Meet your group and guide close to Plaza de Mayo at 2 pm, ready to embark on your 4-hour bike tour of must-see sights south of Buenos Aires. Once you have been outfitted with a bike and helmet, head to the historical center. Stop at La Manzana de las Luces, to explore its relevance and contribution to local culture, politics and education of the country. Next, visit the emblematic Plaza de Mayo, a witness of the most important events in the history of the Republic, from the founding of the city and the colonial years up to the present.
Explore Puerto Madero, a multimillion-worth undertaking that turned an abandoned area into the newest barrio in Buenos Aires and one of the most expensive in Latin-America. After enjoying these amazing sites, you’ll stop by the docks to enjoy some mate (infusion), a traditional drink and alfajores (traditional cookie sandwiches) included.
After a little break, get in motion once again and visit La Boca. Stop at the Parque Lezama and hear the interesting stories surrounding this park. Leave your bike at Caminito and walk around this picturesque and colorful part of Buenos Aires, with its beautiful little streets and tenement houses.
On the way back to the original departure point, don't miss the Bombonera, and the oldest barrios in the city, the beautiful San Telmo, with all its bohemian, antique shops and Plaza Dorrego, a real Porteño square.
