About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- QSS-Steve0 contributionsWet, very wet but we had a really fun day ✔️We had bad weather, so it was always going to be a difficult day. Small changes to itinerary meant we had a fun day. Very Good 🇦🇷😀Written 5 February 2025
- deborah h0 contributionsThe falls should not be missed but find another company..not terrible service..NO service!Augusto was a marvelous guide for the day. So gracious and paced us perfectly. He was so knowledgeable about the park. I highly recommend him. On the other hand, the agency who arranged it for us sent a non English speaking driver who didn’t know where we were going?? Insisted he call vendor so we could get to the right airport. Then on our return, no one was at our gate when we got off. Went outside with tons of cabs… paid for the ride dispute having it as part of our excursion. The next day we got a text from the morning driver telling us he was outside the airport with the other cabs. Taking the trip is worth it but not happy with vendorWritten 5 February 2025

- lorinQ1110TJ0 contributionsWhat a fun way to spend a couple of hoursWe had a great time learning to make authentic empanadas and also enjoyed the wine pairings. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone, even those traveling with teens or pre-teens!Written 3 February 2025
- Robinhood10 contributionsGreat day out to the EstanciaThis is a very good trip which we enjoyed very much. The seating was very uncomfortable at the long lunch - some cushions would have been good! It was very hot so was a good choice for a full day’s activity. Our guide Allesandra and driver were excruciating.Written 2 February 2025
- Nicholas M0 contributionsRelaxed country day outside of Buenos AiresWe had a wonderful guide (Alexandra) and I enjoyed the estancia and the relaxed day there. Lunch was fun - and the horse ridingWritten 2 February 2025
- 641nenac0 contributions*****Excellent experience! Show was fabulous… our reservation was for Friday, but out flight was cancelled, so we didn’t get to Buenos Aires until Saturday, and they were able to change the date for us… food was good too!Written 2 February 2025
- Ross Q0 contributionsVery satisfiedVery efficient service. Friendly and informative guide and driver. The falls were magnificent. I would recommend this tourWritten 2 February 2025
- Kian V0 contributionsGreat trip, but longer tour neededAmazing to see the falls. We only stayed at the market for 30mins, and consequently feel like the tour should have had longer times spent at each pointWritten 2 February 2025
- Samantha M0 contributionsAmazing winery near Buenos AiresBodega Gamboa really exceeded my expectations! My husband and I booked our tour directly through Signature Tours. The private transfer is extremely convenient. The vineyard itself is precious, and we were thrilled to be able to visit a vineyard within driving distance to Buenos Aires. It’s very small so wine is produced in very limited quantities. We were extremely impressed with the restaurant too; food and service were both top-notch. We brought home several bottles of wine, gin, and vermouth. Their products are only sold on-site which makes it feel super special to bring home compared to the products from larger scale operations. If you’ll be in Buenos Aires and don’t have time to make it out to Mendoza (and maybe even if you do!), definitely visit Bodega Gamboa!Written 1 February 2025
- MatthewJB0 contributionsThis tour does NOT reflect the advertising. The tour started well with the tour guide Amy meeting us in the foyer of our serviced apartment on time at 8.40 am. She was engaging and enthusiastic. Another half an hour was spent picking up the remaining passengers for our 40 minute air conditioned mini bus drive to Tigre. All up, there were 11 on the tour. Amy provided a brief overview of the day and responded to questions from our fellow travellers. So far, so good. Our first stop was at the Tigre Art Gallery - which we admired from the outside as it didn’t open until 11 am. It’s an imposing building, previously an early 20th century casino, occupying a prime canal front location. Then it was time to board the bus for the journey to the ferry station and our boat trip. Not unexpectedly, we were not the only tour group on this large boat; conveniently there were seats for all and we were thankful that much of the boat was air conditioned as it was a sunny day and quite warm by 11.45 am when the boat departed. The boat ride through the river & canals was a revelation - I expected to see wildlife and birdlife, perhaps with the boat stopping along the way to enjoy what was promised in the advertising - ‘reconnect with nature and escape the bustle of the city’. Actually, that’s not possible - this is a series of waterways teaming with large catamarans, other tourist boats, JetSkis, wakeboarding boats, fast private craft with outboard motors to rival a jet engine, canoes, rowers and everything in between. No, really we have come to admire the houses, large and small, modest and imposing, and a few historic sites that dot the shoreline. Sandy stretches of the river have been taken over by commercial interests and offer a pleasing ambience for day trippers and their families, with children enjoying their swimming while parents prepare the picnic or BBQ. After we disembark the boat, about 1.00 pm, we are taken by minibus for the short trip to the Puerto de Frutos. This is a large, permanent market, that opens on weekends and 7 days a week during holidays. Cane, raffia, woodwork, home furnishings, leather, trinkets and the like abound, together with a few dining establishments constitutes the Puerto. We were dropped off and given 50 mins to explore. The three of us who had ordered the ‘snacks’ at $25 USD were given three empanadas and a can of coke/beer/water. Tasty enough, but come on - I could have purchased this at my local supermarket in Recoleta for $6 (with the water option) before boarding the bus. There was no snack at Vivanco’s as advertised (‘enjoy a snack at Vivanco restaurant trying some hand made empanadas. Be welcome to a sensory, friendly, fresh and natural environment located within one of the emblematic rowing clubs in the city of Tigre’), although our pre-packaged snacks were picked up from this restaurant by our tour guide as we drove by. So, what to make of all this? The advertising on TripAdvisor and Paradise Tours for this tour is not fit for purpose, and from my viewpoint, is false and misleading. I’m not the only reviewer to note these discrepancies and yet the company does nothing to rectify the situation. We pointed this out to our tour guide who thanked us for the feedback. We enjoyed our guide and driver and the boat tour was interesting, but not in the way we had expected. My personal advice - Do yourself a favour and catch the train from BA (which loads of people managed on our visit) and walk to the dock, not far, and book a boat tour yourself. There are loads of eateries for lunch. The nearby Amusement Park will keep the kids happy if - It just requires a little planning.Written 1 February 2025
- GuillermoWilly0 contributionsNot Bad for a Hot Summer DayI've been in Buenos Aires many times since 1970. This time I came in November 2024 - so I've been here three months. I wanted to have tour around the city to see what has changed. I asked for a guide in Spanish and thus a Spanish-speaking group. Typically guides are less eloquent in their second language. My group was filled up with English-speakers. Oh well.... The best part was driving around picking up other passengers - seeing the side streets. Guide was knowledgeable enough. Plaza de Mayo, Catedral, San Telmo, Boca, Puerto Madero, Recoleta. If you are here for just a day or two, and do not want to be in a big group, or do the on and off bit, Signature Tours is a reasonable choice.Written 1 February 2025
- V3632WJhenryc0 contributionsAwesome experienceWe were impressed and pleased beginning with our first contact with Signature Tours. They worked with us to design the experience we wanted. Iguazu Falls is awesome and the level of service we received from Signature Tours was exceptional. Only tip is to try to avoid peak season due to crowds and the extremely hot temperatures. We opted for the boat ride and thoroughly enjoyed it. Take care regarding how you store your belongings in the provided dry bag. You and everything you brought with you will get soaked. In addition to being exhilarating the experience a great way to cool down. Enjoy!Written 31 January 2025
- cdlrp3210 contributionsThe tour guide was very niceThe tour guide was very nice. The tour was ok, if your good seeing most every thing from car then you'll be good. Nothing to write home about. We had seen most everything on our own not in car by the time this tour came about.Written 31 January 2025

The driver and tour guide Carolina did great job through entire trip. Very friendly and informative. Carolina gave group interesting facts and information all day. Trip started on boat in Puerto Madero. Great views on boat trip to Tigre Delta, especially on the narrow river. We had empanda lunch in Tigre that was good. Then we took bus back to Buenos Aries and made a few stops at key places of interest including a church in San Ysidro. Overall the trip was enjoyable day. Great way to see sites outside city. Caroline was very professional and excellent tour guide.

Due to the Oceania Marina arriving in Buenos Aires late, we panicked to get to the pick up point. We were helped by great people at the Terminal Information desk. They located the driver and he came back for us. He took us directly to the tour boat actually arriving ahead of the van from the Sheraton Hotel meeting point.
Great tour. Amazing insight on how people live on the river. Our guide Sabrina was wonderful. There was even a "surprise" excellent lunch that we weren't expecting. After lunch we boarded the Sheraton van that had come by another route and visited more sites. Back at the Sheraton, our great driver was there and took us back to the cruise terminal. Unbelievable service.

A very good way to see the Tigre Delta area and to visit a few small towns. Pick-up was from the cruise terminal and worked well. The actual river part of the trip was on a larger boat with other groups - this was OK as the boat ride would have been somewhat rough otherwise. It was interesting to see how people live on the delta without roads and with how they dealt with flooding conditions. The land portions of the tour were OK but not extraordinary. I would recommend this tour as a way to get away with the bustle of the big city of Buenos Aires

Had the pleasure of taking this tour with my 17 year old son and we had lots of FUN. Our tour guide Nicolas was very informative, profesional and fun. This is a GREAT tour as we were able to observe the delta and how the people live there and how there services are delivered. Very informative and we felt we were really having a cultural experience in Argentina. Plus Nicolas took us to the surrounding points of interest around the river which very instructive. GREAT TOUR

I just completed a tour by boat to visit the largest delta in the world. It was a very informative tour. The guide, Ana Ines, was amazing. She was very thorough and everything ran very smoothly. It was great to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city. My hotel was a little outside of the city central. So they hired a taxi to pick us up and bring us to the tour. They even dropped us back to our hotel when the tour was over. The lunch provided was very tasty empanadas. It was a real treat. Highly recommend.

This was an excellent tour of the River Plate and Delta with our professional and humorous guide Laura (Laurita). Laurita was very informative and she is passionate about her country and its geography and history. She made you feel very welcome and answered all our questions.

we were picked up punctually at our hotel, picked up a few other passengers and went to the pier - about 45 minutes total. The Catamaran that we had was older, and NOT in good shape. The upholstery is worn, chewed through, had holes. My window had a crack in it, as did a few other windows. Due to bad weather, all passengers were inside, so it was full. I had my jacket stuffed between myself and the window as it was cool, and after about 30 minutes realized that it wasnt just cold, but wet - the rubber seat at the top of the window was leaking, and the seat, jacket and I were all wet. I pointed this out to our guide, but the only response was - find another seat. Hmmm.
Nobody controls the weather, and it was unfortunate that we couldnt see the scenery very well. Before we arrived at Tigre itself, we hit something submerged - probably a log- and lost power. We limped the last 6 km into port, but made it ! The Tigre Delta is huge. We saw only a small portion of course, but it is fascinating how the people live on the islands. We had a small city tour while it was dry, then had our included snack of Empanadas at a Rowing Club. Then off to the Market area for shopping - sadly 90% of the shops were closed due to the heavy rain that morning. Back in the bus to BA, and drop off at our hotel. Altogether an interesting, entertaining tour that could only have been better with better weather, and a better BOAT ! Tour guide Nathalie , and driver Willilam were polite, knowledgeable, and professional.

Carolina wa magnificent! Not only did she give great history of the Rio Plato, Buenos Aires seaport and Tigre, she answered numerous questions unrelated to the tour for many guests. Her enthusiasm was infectious.
