The morning or afternoon flight includes a touch down at the top of one of the mountains near the city.  Have your camera ready to capture breathtaking panoramic views, and then fly back to Reykjavik. This total duration of this tour is 30-45 minutes, approx. 15-20 minute guided helicopter flight and a 15 minute landing on a nearby mountain.
Highlights

  • Choose between two departure times to suit your schedule
  • Take a helicopter ride and have plenty of time to pose for mountaintop selfies
  • Chat with your pilot about points of interest in the distance
What to Expect
The tour begins at Reykjavik Airport and you'll arrange your own round-trip transportation. Before boarding the helicopter, the pilot will narrate a short safety briefing. Touchdown on the summit and spy the coastal plains and distant mountains against Reykjavik’s cityscape. Take some selfies at the summit and chat with your pilot about points of interest in the distance. Step back on board the helicopter and fly back to Reykjavik. The tour ends at the starting point, Reykjavik Airport.
