jolla, where we spent the afternoon, having a nice beachfront lunch, then on to more trolly sightseeing. Highly recommend this tour.
