      wonderful experience and highly recommended
I recently embarked on a journey with this tour operator, and it turned out to be a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. The highlight was undoubtedly the tour guide Chencho, whose expertise and passion about Bhutan, Buddhism, nature, history... enriched my understanding and appreciation of each site we visited. His knowledge was deep and engaging, making complex historical and cultural contexts accessible and fascinating. Additionally, Chencho went above and beyond to accommodate my food allergies, ensuring that I could enjoy delicious and safe meals throughout my travels. The driver (Jigme) was also excellent. He is very professional and provided smooth and efficient transport. I highly recommend this tour operator for anyone looking to delve deep into the wonders of the area with the comfort of knowing they’re in expert hands.

From the moment they picked us up at the airport to the very last minute, our tour guide and driver tried everything they could to make the trip is delightful, make sure we see everything we like to see, helped me with my hike to the Tiger Nest . Incredible glimpse into Bhutan’s culture
A great local tour company that arranged a bespoke tour for me for 5 days / 4 nights to see Paro, Thimpu and Punakha. Everything was seamless and so easy to communicate ahead of the travel. I cannot recommend enough to visit this beautiful and peaceful country. A huge thank you to my guide Lhab Tshering (LP) for being so kind showing me his country and so generous sharing stories about his life. He knows so much about Bhutan, its history and nature. You’d be very lucky to get him as your guide!

      Excellent Company Guide and Driver
What a fantastic company to work with. We went direct to them as we had some unusal request for a 4 day private tour for me and my wife. Deki could not of been more accomodating and was very efficient in addition to being very honest as we had booked the tour a year out when Visa fees were double what they are now, When the fees dropped she contacted us to advise of the refund. We just finished our 4 day tour and our guide was Tandin Dorji and our driver was Choda. Both of the young men were excellent. They always went out of their way to help us. Tandin was excellent in explaining the Culture, beliefs and Buddhism to us at every site we visited. On the climb to Tigers Nest they went at our pace and helped us to make sure we were safe on the way up and down. Bhutan is a beautiful country and I highly recommed you visit the country as there is some beautiful things to see. Tigers Nest is one of the top things we have seen in having travel to over 85 countries around the world. I can not recommend this company and the above people we worked with enough.

Extraordinary experience with something for everyone who likes the road less travelled.
We just got back from our customised and highly flexible cultural and cycling/hiking/rafting 12 day tour of Thimpu area and Central Bhutan. A unique and deeply impactful insight into a country changed so little by time and 20th century modernisation. We had a private car, and fabulous guide and driver, and stayed at 4 and 3 star local hotels, as available. All were (at the least) very comfortable and often with extraordinary views and charm/decor. Pricing was very good for the experiences and service we received.

If you have ever wondered about going to Bhutan.........GO
From the first email inquiry to both my guide Passa and driver Iham I had the most amazing time in Bhutan. The itinerary was organized for my specific list of interests. It was a super busy 6 nights and 7 days but was worth all the moving for the experiences I had. Some of the meals were not the greatest but that would be my only complaint. Do not be afraid to as for a specific itinerary they are happy to oblige. Cannot say enough about the treks, Eco Lodge, Home stay, Monastery stay and the amazing scenery. I learned a lot about the Country and Buddhism as it relates to Bhutan. Would go back tomorrow and cant thank Bhutan Best Inbound Tours and my guide and driver enough for all they did to make this experience over the top.

      Amazing experience!!!
Bhutan Best Inbound Tour has been a guarantee and a security from the very first contacts. Chimi's and Deki's answers were always clear, precise and timely, eliminating any doubt from the beginning to the end of the experience. During our stay, the guide Phurba Tshering and the driver Choba were the guardian angels who helped us with preparation, precision and punctuality, with a perfect mix of presence and discretion that always made us feel at ease, allowing us to understand, get to know and appreciate this wonderful country. Many thanks to all of you and especially to Phurba and Choba!

An Experience of a Lifetime in Bhutan with Incredible Guides
My tour to Bhutan was the experience of a lifetime. From the early communications with Deepen who arranged my visa and ensured every logistical detail exceeded my expectations, to my amazing guide Mr. Tandin Wangchuk and driver Pema Drakpa who not only showed me the incredible sites of Bhutan but enlightened me about Buddhism. They also shared information about the people of the country and the many facets of its economy, natural resources, and wildlife to name just a few things. To visit the monasteries and temples was incredible when so much information was shared about how Bhutan interacts with the world. This tour is easily the best I have ever been on and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour company, and, in particular, Mr. Tandin and Mr. Pema.

      Wonderful visit to Bhutan
Wonderful experience with this agency. Very responsive and knowledgeable and professional. They were flexible to our requirements and specific needs of our family. Our guide was Tandin and our driver was Jigme. They were both really nice and friendly and well spoken. Tandin was amazing with my son on the hike up to Tigers Nest. We spent a whole week together and everything went smoothly. Bhutan is a beautiful place and the people are lovely. Highly recommend!

      Beautiful Bhutan
Our experience of Bhutan was amazing. Beautiful, peaceful, clean, and so kind and respectful of people, animals, and their environment. Our guides Tendin and Pema were delightful and shared so much knowledge with lots of laughs along the way. Thinley, the trip organizer was brilliant and he and his wife came to meet us when we were in their town. The kindness and spirituality of these wonderful people is extraordinary. If Bhutan can control construction work, avoid noisy and polluting motorcycles, keep the rubbish under control, and keep their culture and environment at the forefront of all they do then they have a wonderful future ahead, so very different to other Himalayan and south East Asian countries. We would highly recommend Bhutan Best inbound tours and especially Tandin & Pema. Thinley’s attention to detail and patience was second to none. If you have the opportunity to visit this incredible country you’ll be in safe hands with Bhutan Best Inbound Tours

      Unforgettable memory!
As a world traveler, Bhutan was our country #50, and we reserved a tour to explore this beautiful country. The tour and our tour guides were some of the best we've experienced. From the communication during the booking til the moment we got dropped off at the airport to return, it was a 5 star experience. Our guide Phurba and our drive went above and beyond our expectation and we felt the true hospitality of Bhutan. The highlig of the trip was the Tiger Nest hike which was definitely a day that we'll never forget. If you are planning to visit Bhutan do yourself a fav and go with Bhutan Best Inbound Tour!

Amazing trip I have ever had.
My great thanks to the Bhutan Best Inbound Tour for making my dream come true. This was the best vacation of my life. As soon as I signed up the tour, Mr Deepen arranged my visa which was way quicker than I have expected. After visa approval, he still kept asking me if there is anything I need during the trip which was really great. When I landed at the Paro International Airport, my tour guide Mr Namgay & driver Mr Nima welcomed me with great smile which is the best welcome I have ever received. During four days, they took me through many sights in Thimphu, Punakha & Paro. Wherever I have visited, Mr Namgay explained me everything in details with great smile where I got a lot informations & insights about the Bhutan’s history, tradition & culture. He has so much knowledge & information about every aspect of Bhutan. He is so attentive & caring in every steps whose knowledge, simplicity & great sense of humour never let me close my eyes for even a single second throughout the tour. If I plan to come back to Bhutan again, my first tour guide preference will be Mr Namgay along with driver Mr Nima. You guys are amazing. Thank you so much for taking care of me & giving me such a good memories for my lifetime. I would highly recommend for anyone coming to visit Bhutan to have Mr Namgay & Mr Nima as tour guide.

***** EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE & AMAZING PEOPLE!!!!! *****
************************************************************************************************ I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Bhutan Best Inbound Tour and our INCREDIBLE trip organizer/point-of-contact, Thinley!! Thinley worked tirelessly with us for many weeks organizing the most perfect extended family adventure in Bhutan. He patiently explained every option and gave us insights into every place that we considered adding to the itinerary. He navigated a complex set of requests from multiple people with different interests, and he managed to coordinate the perfect itinerary during the busiest festival time of the year. We had a great deal of communication by email, WhatsApp, and even a video conference call just before we left, and Thinley could not have been any warmer, kinder, or more friendly each time we spoke. He also assigned us an absolutely delightful guide, Chencho, to lead us on our adventure, and we had wonderful communication with him, as well, before we traveled East. And then... disaster struck. The day before we were all scheduled to fly to Delhi (followed by Paro the next day), my husband had a totally shocking/sudden medical crises that landed him in the hospital. He was extremely ill, and while the doctors were able to stabilize him, they said he wouldn't be back on his feet for weeks - much less able to travel anywhere. I was in shock. But once I collected myself, I sent a message to Thinley, and he was just so comforting and kind! He told me not to worry about anything except my husband, and he would take care of everything. Shortly after his message, I also received an incredibly kind and comforting message from Chencho. Amazing people!! Of course, at that point, we had also already wired full payment for our trip, and we were especially anxious about that because we now had to deal with enormous medical expenses. But, true to their good word, Thinley arranged to wire our funds back immediately. This was a god-send for us, and we are so absolutely enchanted with our experience (even not having taken our trip!), that we are entirely committed to "re-taking" our planned excursion with Bhutan Best Inbound Tour as soon as my husband can travel again! THANK YOU SO MUCH, THINLEY, CHENCHO, AND BHUTAN BEST INBOUND TOUR!! 🙏🙏🙏 ************************************************************************************************

      Highly recommend this tour!!!
Bhutan has always been on our bucket list and we are so grateful to have come across Bhutan Best Inbound Tour. Everyone in this company has been so helpful and kind from the moment we booked our tour. Deki is one of the most patient tour coordinator who listens and tries to deliver each of our request. Our tour guide, Chencho is so knowledgeable, fun and easy to be around with. My husband is especially impressed that Chencho knows the position of the sun in each place and time so well for photography purposes. Jigme our driver is a really nice person too. No requests is too much for them, and they're always so pleasant to be around. Thank you guys for making our Bhutan trip so memorable!

I have spent an unforgettable magical 8 days in Bhutan. Apart from a fantastically arranged itinerary from the Bhutan Best Inbound Tour that reflected and tailor-made the trip as per all my requests, wishes (and much more), I couldn’t wish for a better company than my caring, attentive, informative and top professional guide Phurba Tshering and driver Dorji.

I had a chance to experience Bhutanese traditions, unique architecture, local hospitality, Buddhist offerings, festival atmosphere, and many more fairytale-like surprises. Bhutan and the tour exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t recommend the visit more - a 5* rating is not enough.

Thank you, Thinley, Phurba, Dorji and all the team of Bhutan Best Inbound Tour. I will surely be back one day! Best, V.

After interacting with a few tour operators of Bhutan, we finally decided to go with Bhutan Best Inbound Tour. As far as the price is concerned, it was more or less the same as with other Bhutan Tour Operators. But what made us choose them over others is a sense of a personal touch .
Mr. Vivek with whom I corresponded, tried to understand our interest and tailored the vacation as per our need. He was also kind enough to meet us while I was in Bhutan.

Bhutan is a beautiful place and things move slowly there. It is like being in a different time.
A week-long holiday in Bhutan was a nice break from the chaos of hectic life.

Loved the people, festivals , architecture and the pristine environment.

This is by far the most heartwarming tour we have experienced. Ms. Deki was careful about listening to our needs. We described to her that we are culture nerds and nature lovers, and she helped us sketch such a fulfilling itinerary. Bhutan is stunning, and the people are so kind. But our experience would not have been even half as beautiful without our guide, Mr. Ugyen Wangchuck and our driver, Mr. Nyingma. Our guide, Mr. Ugyen was so hospitable. To us, he was the face of the world renowned kindness that the Bhutanese are said to possess. He would always accommodate our requests and ensure that everything is upto the mark. During our treks he would check on us every now and then, he would go ahead and book us into pure vegetarian restaurants as per our needs, he would help us with our doubts about Bhutanese history and society with so much patience. His soft spoken nature and knowledgeable attitude has taught us a lot. He loves his culture, and values the resources, and this is what any tourist would be lucky to witness. For instance, inside the monasteries, he would always explain the history by taking us to the side in order to respect the place and other devotees. We respect such gestures a lot as they are necessary to conserve the delicate fabric of this nation. Our driver Mr. Nyingma was always polite to us and accommodate all the stops we requested. Some of the places we wanted to visit were really uphill and involved tricky, unpaved roads. But he would skilfully take us through without any reluctance. Both of them were always present to pick us up before time. Hats off to them. We would love to recommend them for any friends' Bhutan trip. They showed us the best of Bhutan with their good nature and personable professonialism.

This is the most exhilarating trip ever in our lives . Words can’t do justice to the kind of experience which the Bhutan inbound people provided us . Ambika and Dorjee were astounding and so patient with the arrangements . I was speaking to Ambika for months before the trip and she was so nice and cooperative and even met me and gave a surprise gift . Dorjee our tour guide was the most amazing person I have come across . He even took us to places which were not mentioned in the itinerary and our driver Jimmy who was such a prolific chauffeur and a humorous person . If you don’t book your tours through Bhutan inbound you will miss this lifetime experience .

submitted under wrong tour, but Bhutan Best Inbound were the best, most prompt to reply, accommodate, not pressure - basically any request, customize trip to see what wanted, booking was seemless, smooth which can't say for some other tour co.'s. And if you can ask for Dorji and Kinley, almost too kind, went out of their way to serve, inform, answer questions and all around help make trip an enjoyable experience. If you want to visit Bhutan, go with the best - Bhutan Best Inbound, highly recommend

My husband and I had a wonderful 10 day tour of Bhutan! Our guide, Namgay, was extremely knowledgeable about all the places we visited and was willing to answer any question large or small. Our driver, Lobzang, was also excellent, navigating the winding roads with ease and making it a very comfortable journey. We were even there over our 5 year wedding anniversary and they surprised us by getting a cake to celebrate!! That was very special and made our hearts swell. We loved eating all the local food, especially ema datshi (chili cheese—the national dish). Namgay even showed us how to make one of the kinds of chili paste (we will try this when we get home). Would highly recommend the Bumdra 1 night trek, it is no joke but a beautiful hike and camp site with a much easier trek down to visit the Tiger’s Nest Monastery. Overall, the trip of a lifetime!

We just returned from a 4 day trip to Bhutan. The country opened up in September 2022 to visitors and every single person we met was friendly and welcoming. We used Bhutan Best Inbound Tours and would easily give them 6 stars if it were possible. First of all, their tour is comprehensively planned yet competitively priced. They chose really nice quirky hotels with natural charm like Pema International, RKPO Resorts and Himalayan Keys each one an outstanding property. Finally the people at the company are really wonderful, starting with Mr. Thinley who coordinated the entire tour, took care of all the bookings, visas etc., Mr. Namgay the cheerful and irrepressible guide and Mr Tensing the very careful and polite navigator / driver. They made sure we had a truly personalized experience and they genuinely care about the client. The highlight of the visit was of course the hike to Tiger’s Nest. We were fortunate to have gone the same day that the Queen Mother and the Princess of Bhutan were also making the pilgrimage, and the Princess stopped frequently to chat with the hikers along the way. The other highlight was the visit to the Dordenma statue of the Buddha and the special festival that was being organized there under the auspices of the Chief Abbott of Bhutan. The natural beauty of Bhutan is breathtaking wherever you turn. And everyone you meet is proud to tell you that they are a carbon negative nation! As tourism is one of the main sources of livelihood for many people, they have been hurting for two years, but now they are ready to welcome the world with a smile. We will be back!

Bhutan was a life-changing experience. I had heard of its motto for years ("The happiest country on earth") but seeing and experiencing it firsthand made it clear to me why that is. The people are so warm and nurturing, grounded, spiritual, and authentic. They have a deep connection with one another and support each other as a small community would. The temples that dot the beautiful landscape are a testament to how deeply connected the country and its citizens are to their spiritual values. They have tremendous appreciation for their king and there is not a sense of divisiveness among the people. All are treated respectfully, including the stray dogs and cats that are liberally fed leftovers and the cows that roam freely in the streets, knowing that the drivers will give them passage and treat them with reverence. The whole experience feels like a dream.

My sister and I both really enjoyed our time here in Bhutan, no doubt it is thanks to our guide and driver. Our driver is Phub Tshering and our guide is Tandin Wangchuk. They are both very courteous, polite, friendly and kind. And as we got to know each other better, they finally can open up and have some light joke with us as well.

We are also grateful to Mr Phub for driving around Bhutan's hilly and winding road for so many hours each day. The car ride was so cozy that I can get good rest each and every time we travel.

During our trip, we visited National Museum, Tiger's Nest, Paro Penlop's house, iron bridge Taxhog Lakhang, Jungshi paper factory, viewpoint at Thimphu, Phobjikha valley, Gangtey Monastery, Punakha Dzong, Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Choeten, suspension bridge and Dochula pass.

I will definitely recommend tourists to visit Tiger's nest and Punakha Dzong at the very least.

We experienced wearing traditional clothes (Gho and Kira), took a hot stone bath, did many hikes at different towns (Trans Bhutan trail, Gangtey nature trail, Lungchutse, Taktsang hike), and had many delicious Bhutanese food.

I am surprised at how delicious the food here is (but be mindful it is on the spicier side)

I do highly recommend both Phub Tshering and Tandin Wangchuk for your trip to Bhutan.

The guys at Bhutan best inbound, did a great job of suiting our needs, and were very accommodating during our stay in Bhutan. Our guide Phub Tshering and our driver Pema Dakpa are great guys, and did a great job of showing us around and were very friendly the whole time. The views in Bhutan are amazing.
