        Excellent Customer Service
Unfortunately, I was unable to take the half-day tour, but I had a very positive experience with the outfit. Meighan was always quick and thorough in her communications, and she even went out of her way to organize a noon trip as I do not have the fortitude for morning wine drinking (especially after flying for 24 hours). She was very gracious when I canceled, and made a point of following up (unprompted) on the status of my refund.

        Meighan made our experience!
We originally booked a group half day so we were naturally and pleasantly surprised when we had the wonderful Meighan to ourselves for the morning and afternoon. The vineyards chosen for the wine tour were perfect and under the backdrop of the great knowledge and conversation from Meighan, we couldn’t wish for anything better. I’ve personally done wine tours in Cape Town before and this was hands down the best experience. Would recommend and when I’m back in the country, I will book again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

        Fantastic wine tour!!
Wow - I had a truly great time and learned so much from Kim and George during the 3 days we did this tour. They tailored our 3 days out to our needs/wants, the wines they chose were excellent, the wineries beautiful (the 4x4 part was very unique!) and despite wine collecting for 17 years, I came out with so much more knowledge on this area of the world and it’s wines.

        Great day
We had a fabulous day with Blake who took us to 3 vineyards, Steenberg, Buitenverwachting and Klein Constantia - the icing on the cake being lunch at Klein Constantia, the 4x4 and mcc wine tasting and the personalised cellar tour. Well worth doing.

        Look No Further
If you are scoping out wine experiences in the cape...look no further. There are tours, and then there are real experiences that last with you long after the jet lag has worn off and the novelty of the trip is over. The Constantia wine tour has everything you would want in a wine tour(comfortable/luxurious vehicles, professional/knowledgeable guides, spectacular scenery, even more spectacular wine...), but what differentiates this company is the energy and passion that the local guides bring to the equation. Thank you Blake for making our trip to the Cape an amazing one!

Oldest Wine Farm in South Africa
Not only to test good wines, man can as well learn a lot about the history of the Cape Region. This Wine Yard gives a deep view into what was going on. Book the tour and you will see and hear a lot as well about how to produce wines. Wines are very good - but a bit to expensive compare to several other very goods wines in the region

Excellent Host and enjoyable half day in Cape Town
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our morning on this tour. Our guide was really fun and interesting and was a delight to do this activity with. We visited two vineyards. The weather was lovely and the wine even better. Lunch was also very nice. In all I cannot fault this tour. Definitely worth it.

        beautiful views and wines
This wine tour was a perfect way to fill our morning/early afternoon in Cape Town. Great for those who want to sip, sit and relax on poolside patios or at restaurants with gorgeous views of the mountains and valleys of the Constantia region. Not to mention the wine is fabulous. Blake is a great guide, being a Constantia native and having in-depth knowledge on wine grape harvesting. Would highly recommend.

        Amazing Service
I had booked a half-day wine tour for the afternoon that my husband and I arrived in Cape Town. At the appointed hour, we waited outside our B&B for the guide. After ten minutes I looked at my paperwork and realize I had mistakenly booked for the following month!! I immediately called Blake and told him the situation. He said he would check on availability for the afternoon and get back to me within 20 min. When he called back, he sincerely apologized for not being able to find a guide on short notice and said he would refund my money. So we decided to visit the V & A waterfront instead. As we were pulling up in the Uber, Blake called and said he had found someone, if we were still willing to go, and could extend our time by a couple hours. Of course we jumped at the opportunity. He arranged for us to meet Kim in about an hour (her travel time to get to us) and made a reservation for us at a restaurant (since lunch was to be included). Kim picked us up and we headed to Constantia. We opted to grab a quick sandwich instead of spending our tasting time sitting in a restaurant, and Kim stopped at a lovely little place. We visited four wineries that day and Kim was a knowledgeable and charming guide, providing us with information on the wineries, their wines and historical background. We cannot commend Blake sufficiently for his extraordinary efforts to make this work for us. In addition, he followed up to see if we were satisfied. We have developed a liking and major appreciation for South African wines because they are of amazing quality for a very reasonable price. Although shipping from SA to the US is prohibitive, we have ordered many of the wines we tasted that day from a US distributor. What better advertisement for this tour and it's owner can we give? Thanks to Blake and Kim!!!

Lovely Wine Tasting in Beautiful Constantia
I booked this tour for my mother and her husband, who were visiting from California. They know their wines! And we had such a great time! We booked the half-day tour which started with a five-star lunch at the beautiful Steenberg Estate (with 1 glass of wine included), followed by a tasting (5-6 wines) at Klein Constantia, a tour of the historical Groot Constantia with wine tasting, finishing with a final tasting at the BEAUTIFUL Constantia Glen. This last winery is my favorite - absolutely breathtaking and picturesque, I will definitely be back. Blake was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to accommodate my parents, who are red wine lovers (Most of the other wine tours focus primarily on whites/roses). This tour is absolutely beautiful and imho a bit more classy than some of the other wine tours available in Cape Town. The half-day tour was more than enough to see the beautiful wineries and sample quality wines.

        Wonderful Experience
From the moment Blake and Brendan picked my husband and me up at our hotel we knew we were in for a treat. They were charming and knowledgeable, sharing stories and history of the area as we headed to our first winery. First stop was Steenberg Vineyards where we sampled some delicious wines while taking in the beautiful surroundings. Blake and Brendan were excellent at giving us our space and privacy while attending to all our needs and making sure we were well taken care of at the winery. Next stop was Constantia Glen where we had a delicious lunch and sampled some more fantastic wines at a prime table overlooking the vineyard. Our final stop was Groot Constantia which was definitely our favorite stop on our tour. Blake and Brendan gave us a very interesting and informative tour of the grounds which has a long history. We made our way to the tasting room where we were able to try a variety of delicious wines, including off menu tastings that were available only because of their close relationship to the winery. At this point all the wine had taken full effect and we ended up staying and chatting with Blake and Brendan until the winery closed. They never once made us feel rushed even though I am sure we went well over our allotted time and were certainly a bit obnoxious at this point. In fact, we were traveling with a large corporate group in Capetown and later talked with several other couples who had done different wine tours. In comparing notes it was obvious that Constantia Wine Tours was by far the best experience. The wines were delicious, the vineyards beautiful, but what made the trip spectacular was the hospitality and professionalism of our guides, Blake and Brendan.

        Above and Beyond experience
During our time in Cape Town, we had an incredible experience with Blake. Blake picked us up directly from our hotel in Cape Town, and drove us to our first vineyard – Eagle’s Nest. Blake, from the beginning till the end, was friendly, energetic, and extremely informative – and worked to create the best possible experience for us. At Eagle’s Nest, we had an incredible 4X4 tour of the vineyard from one of the extremely knowledgeable staff – seeing beautiful scenery and having a great experience. This was followed by a private and intimate wine tasting in the amazing garden. We then went to High Constantia, a tiny farm where we had another tasting, talking to one of the staff at the vineyard – enjoying both MCC and red wine. The tour then moved to Klein Constantia, where we had an amazing lunch – followed by another 4X4 tour with wine tasting and MCC, a tour of the cellar and winery, and a private cellar tasting of incredible wine. The day then concluded in Beau Constantia, with an incredible and casual tasting. Throughout the time, Blake was more than happy to answer any questions, and help in any way possible – even with bookings for items out of the tour. Thanks for a great time, Blake!

Blake and Luke showed my wife and I a great time in Constantia. Blake has vast knowledge of not only wine and Constantia, but of the rich history of the region as well. The tastings were amazing, the lunch was 5 stars and the last stop was the cherry on top! Great wine tasting options and a view that was made in heaven. Thanks Blake, you and Luke made our trip one to remember.

Blake and his team never disappoint! Every time I am in Cape Town, we use them. We had a great time. Their knowledge of the wine farms, the areas and overall Cape Town is excellent, you always learn something new. On top of that, they are just lovely people to engage with and really do every tour with a smile!! They organise everything, you just have to pitch and drink some wine. See you next time, guys! Big shout out to George who did our last tour, Thank you!!!

They were a no show. Booked days in advance. Zero communication beforehand from them and they did not answer phone calls, emails, texts, nothing the morning of. They wasted my day/time on vacation and are still holding on to my money.

We booked onto the the full day tour and I cannot recommend it enough. We were picked up from our hotel and it turned out we were the only two people on the tour. Leon, our guide, was quick to let us know that if we want to stop anywhere for photos or know about anything, to ask and he would stop and or answer our questions. We started off at Groot, and Leon shared so much knowledge and it was clear to see that he is passionate about wine; the process, people and product. The tasting was great and we both left with a couple of bottles. The next stop we had a delicious lunch were the staff were very friendly. Again, We left with more wine after our tasting! The final stop was another beautiful vineyard and Alba our wine guide was very friendly and easy to talk to. It was a fantastic day and I cannot recommend Leon and the tour enough. We both came back very happy, full of wine, and lots of recommendations of wines to drink, places for dinner and things to do.
