A very well planned trip to hidden treasures of Bengal. If you are someone who appreciates history, architecture and culture, then this is for you. Also, the food both the breakfast and lunch were amazing. Especially the lunch, too good. We are vegetarians and they provided us a big enough spread of vegetarian food. Our tour guide provided us in depth knowledge about each place we visited. I liked how she tried to speak in Hindi with effort only for us, because we aren't Bengalis.

Travel Amigo~ my no. 1 choice of wonderful travel experience during Durga Puja. It's been 2 years since I have connected with them, and now it has become a mandate to book at least one trip with them during Puja. Their staff, coordinator, support facility—everything is very good. Highly recommended within affordable packages.

Recently had a chance to go at Gram Banglar Puja Parikrama- Kalna with Travel Amigo team . It's really was a good experience overall . The AC bus was absolutely good, neat and clean. The breakfast, Lunch and evening snacks was great overall with the quality and quantity. The Madam who was incharge of the trip explained everything about the history of the place . Overall it was really a memorable experience for me and surely will visit further with them. THANKS🙏

We went on a Ganesh Darshan trip in Mumbai with Travel Amigo and it was one incredible experience. This is the second time that we've travelled with them after having a wonderful experience previous year on Kolkata Durga Puja Parikrama(Bonedi Bari pujo parikrama &Taki bisarjan aparBangla OparBangla)and they made sure to raise the standard even more than what we had expected. The hotel, food and Mumbai darshan,Shirdi SAI & Trimbakeshwar darshan: all were excellently planned and executed to our taste. So all in all it was a very memorable experience and I am looking forward to going on more trips with Travel Amigo

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF CONDUCTED TOUR WITH TRAVEL AMIGO I, along with 25 co travellers booked a tour program with M/S TRAVEL AMIGO on 24 th December, 2023 for Bandel, Chandan nagar and Sreerampore. This was my first tour with them, and definitely the last one. The terrible experience is listed herewith. • The pickup time from esplanade was at 8:10 AM.We reached the spot at 7:L30 , the bus left at 9:AM.The tour operator /manager who was supposed to travel with us was not available on phone. The sr. citizens had to wait there, standing for more than 1 and half hour. • The first destination was Bandel church, the route was not known to the tour operator. Went to wrong direction, had to reverse the bus resulting loss of time. • Throughout the tour , there was tremendous lack of professionalism, leadership quality and miscommunication .The tour operator was not bothered to organise the travellers at one point , prior to heading for the next destination, resulting delay .There were persons of seventy plus age, who naturally walks slower. • Even there were differences between tour operator and guide regarding the tour points. The museum at chandan nagar was not in the list, Burt suddenly he escaped from the group not announcing about the museum, resulting half of the party could not visit it. • The timing church at chandan nagar sacred heart church was not known to the operator, we found the gate closed. • The Dutch cemetery, which was in the list, was not shown. • Resulting of the above chaos, and mis coordination we had our lunch (or early dinner ?) at 4:30 pm.The lunch was scheduled at sreerampore earlier , but suddenly it was fixed at chandan nagar. However, lunch was nice, probably the only thing during the tour. This post is not intended to blame any particular, but to highlight the extreme lack of professionalism, communication, knowledge of the tour and lack of coordination of the tour operator. Shortcomings of a few things are always acceptable, but not expected to happen at every point of the tour.

Travel amigo Bonedi bari puja Parikrama. Wonderful experience. We enjoyed very much.. the co ordinator was very helpful and knowledgeable. food was awesome..But AC bus condition was not good , Ac water leaking constantly. Looking up to travel amigo for much more unique experiences in the upcoming future.

Had been on the epar bangla opar bangla bishorjon organised by Travel Amigo, this year Dashami!The co ordinator assigned Bapon was not helpful,the management was poor,food quality could have been better as they are charging quite a bit,pakodas served during boat ride were horrible!Overall it is good but can be improved.

Wonderful experience while exploring gram banglar Puja parikrama, Kalna Burdwan district of Bengal with travel amigo. We visited first bariwari - Guptipara, Hooghly district of West Shiv Bengal and Bonedi bari- Sen Bari Durga Puja, Guptipara and temples of Guptipara. After having lunch we visited 108 Shiv Mandir, Kalna , Rajbari Temple complex, Kalna and HanseshwariTemple, Basberia. Breakfast, Lunch were perfect . I had a nice trip with Travel amigo . Looking forward for next one day trip. Requesting entrepreneur of Travel Amigo for organising many more one day trip like Chandannagar or many more places of West Bengal . As a woman I found it safe . Maximum time I prefer to travel alone so I would like to have many more trips with them . Thanks and Regards Mithun Basu

Had two Durga Puja Trips, namely Shohortoli-r Durga Pujo (on 22 Oct 2023) and DoshGhora+ Chak Dighi Durga pujo- (on 23 Oct 2023). -Pricing. Rs. 3100/- for each person each trip is pretty highly priced and is no value for money, only with merely 2-4 ordinary Pujas of some old Bonedi Bari or Rajbari being shown. (Surprisingly, WBTC conducts similar tour valued at Rs. 1800-1900/-). Value for money = 3/10. -Coordination with those Rajbari Pujo organizers is also pretty poor. So guests are often treated badly, despite paying a high price. Prior coordination of route, timings and with Puja organizers at respective venue = 4/10. -Timing management is extremely poor. They arrange for sitting breakfast prior to commencement of tour which is a little more than ordinary no frills breakfast. Lunch is a bit better but served at 6-7 pm post tour. By that time neither the coordinated hotelier is able to serve fresh food, nor the guests are in a mood to have lunch. Perhaps they aim to skip the evening tea and snacks. Lunch at Hotel Maureen, VIP Road was good with spreads consisting of mutton, parshey maach, chicken biryani and they were generally good, though served pretty late at 6pm. But their breakfast was ordinary. Also their service was rather below ordinary. Next day the lunch at KKR Cafe Delhi Road at about 6pm was pretty stale with a few dishes gone bad. They had kebabs, fish, mutton, rice, chicken and icecream. The hotel appeared unprepared to handle large number (27) of guests. But they were courteous. The hotel people were ready with their lunch at 2pm but we reached there at 6pm. Also there were no prior intimation from the tour conductors before we reached. Food and service = 6/10 - Transportation. AC Bus was provided of City travels. First day the bus was good but windows were all covered with ad posters so that one could not see outside. Second day the AC bus was not very good and seats were rather uncomfortable. Transportation = 6/10 - Basic Precautionary measures - Very Poor. The team was organizing a trip of a rather large group of guests which consisted old persons and children. Yet they had no first aid box. Basic medicines were not carried. One of the guests sustained an injury and the tour conductor was rather compelled to halt at a medicine shop and buy a basic medicine. The minimal amount of empathy is but expected. Secondly, the bus ought to have a Fire extinguisher, which could not be seen. I would rate 2/10 on this count. - Conduct of tour. Staff were courteous and helpful. Though most decisions appeared unplanned and impromptu. The tour guide lady was very courteous but knew very little about the visit spots or its history. The tour conductor was least flexible and rigid with regards to its prescheduled itinerary, irrespective of the wonky time plan they had. Tour Conduct = 5/10 Hope the team takes its lessons from guest's feedback and does some positive introspection. A much better service at a much better price is expected.

It was beautiful nature walk in short trail and then ferry ride to watch Flamingos from close. The guide Bobita did a great job with sharing knowledge on life cycle of various birds.

We did the Bonedi Bari Parikrama by Travel Amigo on 2nd October, 2022. It was a very well organised trip. Our guide was very knowledgeable and informed us about the history of all the Rajbaris we visited. It was a great experience witnessing history before our eyes. The breakfast and lunch was also delicious. We enjoyed every bit of it.

I went with Travel Amigo to Gram Bangla Puja paribrama and it was a true true delight. The guide was very well spoken and the programme was handled very professionally.
