Worst Experience Ever. I have booked trips using make my trip before which have been great but I decided to use this start up of a company Thrillophilia for my family trip in Bhutan. Worst people to deal with, rudest staff, Sunny Sharma from the sales team literally asked me to go **** myself when I said that I will report his rude behavior to the CEO of the company who is another ignorant person. We booked a 7 day tour and it was 3 of us. they gave us the worst car and we had to sit like packed sardines for literally 7 days. The hotels were away from the city and unhygienic.

People beware of getting into a mess if you book through Thrillophilia. We went to Maldives and had taken an all inclusive package for OBLU Nature Helengeli. We did full payment in India and upon reaching we were informed that Thrillophilia has not maded payment to the local agent and we had to spend a couple of hours to sort out the matter with Thrillophilia from the airport. We also had to loose on the quality time which otherwise we could have spent at the resort. The resort is excellent but there too Thrillophilia did not coordinate for what we paid and we had to sort out the problems ourselves. The easy way of getting rid of solving the problem was to ask us to raise a ticket and raising the ticket was also of no use with no revert, response or assistance. PEOPLE BEWARE of this AGENCY!!!

It was a great and seamless experience from thrillophilia. Highly recommended services. All the inclusions were good and as per agreement.

The worst part about booking from Thrillophilia is their selection of hotels. I’ve had a bad experience twice. Once when I went to Leh-Ladakh with my friend in 2022, the property is Leh was very bad. No basic amenities, the construction of the rooms, toilet defied all logic. And trust me there are better options out there. Had a very bad experience in my recent trip to Arunachal Pradesh. Again, same issue with hotels. This time the hotels in Dirang and Bomdila were good however the most time that we spent was in Tawang and here although I was told that we will be in a hotel, we were booked in a home stay. The sign board reads hotel but it was more like a home stay. Basic things and amenities had to be requested. We were given a room in the attic in an extremely cold weather. Poor breakfast for food options, unclean tables, clogged wash basins, unhygienic dining area. I was earlier informed that all hotels in Tawang are similar however, I completely disagree now since I have been on ground and seen the available options close to the main/old markets. There are better places but even despite booking delux category hotels we were given a property which was too far from the downtown area. Also, hotel in Guwahati was good but it was 1 hour away from the airport. They knew from the very beginning that we had our return flight at 6 am but still they booked us in a hotel which was so far away from the airport and trust me it’s not because of lack of properties near the airport so I really don’t understand the logic. Lastly, their trip support almost does not exist. For us it was provided through another local travel agency. We had an issue with our flights getting delayed/rescheduled. I first tried calling Thrillophilia directly but to no avail. I raised a ticket and it showed the SLA of 12 hours. Then I contacted the travel agency for on ground/during trip support and no one from their picked up either so I dropped them a message on wa and then I had to then liaise with the hotel and driver directly Never ever booking with them again.

Recently had a trek booked by thrillophillia, to Netravati in Chikmagalur. The trek was moved to Kurinjal as netravati trek permits weren't available around 30 dec. However everything remained same. We were around 40 people. The 2 days were amazing. The manager was good. The trek was managed by Antariksh trekkers. The homestay was good enough in a peaceful place near a river. But as there were 2 groups around 50 to 60 so was overcrowded. Just the bus transport could have been better for a 8 hrs journey. Overall good experience

The trip was very well organised. The entire journey was smooth and hassle free right from hopping to different cities and checkin at hotels to local sightseeing. The hotels booked were also at prime locations which helped us in reducing the travelling time to all the historical places.

Trip was amazing with thrillophilia...behavior of local staff was good...Local staffs were very Supporting and Punctual..

It is very sad that after calling almost 7-8 times and each time I was promised a call back i was not called even once .We were charged for a 5star house board in Alleppey , then not even give 2 star service and later say they can't do anything about it ..we felt cheated and helpless. It was biggest mistake , trusting and booking through them . See what was given ..no soap not even toilet roll Once it's paid , no body bothers .

My first international trip and had chosen Thrillophilia and they didn’t disappoint. Whatever Itinerary was given was executed in the perfect way. The communication was smooth and well planned. Would like to share some pics as well and 2025 is here so will plan anew trip with thrillophilia again.
