Caroline was excellent. explained everything very clearly and with a lot of enthusiasm. Highly recommended . it was a great tour.

Very well organized trip. May is kind guide with a great knowledge. The tour gives a good impression of chinese culture. Food was also excellent in a typical restaurant.

This was a great tour. Our tour guide was Snow and she was excellent - one of the best guides we have ever had. She knew lots about the city and made the day interesting and fun. She was also flexible about what we did. We started at the water town and did the gardens there before a walk around and a boat trip. We then headed back into the city to the Jade Buddha temple (it was a Monday so the Yu Garden was closed which we knew before). We then had a really yummy lunch before going to Shanghai tower. It was a good amount of sightseeing for the day and worth every penny. Alana organised the tour and was excellent as well. Thanks Snow and Alana.

An excellent tour. The best part of the tour was our amazing guide Queena. She was so welcoming - it was our first night in Shanghai and we had only flown in a few hours before but her enthusiasm and energy powered us through the jet lag. The first bit was in a very nice car. She told us about Shanghai and then we got to the ferry port. It was busy as it was the Spring festival but she navigated us through the crowds. We got to sit in a private area on the boat which was nice as it was warmer in there. Queena then took lots of amazing photos of us and told us all about the buildings. Finally we drove for a delicious meal. It was such a good tour and we would throughly recommend it. Thanks Queena and Alana for such an amazing tour.

We were very lucky and privileged to take this tour on Chinese New Year. Jane looked after us superbly, adjusting the itinerary to help us get a real taste of Shanghai amongst the mayhem and a bit of rain. We were picked up at our hotel and driven to bustling old town Shanghai and Jane led us through the crowd covering a lot of ground. We made the call to avoid the lines at Shanghai Tower which disappeared into the mist anyway and we went to the Jade Buddha temple instead. Jane gave us a very in depth explanation of every aspect. We were driven to the French Concession and enjoyed a picturesque walk through before we were driven to an amazing Shanghai dinner!! Finally we were dropped off at the ferry terminal which we would never get through without Janes help… the river cruise was spectacular and the VIP tickets with oolong tea and snacks made the experience even more special. We bid Jane farewell and rode back to our hotel in our luxury vehicle. What a way to introduce ourselves to the vibrancy of beautiful Shanghai!!!

I have just finished a wonderful tour of Zhujiaojiao Water Town with Miss Mary and with driver Mr Jing ( I hope I got his name right). I have to say that Mary went above and beyond in making the tour as seamless and as informative as possible, weather permitting ( it was drizzling). She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. She accommodated my requests to the utmost, and I will request her again when Im back in Shanghai. My koodos to you for having such an exemplary guide. Snow was our guide and she was one of the most kind and friendly guide ever. She took us to the VIP cruise area from where the view of Shanghai was absolutely spectacular. We also went to the Thai restaurant after. The whole trip was very amazing. I recommend this guide to everyone.

This was such a great experience, a fantastic way to see and learn about Shanghai. Mary was an absolute gem of a guide, sharing so much knowledge about the history of Shanghai and China, and had so many stories to tell as a local. Our driver was polite and provided a first class car and experience also. I couldn't have asked for more, really was an exceptional experience.
