Took a 5 days trip around kerala with friends. Kannan was our driver and he was always on time. He was very professional, made us feel super safe as we were only 3 girls, also made us feel very warm. The hotels provided by AIP was diana heights, merry weather, clouds valley and allepey boathouse.The hotels could vary based on availability but for us the hotels were always on point with the view and cleanliness. the breakfasts was okay. Overall I would suggest for anyone who will be traveling to Kerala please request for Kannan to ensure a pleasant stay and travel overall.. for any of ur to do list or to eat list.. you can just inform him and he will bring you if it is along the way.. ps : go for the ayurvedic massage suggested by the tour agent and not go to the ones suggested by boathouse people as it lacks cleanliness and professionalism

I recently embarked on a tour organized by All India Packages, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The itinerary was thoughtfully crafted, showcasing Arupadaiveedu, Pancha Bootha Sthalam and few of Navagraha Temples. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, providing insights that enriched our understanding of each location. Transportation was seamless, with comfortable vehicles and timely transfers. Accommodations exceeded my expectations, offering both comfort and local charm. Additionally, the personalized touches like curated dining experiences and flexible scheduling made the trip feel special. Thanking Deepak from AIP for making the arranging our recent trip to North India. Deepak from AIP was quite helpful in resolving the issues we encountered during the trip. Our problems began on the first day at the hotel in Delhi and persisted until our last day back in Delhi. When we visited Agra to see the Taj Mahal, our guide, Hussein, seemed unfamiliar with the area and showed us the wrong places, the worker's area. This made us uncomfortable, especially when we were taken to a place where we felt unsafe due to the language barrier and the male-dominated environment. On another occasion, the driver took us to a crowded market instead of the mall where we wanted to buy toiletries, causing us to feel uneasy and prompting us to call for pick up. In Varanasi, we were disappointed to find that our tour was only half a day, even though we had paid for a full-day tour. "Sakshi" Ganesha temple is an important temple that was not mentioned in the itinerary, The guide in Varanasi goes by the book, he took us to places as per the itinerary. We also encountered issues with the quality of the hotels we stayed at, particularly with the lack of English-speaking staff, hot water, and timely meal service. Overall, while the guide, Santhosh is good, we were dissatisfied with the arrangements made by the agency and the quality of the accommodations. Although we were given complimentary food and tea, but nothing can replace our dissatisfaction, we were looking for to this trip especially Varanasi, the place I wanted to visit for more than 15 years just to encounter this. The 2 star is for guide Santhosh, he didn't provide excellent service but at least he did something memorable for me.

Our Kerala trip was arranged by AIP for 7 days in February 2024. The places covered were Cochin, Kumarakom, Alleppey Boathouse and Munnar. Total number of participants from our university batch get-together was 47 including 16 couples. Price of the trip was very reasonable and cheap compared with other agents. It was a wonderful trip and had a lot of entertainments and fun in Kerala. We had a very nice AIP team and memorable experience. The team included Deepak and Abdul for all coordination and implementation of the trip. They were very understanding staff and very helpful. Abdul (with us in the tour) implemented this Kerala trip, arranged everything according to our requirements and preferences. Our tour guide (Ganesh) was very nice and helped us throughout the trip. He was very understanding and very helpful during the trip. He was knowledgeable person and gave us lot of information regarding the travel sites. The two bus drivers were also very good and nice. They drive safely throughout our trip and look after whole trip. All hotels’ rooms were excellent and good conditions and met the standards of 4-star hotel. All breakfast in hotels was very nice and had variety of enjoyable food. Lunch and dinner were also very nice and high standard. The staffs were very friendly and welcomed us in traditional ways. We enjoyed Kathakali & Kalaripayattu martial arts at Munnar. We also enjoyed Rose Garden, Dam site, Tea Estate, Eco Point and an elephant safari with a sweet memory. At Kumarakom resort, we enjoyed very well, enjoyed evening cruise and Ayurvedic massage at the resort. Our journey continued to boathouse in Alleppey after Church visit where we had another delightful stay. The food was very nice and delicious. Some discomfort due to inefficient air-conditioning at that hot day. Luxury houseboat made our vacation very enjoyable and comfortable journey with interesting programs arranged by our friends. This was memorable forever in our life. We went to Hindu Temple on the way to Cochin Hotel. The last stay day of the trip at Cochin, they arranged Galanight with music program and our batchmates programs such as speech, singing, dancing etc. It was very nice and really satisfied the services and special dinner food and cocktail drinks, snacks as well as photography and video. Last day they arranged famous Puttu restaurant for lunch and drop off at airport. We really enjoyed our trip and very satisfied their services and also very trustable trip. We had a very safe and pleasant travel experiences. Looking forward to book future trips as it is most trustable and value for money. They took a good care of us throughout the trip. We would highly recommend AIP to our friends and relatives who plan to travel to India in the future.

It was an wonderful and adventerous experience, had a lot of fun. Experienced driver but a little crack person to deal with. Had a lot of issues with driver the begining of the day but slowly you ppl contacted in such a short time. Had a graceful and memorable experience. Prices of the trip were reasonable though it was 25th dec peak time. Got stuck in forests and traffic which made us frustated first but we had a lot of fantastic moments. We had a 6D5N tour to Kerala. When we landed at Cochin Airport, our driver, Eltinis, welcomed us. We checked into the first hotel, Hotel Presidency Cochin, which was conveniently close to the airport, making it easy to reach after our 4-hour-plus flight. The room was comfortable but did not quite meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The breakfast could be improved with more variety, so we would rate it 7/10. Our day began with a visit to Athirapally Waterfall, which is not recommended for elderly people. The waterfall view was beautiful. We then checked into The Leaf Munnar for a 2-day stay. This was one of the best resorts we experienced during our 6-day tour. The staffs were very friendly and welcomed us in traditional ways. The resort offered a variety of evening activities, including complimentary tea and coffee. We celebrated our son's birthday at the resort restaurant, where the food, especially the chili fish, was delicious. The breakfast spread was diverse. The next day, we enjoyed a jeep safari and had the opportunity to participate in Sivarathiri prayers at Mahadeva Temple, as it coincided with the festival. We also visited Ripple Munnar, Ripper Waterfall, Ponmudi Dam, Echo Point Munnar, Ponmudi Viewpoint, and Hanging Bridge Ponmudi. We then visited the Museum & Plantation (Kannan Devan Hills Plantations) and had a refreshing drink of Nonggu on the way to our next stop. We also experienced Kathakali & Kalaripayattu martial arts, which was amazing. Our last stop of the day was Prakrithi Multi-Cuisine Restaurant, where we received excellent service and enjoyed delicious food. The restaurant caters to a variety of tastes, and the staffs were attentive and provided excellent service. On the next day when check-our from the resort the staff even took a picture of us in front of the hotel, printed it on a hotel's paper photo frame card for us to keep as a memory. We highly recommend this resort. Next, we travelled to Thekkady, where we started our tour with a hot air balloon ride in Munnar. It was a nice experience, although we felt that the 600 INR paid for 20 soft copy photos was not worth it, as only 4 out of 10 pictures were good. On our way to Periyar Spices & Ayurvedic Garden, we saw Vandanmedu Ganapathi. We had a good lunch at a restaurant, although we unfortunately did not remember its name. We then proceeded with an elephant safari, which was worth the price. It was a sweet memory when the elephant blessed us. We checked into Wild Avenue Resort & Spa, which we do not recommend. The lift did not function properly, there were network and Wi-Fi issues due to poor room range, and the electricity tripped three times. After 7 pm, we couldn't even go outside near the swimming pool due to a lot of mosquitoes. Our journey continued to the Boathouse in Alleppey, where we had another delightful stay. The owner and chef were polite, the food was delicious, and the luxury houseboat made our vacation very comfortable. We plan to return here soon. On the last day, we checked out and visited Chottanikkara Bhagavathi Amman Temple, followed by lunch at Dhe Puttu Cochin, which offered a great variety of food, excellent hospitality, value for money, and a great ambiance. It is a must-try restaurant in Kochi. We then went shopping at Seematti Kochi, which provided a great shopping experience. Our driver, Eltin's brother, was also superb and never seemed tired of taking us wherever we wanted to go. His friendly and approachable demeanour made our tour enjoyable. Thank you for a memorable experience, brother. It was a fantastic tour with a comfortable Tempo. I went with my friends for our class reunion booked through All India Packages. It was a 7 night tour and the itinerary was planned for multiple cities in Kerela. The AIP tour organizers and the guide did an excellent job in making it all possible and an enjoyable and memorable experience for us. I had a great experience with AIP. I was facilitated by Ms Saba Fathima and she has been a great help since the day 1 engaged with her. Very responsive, and always there to guide and advise. The itinerary suggested was just nice, and not too cramped and also she helped to make adjustments to the plan as we wanted to visit a few more places out of the original itinerary. She never hesitates to take a call and speak every time I have a query. All the hotel choices by AIP were very good, comfortable, and accessible with restaurants and shops. Their driver (Imran) was also accommodating and made us comfortable. Most importantly, I felt the price quoted was very reasonable and cheaper compared to other agencies. I would choose, to recommend AIP and Ms Saba for future trips as well
