        Lovely Jaypur
This was an amazing experience that was topped off by stop at the restaurant at the fort with live music and the city below lit like jewels visible through the fort walls. Magnificent!!

        Open air and city lights
It was fun riding around in the open air jeep. One needs to have a certain amount of agility to get in/out of the vehicle. The guide treated me to some regional treats during the ride. I enjoyed seeing the city all lit up.

        Beautiful
Exploring Jaipur at night was a wonderful experience. The lights on the monuments made the city look stunning, perfect for a peaceful walk or an enjoyable evening with friends.

Some highs and lows. Great concept but could use some communication improvements.
Seeing Jaipur by night I highly recommend because the city is beautifully lit up and the open air jeep allowed great visibility. Our driver did a great job taking photos for us. Here are some notes about our experience. This was not an informative tour. The driver could point out the name of the palace but did not provide information. It was chilly! Dress warm if you are going in the winter months. Going up the switchbacks to get to Nahagarah Fort was particularly cold. The restaurant was outside and breezy so extra chilly. Driving around India is a very different experience than the states where we teach defensive driving. The driving was aggressive, and we did end up in a minor incident. No police reports were filed (It's India) but we believe the motorcyclist wanted validation that the driver was in the wrong. We booked our tour day of and were grateful we could make it happen. Our tour started at 6pm meaning there is no way you are going to get a sunset view from the mountains. Summer sure but not if you are doing this in the Fall or Winter. You will get a pretty night scene from the mountains. Traffic from our hotel (Marriott) was bad. We did not go to Amber Fort and it wasn't mentioned at all during the drive. Our tour included driving around the Pink City, picture opportunities by Jal Mahal, Albert Hall Museum, Hawa Mahal, and driving up the mountain range to Nahagarah fort with the restaurant. It was an adventure. We enjoyed the sites we did see but the driving and cold was exhausting. I think the driver should have stated upfront what we would and would not being seeing.

Fun but not fully as advertised
The views from Nagaragh Fort were amazing and 100% worth seeing, but thw tour didn't take us to the Amber Palace light show as promised and picked us up after sunset so we also missed that. The driving was alao quite scary at some points on the mounttain cruise with some hairy overtaking. It was a fun tour but not sure its worth the money given the parts that were missing.

        Great adventure and service
This tour was quite the adventure! Riding through the city in a safari car with traffic and cows made for quite the unique experience. The fort is a lovely place for food and drinks with time to sit back and enjoy. All the places we stopped at were beautifully lit, in particular Albert Hall. A special compliment for this tour is owed to our driver, Sourabh. Not only did he navigate the difficult driving with ease, but he also knew the tricks to take excellent pictures on his phone that he shared with us.

        Sensational! ❤️
This was my second time to visit Jhalana in search of India’s beautiful blue eyed leopards. The experience was exceptional and Rohit my guide, knew exactly what he was doing. The excitement as foot prints were spotted and alarm calls were heard never gets old. I went on three safaris and saw two leopards, one of the mysterious stunning Rimjhim who rarely shows herself and two sightings of Rana, a massive male with scars to show his power and strength. I’ll never tire of visiting this unique heaven for these majestic creatures. To be able to get up close and personal to capture incredible photos is a not only a privilege but a dream come true. I will be back, that’s for sure!

        Try it!
It was a wonderful experience to see the monuments in Jaipur at night well-lit. The ride in the open safari was an experience of its kind. The icing on the cake was the final visit to Nahargarh Fort which gave an exquisite view of Jaipur city at night. We had a knowledgeable guide, Swapnil, and a good driver, Rohit. If you are in Jaipur only for a few days then this is something that you must try.

        Scam, scared singles female travelers.
Driver and tour guide spoke no English. Pick up was late and only saw half the things on itinerary. Complained to the vague WhatsApp number that confirmed pick up time, no response. I got full refund because this was a scam. We were two single female travelers and one part of the tour we were in night time going up into a mountain jungle and it was very dark for about 45 mins. Nobody explain what is happening. We felt so scared. When we asked where are we going they did not answer. Be aware!!! Believe the other reviews that speak the truth!

Super place to see leopards in rajasthan
Spotting two leopards in jhalana was a thrilling experience. I have been to 7 safaris earlier but never saw a big cat. Thank you world of wilders for reserving our permits on such a short notice. Thanks to their guide Ganesh who could judge there was a leopard in the bushes. Otherwise we would have just passed through the area without noticing. We waited for 30minutes and then the leopard moved from the bushes and we could see him clearly.

        Best Night Tour in Jaipur!
First, I want to highlight that we are 2 women visiting India for the first time, and only speak English. Our main priority when looking for tours is safety. This tour is amazing and more importantly, safe! We were picked up in an open air vehicle as this company also does safari tours. It is the best vehicle for this tour as you can really see everything - Jaipur is a whole other city at night so you would want the best views! Since it is an open air vehicle please be prepared to bring warm clothes toward the end of the year. The tour did get a bit chilly. Our driver, Anil, navigated the streets of Jaipur like no other. If you have yet to experience driving in India, it is a stressful yet beautiful ecosystem where there are no rules, and Anil drove like a champion of the India driving super sport. You would want a good driver considering you are in an open vehicle where one can fall out. The tour started with a light and sound show at Amber Fort - this part is optional but I recommend it as the show goes over Jaipur history. Then we went up the mountain for an amazing view of the entire city - here you can order food, drinks, or just sit and look out at the views. Anil and Rohit also made impromptu stops to buy popular Indian snacks for us to try! The drive continued around the Water Palace, Albert Hall, Wind Palace, etc. where we were able to stop and see the sites and take photos without getting out of the car and fighting through crowds! Definitely recommend this tour as Jaipur is beautiful at night! And what better way to see it than in an open safari vehicle! Please see our photos attached here for reference.

        Surreal experience.
Every part was exceptional. Rohit planned every detail of the trip meticulously, Without a single glitch . From the drivers with mastery over the vehicles to Amazing spotting of birds as well as deer, langoor, neelgai and of course the leopards. Our young guide Krishay, a grade 12 student, was a storehouse of information and absolutely super with our teen kids. And a great photographer too. The leopard with its kill was a ‘one of a kind ‘ experience. Thank you team Rohit for making it a memorable experience. Bless you Photo credits Krishay The owls were the cutest ever too

Once in a lifetime experience for me and my family, saw Two Leopards, the second one was an amazing sighting where he played with Partridges and Langurs just 20 feet from our vehicle for almost half an hour. It was surreal. The credit for our experience goes to Rohit of World of Wilders who had organised this Safari for us and was kind enough to take us around personally. He and his outstanding team are really doing a great job in this extremely Unique and one of its kind Park. Trust me nothing like this exists in India at least, this Park is truly a hidden treasure in the middle of Jaipur. My credits to the Forest Department too for being able to preserve it from encroachment and surprisingly maintaining it well, I say this after visiting almost all wildlife sanctuaries in India. I wish the Govt looks into this marvel and tries to replicate it in places like Mumbai and Pune where the Leopard population is fortunately quite high. We are told this Park has around 20/25 Leopards. Nature is Truly remarkable, how it has managed to get a foothold by just a little support from Humans. Uploading some pics and Videos. 😔 Unfortunately can’t upload the Video.

We were in Jaipur for a short trip and we took the Jhalana Jungle Safari, as it was recommended by one of our friends. And WOW what a wonderful experience it was. Specially for the kids it was really fascinating & exciting and they will remember it forever. And to make this safari memorable, we would specially thank Kunal. Though he was tied up with other engagements, he still found time and accompanied us thru the entire safari. He guided us through this private tour, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to spot the leopards. He also helped us in understanding how the various animals and birds communicate and behave in the jungle. He also gave us insights about each wildlife we came across, including the smallest of birds, different deers, peacocks and that was so enriching for us and the Kids. We would also thank the driver of the Gypsy - Shobhit who was quite patient and made sure we had a safe and amazing experience. We also took the Jaipur by Night trip with Kunal and that was great too. We were taken around the city to see all the forts at night. We also saw the Sound & Light show at Amer fort, which was part of the Jaipur by Night trip, which was very interesting and insightful.
Thank u so much Kunal for giving us this memory and would surely recommend him.

I highly recommend taking a break from the busy city life of Jaipur in search of the leopards of Jhalana. What an absolute spectacular experience! To see these magnificent majestic animals live and flourish within a natural space so close to the city is remarkable. The chances of seeing them is incredibly high, especially with the well trained respectful guides and drivers, who give you the absolute best opportunity to not only see them but to spend time with them. My guide Rohit, went above and beyond to make sure I got to see leopards. He tracked them through the sounds of the jungle and did his best to predict their movements. I went for a morning and evening drive in July and saw a total of five leopards. I got to spend some quality time with two, each passed right by my jeep only meters away! What an experience. One I will cherish forever! 😊

I have nothing against the guide or the national park itself. It’s a beautiful park right outside Jaipur, well preserved and you can see blue bulls, antelopes, monkeys and a variety of birds.

I didn’t get to see a leopard, I’d say chance of spotting one is quite low. Which is still ok, they don’t guarantee it.

The tour operator, Jhana Panther Safari is a dishonest business, do business with others if you get chance.

We paid for an English tour by a “naturalist”, we received a guide who was inexperienced and did not speak any English. And him being a naturalist? He was looking at his phone for explanations of different bird species and reciting them to us in Hindi. The guide was a nice kid, but this is one of the more expensive operators. We paid double the fee of the cheapest tour in the reserve.

      Our hotel was 10 km away from the reserve, and when I asked for a pickup, the operator said they can’t because they only do pickups within the 8km radius of the reserve and asked for 800 rupees extra. Mind the fact that with uber it’s 400 round trip. The same guy, who is so adamant about the rules and promises;
      - Started the tour late
      - Squeezed an extra person in the jeep
      - Did not provide an English speaking guide

He did not say a word until we confronted him. So we had a tour where the guide recited to us explanations about what we were seeing in Hindi; where we did not have any leopard sightings and did not get picked up.

Avoid them and go to other operators, as far as we observed all the other operators do the same thing.

Hello Sir, We are really sorry for the experience....trust it was not planned like this. English Speaking Guide was designated for the safari. The guide had a serious accident on bike and could not reach Jhalana and his phone was no reply. The driver waited for 10minutes and then moved inside in hope the guide will come. If you would remember the co-driver seat was empty all the time. The last communication we had was he is in the hospital. It was a sold out date for Jhalana and at the last moment guide was not arranged. Apologies for the same. We are not dishonest as we do not do pick up and drop beyond 8kms. There is a limit of upto 8 Sq kms pick up and drop from Jhalana Entry Gate. As we have Hotels which are even 60kms away. We don't do any pick up beyond this. 1). Started the tour late - Two things one the guide did not arrive so we started the tour 10 MInutes late and two more seats just came in at entry point. 2). Squeezed an extra person in the jeep - 6 People go in one vehicle. 3). Did not provide an English speaking guide - Yes we apologize for this ....as the guide met with an accident and we did not have a replacement for the same. No operator would like a unhappy guest. We try and ensure everyone who visits the park goes back happy ....Sightings or No Sightings. If you remember you came an hour early to the park and you requested and then we arranged a vehicle and had sent you for lunch to a distant area and also arranged for a drop to a different location after the safari. Trust we tried everything honestly to make your experience good. Regards Team World of Wilders

Couldn't spot a single Leapord in the 2.5hrs evening slot that we had.
Due to tension in the city, the roads were blocked on 6th Dec and we couldn't make it to the safari as we didn't want to risk it with our kid being there.
The requests to shift the booking to the next day was not entertained and the tour people wanted us to be there anyhow, despite government orders to shut everything in the city.
I made arrangements through a different agent for the next day at half the cost.
The charges by this agent was almost 100% more than what I paid the next day through the next agent for the same experience.

They don't offer refund at any cost, even if city being shut so book at your own risk.I had to let go of my complete booking amount.

Thanks for the review Sir Sighting is not in our hands sir. We can put in our 100% efforts but sightings are by luck. Permits once done in Jhalana (Its governed by the state government) cannot be altered, canceled or modified by us or anyone. it was mentioned at the booking time also its a no cancellation booking permit. The reserve was open on 6th Dec 2023. All vehicles went inside on this day. There was no government order for closure of park for 6th Dec 2023. What you buy from a different agent and different price is totally your choice and we can't judge that. We can justify our quoted price with all the services and experience. THE MAGNIFICENT n FABULOUS LEOPARD.. the drive inside the Jungle with Kunal and his Gypsy driver was itself so wonderful, the insights he gave us about each life we came across, including the smallest bird, different deer, peacock was so enriching. His determination and telepathy to see the leopard was so strong that after multiple tracks and turns we did see the magnificent gorgeous cat. My kids were simply awestruck seeing the shy yet classic leopard. Thank u so much Kunal for giving us this memory.

Took a guided tour with world of wilders and had a wonderful time from reservations to pick up drop from Hotel and Safari experience. On WhatsApp. The knowledge our Guide Sourabh Saini had was immense. He showed us some very colorful birds, monitor lizard, foxs and offcourse the main attraction the Leopards. We were the ones to actually track and spot the leopard unbelievably on a squirrel alarm call......at first I thought it was fake but actually a leopard moved out of nowhere in 30 minutes of patiently waiting and then our guide called other vehicles also.
I would highly recommend booking with these people for immediate response, time commitments and quality of service. Saw Two leopards.
You can whatsapp or call on +91-9001846629 for reservations.
      Will be back soon.

We were picked up in a jeep from our hotel before dawn. The Jhalana Leopard Preserve is just outside Jaipur so easy to get to. Within 5 minutes of entering we saw a male leopard snoozing close to the dirt track. He woke up when a dog in the distance started barking (dogs that wander into the preserve are fair game). Then the real drama began. A large hyena came galumphing towards us, without a care in the world, totally unaware of the leopard watching him and crouching in a posture ready to pounce. You should have seen Mr. Hyena jump back when he finally realized that Mr. Leopard was ten feet away! Fortunately for the hyena our leopard had eaten the day before and let him pass by. You will never see anything like this in a zoo!

We were lucky to have Rohit Gangwal as our guide, so got a great appreciation for how the preserve is about much more than leopards. He explained that by creating a viable preserve for an apex predator, you make an ecosystem that supports all kinds of creatures, including about a 100 different kinds of birds, many of which we spotted (sometimes with his help) as we drove around the preserve. Lots of Sambar deer including babies.

At the end you can visit their nice interpretative center (clean bathrooms too). Don't miss this experience.

It was great safari trip along with my friends and family... exciting rough-ride driving experience - being jostled to see much in the way of wildlife. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we halted frequently to take in the natural beauty and wildlife. We saw two panthers - one female very close casually walking about and another large male who looked a bit scary!
