          Fantastic 😍
Wow, what a fantastic trip. I did things which I wouldn't normally do, first, laying on the netting of the catamaran. Not really being a water person, I surprised myself, but I can't come to Boro Boro and not swim in the sea. The weather was wonderful, the views were stunning and the company was good, what more can you ask for. I would so recommend 🙂

Best day of the holiday so far
Very relaxing day saiiling! If you are not a good swimmer it's not a problem to stay on the boat admiring the turquoise waters and beautiful scenery while others go at it. It ended up being a very sunny day and I'm very pale so I was prepared covered head to toe as the sunblock just doesn't help me all the way. That strategy worked. It's a beautiful ship and the snack and rum punch was nice. I have some issues with balance (even before the rum punch:) but the crew helped me onboard and offboard which was nice. There is more netting than what you would expect because it used to be a racing catamaran and that is definitely a challenge to your balance. It was a perfect day and I'm so glad I could go regardless of my issues. The best day of the holiday so far! It's good to know also that the boat that picks you up from the resort is very low compared to the dock so you'll have to sit down on the dock and reach to the boat from there. Coming off the boat is a little challenging as well as it is so much lower than the dock. Figured it out though. I'd say this is a suitable excursion even if you have some challenges with movement and balance as they will help you out.

Best Boat Rental In Bora Bora
Great drinks, great ride, great service. Restaurant food was mediocre and expensive, but not their fault. The sailboat was clean, fast, and great sound system!

Beautiful catamaran, highlight of our trip!
We booked a 2 hr private sunset cruise on Vitamin Sea for our family of 6 while on vacation in Bora Bora. The catamaran is docked at the St. Regis so if you’re staying elsewhere like we were you’ll be picked up at your hotel dock by boat and shuttled over to the St. Regis to meet the crew. It was about a 5 minute ride from the Intercontinental Thalasso. We were greeted by the crew and asked to leave our shoes in a basket on the dock. The Vitamin Sea catamaran is gorgeous! It’s a new luxury catamaran that was sailed over from New Zealand in December. There is a large shaded area with tables and benches, 2 comfortable cushioned areas, 2 nets at the front, and a large cushioned bench across the back. The sunset cruise included snacks and drinks. The rum punch was the best we’ve ever tasted, with a hint of vanilla. There was beer, champagne, water, and soft drinks available too. The catamaran has a great sound system on board and you can listen to their playlist or attach your phone to play your own. Their playlist was perfect. We sailed around as the sun began to go down and then anchored to watch the sunset. Ocean took some great pictures of us and chatted with everyone through the cruise. It was a partially cloudy night so it wasn’t the best sunset of our week but it didn’t matter. We enjoyed the company of the crew, the music, drinks, and sailing so much more! Next time we’re in Bora Bora we will definitely book another cruise with Vitamin Sea, they offer half and full day cruises with snorkeling and lunch. This cruise was definitely a highlight of our week. If you’re coming to visit from Texas crew member Ocean would love to meet a real cowboy! Vitamin Sea is the one to book, highly recommend!

          Family Fun
The sail w/the captain & her crew was unforgettable. We appreciated the expertise as we have been boating for decades. It was nice to be catered to in such a lovely way. The drinks & food aboard & on the floating bar was enjoyed by all 12 of us. The lunch site on the motu was tasty & just a great time. The only bad part was that an all day sail was not long enough! Great times!

My husband and I had a great experience on the boat. The gals took excellent care of us, from snorkeling at the “aquarium” to snacks and beverage on the boat!

Great Fun on the Vitamen Sea II
We went on three excursions on the Vitamen Sea. Thelma and Camille were great on all three. We did a half day snorkel/cruise, a sunset cruise and a full day sailing excursion. The boat is new (two months old) and is very high quality. We can't say enough about the captain (Thelma) and first mate (Camille)! This is a can't miss activity.

Great experience out with Thelma and Alex. We were able to sail and the stop off at The Aquarium was simply amazing - the Moray we saw was huge!! Felt very privileged to be on the catamaran and enjoy the beautiful waters of Bora Bora. Floating bar added an extra treat😁 Loved every minute and really made our trip

          Catamaran Getaway
This is a not to miss activity while staying in Bora Bora. The catamaran is a newly minted beauty and is expertly crewed by super friendly ladies who took utmost care of all passengers during the entire cruise. This half day outing allowed time for a sail near the outer reef for a snorkeling session and topped off with views of the beautiful islands that were topped off with a sandbar stop for “happy hour” beverages served from their floating bar. Overall a fantastic trip that offers a more unique view of the coast and leaves the second half of the day for your other activities . Very highly recommended to be on the water as hiking and such on land activities subjects you to the extreme heat and accompanying humidity- you will be so glad you made this experience part of your time here!

What an incredibly peaceful activity. My husband and I rated this as our favorite activity from our recent 20th Anniversary trip to Bora Bora! We joined 3 other couples on the sail. We each had our own padded space on the catamaran. The captain and first mate were so very kind, accommodating, and a joy to chat with. They served delicious rum punch and snacks to munch on. They even helped us captured beautiful images on our camera to concrete the memory. We stayed out on the water until the very last sliver of sun disappeared below the water line. Despite the lack of wind to help propel the sailboat, the captain did his best to try and not use the motor to help make the sail as peaceful as possible. We would definitely recommend this activity to other couples!

On our honeymoon my wife and I booked this Sunset Sail, and we actually tried to cancel on the day of because we were a bit tired from our day activities. Luckily for us it was too late to cancel—and we had such an amazingly fun and relaxing experience with our French Captains Arthur and Allan. They were very friendly and conversational, and ensured that we were comfortable and had a great time. It was fun learning about the racing history of the catamaran and getting to know them personally as well. They also positioned the vessel perfectly with the sunset to take beautiful pictures for us, and always kept our cups generously full with their homemade tasty island rum concoction.

Book this tour to not only experience a fun and relaxing sail, but also support Arthur and Allan and the rest of the severely COVID-impacted Bora Bora tourism community.

Awesome sunset trip. The pick up from our hotel made things incredibly easy via a short tender ride to the boat docked at the St Regis. We had an overcast evening so didn’t get to see much of a sunset but at the time I don’t think either my wife or I noticed because the views were still so amazing. Great crew who you could tell made an effort to move around chatting with each guest as they brought along rum bunch and small snacks. The boat was incredibly clean and comfortable. Would recommend for anyone visiting Bora Bora

We went on a sunset cruise we were very much looking forward to. The weather throughout the day was mixed but given that the tour wasn’t cancelled, we assumed it would be okay, even if the sunset would not be spectacular.
It turned into a disaster as we were caught up in a tropical rain storm.
Obviously, the operator can’t control the weather but this kind of storm should have been anticipated.
We arrived back to the hotel completely drenched to the bone and my wife was very scared.
The crew were doing their best, but handing out life vests, even though the sea was not super rough, would have been good practice.
What annoyed me most was that upon return the person (Damien?) who took the cash payment prior to boarding didn’t voluntarily refund the tour. Initially, he said he would speak to “management”. Only after insisting I got the payment back.
Quite bold considering the tour turned into a complete disaster and we had to abort the tour after 30min.

FYI - Drinks are only served once the boat stops and is not in motion.

Hi and thank you kindly for taking the time to share your experience with Vitamin Sea, We of course are sorry to read that you did not have the experience you were hoping for, We have been operating in Bora Bora for 10 years now and unfortunately we still cannot predict a local storm coming very fast. The weather had been acceptable all afternoon and the forecast predicted terrible weather for the rest of the week so we thought it was worth to give it a shot so you could at least go out once on the lagoon during your stay. We never forced you to go onboard, you never ask about the weather either so I find your review quite rude. You were refunded fully right away. Regarding Safety, even if it is raining, you were still in a shallow water closed lagoon with calm sea so there was absolutely no safety issues there. This could have worked out totally, it happened many times that we canceled and then the weather turned out good. There are thing we can't just control. And yes, it is our procedure to ask confirmation to management before any refund can be issued, i don't see the problem in that. You were 100% refunded right away. I hope you will return to our beautiful island and have an opportunity to sail onboard our amazing catamaran with a nice weather. Sincerely, Nick

This was my first time on a catamaran and it was so much better than I expected. They have cushions for you to lay on as you sail out to watch the sunset. The views are incredible and it is cool to see different parts of the lagoon.

When you get to the sunset spot they give you snacks and drinks to relax and enjoy the sunset.
The staff is so friendly and takes the time to talk and get to know to each guest on the catamaran. They also take pictures of each group/couple with your phone/camera. the pictures turned out great!
This was a great way to spend our last night in Bora Bora!

We took the sunset cruise today with Nick and Candice. They were very enjoyable to cruise with. Nick was an excellent captain and Candice was very informative on the Polynesian culture. They are catamaran is extremely stable and like new. It was an enjoyable ride with a beautiful sunset of Bora-Bora. Don't know how it could get much better. They served us some local fruit as well as chips once we stopped. As well we had excellent rum punch and local beers.

A must do sunset cruise on the Vitamin Sea! Kiki and Tony showed us such a good time. The cruise around the bay was breathtaking. We were worried as there was a bunch of cloud cover so we weren't sure if we were going to get a sunset, but Kiki kept everyone's spirits up and glasses full with delicious rum punch. Fortunately we were rewarded with some amazing colors once the sunset.

The fact that the boat was limited to 8 passengers and the positive energy of our crew made this such a memorable experience.

The one thing we didn't know was that the tour left from the Saint Regis hotel and we were on the opposite side of the lagoon so had a high speed transfer on a pontoon boat to get to the actual catamaran. It was a fun ride, and not too long, but we were glad we didn't bring hats.

This was an awesome experience. 4 couples sail in the lagoon on an incredible racing catamaran. Very comfortable and Tony and Kiki were an exceptional crew. Very friendly. We stopped to watch the sunset and to have snacks and some rum punch (highly recommended). 2 hours very well spent.

This is one of our most favorite things to do when on vacation. It was our second time booking with this company and we loved it so much that we are booking another one to go again on this same trip. The staff are very hospitable and knowledgeable. We got to relax, watch the amazing views, have a cocktail, and just take in the moment. Highly recommend doing this while in Bora Bora.

Allen and Arthur are a class act and the ship is elegant and beautiful. The sunset in Bora Bora is like none other and this is by far the best way to enjoy it. My wife and son will remember those few hours for the rest of their lives and so will I. Allen loves to ply you with his devilishly good rum punch - don't refuse! Arthur knows a huge amount about the marine biology of the lagoon which he shared with me while he let my son pilot the boat. Just a magical experience.
