About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- andreapH7565RN0 contributionsAmazing opportunity to be taught authentic yogaI had some fantastic yoga sessions with Ashok. His teaching style is amazing! He is truly a wise man; we had some amazing discussions. He taught me Pranayama, which i had never done before and he really explained it well, The reason why it was important and the benefits of doing it as well as talking me through how to do it. The Yoga was thorough. He really went through the asanas and helped me to perfect them. I would say his style of teaching can help those new to Yoga as well as the more experienced. He is so gentle and patient. His directions were clear and with proper explanation. Not just on how to do the asanas but on why they can benefit you. From him, it is clear how the practice of Yoga can benefit your wellbeing, your health as well as your fitness and flexibility. I really wish I could have spent more sessions with him and will definitely be back when I am next in Jaipur. I feel honored to have had the opportunity to have been taught by him and have taken away so much which I will continue to use. Thanks also to his wonderful wife, who made us chai and gave me biscuits after each session. Thankyou Mr Sharma 😊Written 3 October 2024
- Louisarothery0 contributionsYoga and cooking classWe did both the yoga and the cooking class. Yoga was super interesting, would recommend if you are keen on learning about the different types of yoga, we did a lot of breath work. Was nice location on rooftop, good to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cooking class with Raveena was incredible!!! Such a welcoming environment, lovely clean kitchen and great range of dishes. She was very informative and most importantly the food tasted amazing. It gave us some great basic Indian recipes to take back home with and share with my family and friends. If you can’t go along to her class follow her Instagram and YouTube food with raveena.Written 23 August 2024
- D5868GXlucasf0 contributionsSafari a Rathamborethe driver very attentive and friendly We really liked the visit to the fort, beautiful views of the park and it just coincided with a religious day, so we were able to see that too In the park we could see the tiger about 30 meters away, deer and impala super complete lunch We are from ArgentinaWritten 7 August 2024
- Pathfinder7226260 contributionsMy family had a wonderfull day!The driver was friendly and had a nice car. The guide was good at explaining what happened around us, and especialy we liked how he arranged a temple priest to help us through a cerremony. He did not ask us first if this was something we would like, and if he had done so we would probably have said no - yet this was the high light of the tour. The Camel ride was great - had it ben 15 minutes sorter it would have ben just as great🙂 Lunch was at a very good resturent as well. We did not fully understand that the guide would not meet us at the end of the cable car ride, so we missed the opertunity to tip him. The only Thing that we would have liked was 30 minutes at the Market, but we ran out of time 🙂Written 17 July 2024

- 111ww0 contributionsExcellent golden triangle tour with wildlife customasation! We have had an excellent experience with VWI tours. Sukret was very informative and helped us very well planning the tour with some customisations. Our main goal was seeing the big cats and that was a big succes because they booked the right zones for the best safari's! Wasim our driver/guide did an outstanding job and we liked the hotels we were staying in. Definitely would recommend booking this the golden triangle tour!Written 21 May 2024
- ThePobV0 contributionsGreat option to see Rajasthan! (With some flaws)Well curated tour, well put together. If you're looking to see many part of Rajasthan without worrying about getting around this tour is great. The tour company is extremely responsive and there to answer any questions you may have which is awesome. Sukret was always there to help, he was great. The driver Wasim was fantastic. He really go out of his way to make sure you're good. He helped took me to dinner places I wanted, when I need groceries, even random interesting spots along the road. He always open the door, let me play my own music, fun to talk to. Really helped made the trip better. The destination were also welled planned but when it comes down to it, the days may switch a bit. Make sure you talk to driver and you hit all the spots. The problem is you have different tour guide at each city, and they don't know your itinerary. They're just there for the day. Your guide quality varies. Some I thought was okay, some were fantastic. None were bad. Although many of them always take me to a tourist shop to buy stuff at the end, at least they don't pressure you. But it gets annoying everyday. The low light was a really bad hotel in the desert dunes near Jaiselmer. It was atrocious, no toilet paper or clean toilet, room was filthy, barely have electricity, no towels and when asked they offered dirty ones. Luckily my driver Wasim came to the rescue and yelled at them and we got another hotel with same operator that was acceptable. The hotel seems to have many falsehood, at various websites. I wished the tour company checked or knew beforehand. Overall, this tour I thought was very good value. It can be hard to get around and see all of Rajasthan and this was definitely one of the best way to do it! I've seen some incredible things and it's a beautiful way to see India / Rajasthan.Written 21 May 2024

- ludbe0 contributionsA nice experience in the morningI spent three weeks attending morning yoga sessions with Ashok. Being a complete beginner, I appreciated his ability to tailor the sessions to my level and preferences. Throughout the days, I noticed significant progress in my practice. Ashok is truly delightful; his English proficiency is adequate, and the post-yoga tea sessions provided a wonderful opportunity for camaraderie. I thoroughly enjoyed the experienceWritten 13 May 2024
- ludbe0 contributionsPuskar is interesting despite the long tripMy day trip to Pushkar was quite interesting, although the journey was a bit long. However, our guide was very friendly and the restaurant we visited was also quite nice. On the other hand, the jeep tour in the desert felt unnecessary. Spending an hour driving full speed over a sand dune wasn't particularly enjoyable or insightful. I believe a tour of the streets of Pushkar would have been more interesting and enrichingWritten 13 May 2024

- romadaro0 contributionsExceptional ExperienceWe are back home in the US and I can’t say enough good things about this tour and the exceptional customer service provided by Sukret, the tour coordinator, and staff from start to finish. Although all communications were via emails as far as planning, Sukret was always responsive and very easy to work with up to and throughout our journey. In addition, every guide and driver that we had in every city was extremely knowledgeable on Indian culture and the various religions practiced throughout the country. While nothing tops seeing the Taj Mahal in person at sunrise, experiencing the sunrise boat tour on the Ganges in Varanasi was just as awesome. Then, there’s the Rickshaw ride through Old Delhi which was truly unforgettable and really big fun! Of course, the train rides are unique, as well, and definitely a conversation piece when you return home. We were somewhat hesitant about the train rides, but it was clean, safe and gave the tour a whole new dimension. Big thanks to all who were a part of our trip, but especially Anesh, our driver in Delhi, Jaipur and Agra, and Maninder, our guide in Delhi.Written 1 April 2024
- Alexprovost0 contributionsOnce in a lifetime experience - it’s worth it for the guide to increase chance of tiger sightingsThe trip was so good - we were so lucky because we got to see a tigress and her 3 cubs plus another tiger in the bush! We saw her kill a spotted deer in the lake and then hide it in the bush and growl for her cubs to come. One of the best things I’ve seen in India and in my life! Sukret the tour organizer made sure to book me for the good zones — 4-6 where you can see tigers. The other ones after are too arid. Make sure you pay for the better tour in order to go to the better places! Wasim the driver was very professional and polite too made sure we arrived and came back to Jaipur on time. And please don’t worry about the length of the drive, it is a long day but there are stops and they make sure you are comfortable so it’s not miserable by any means. The hotel you stop at to wait before going to the park is nice too, mostly business people and tourists on holiday there so it feels like a comfortable crowd, safari bus driver is very good and speaks good English. The guide told me if you go with them 4/5 times you can see tigers vs going by yourself, another wildlife documentary guy told me he only sees them about 2/5 of the time.Written 30 March 2024

I found this to be more of a demonstration than a cooking class.
We watched the host cook while her daughter explained the ingredients.
We often sat in the lounge while the food cooked which gave us time to chat to the other travellers.
The food was delicious and the host very welcoming.
I would have liked to have actually cooked the food myself.
I have also provided this feedback to the organiser and it was graciously accepted.

This clocking class was our first experience in this category. We enjoyed the whole thing, the fact to be able to visit an Indian home and see how in daily life meals are prepared was very neat. The family we met was very nice and the lady explained in an easy way the steps to prepare a tasty lunch. I definitely recommend this class to anyone who wants to learn more about the Indian Cuisine.

From the time we entered Raveenas home, we felt so warm and welcome by her and her husband. It was so easy to communicate with both, they both are so willing to share their knowledge on authentic North Indian home cooking. We learnt new cooking techniques and uses of different spices and veggies. Definitely a very fun and informative class for anyone who loves food and the kitchen.

We had the most enjoyable evening with Sharda. We learnt so much from her. We made delicious vegetable dishes and learnt how to make chapati and Marsala tea. The rice pudding was also delicious! We can’t wait to go back home and make these dishes for our friends and family! The kitchen and apartment is very new and clean. Sharda’s family was home and we enjoyed chatting with her daughter too. If you are looking for an informative fun evening learning about flavours and how to make real home cooked Indian food then book this class!
Tip is take lots of videos and photos so that you remember how to make the dishes at home! Thank you again to Sharda and her family for making us feel like old friends and sharing your knowledge with us.

Sharda was wonderful to learn to cook an authentic Indian meal with in her own home. She took the time to explain every step and get you involved. Then we sat together to share traditional masala chai tea and the meal. Would absolutely recommend this class for the full experience!!

We were able to book the cooking course at relatively short notice. Super convenient was right at the beginning (and out the back) the pick-up and delivery service from or to the hotel. The hostess was friendly and explained all the steps of each recipe (we prepared a vegetarian dish, bread, daal and rice pudding) step by step and let us help. Also getting to know the family and being able to talk to locals about the city and country was great. Thanks again and we would always recommend you!

This was probably our favourite experience in Jaipur. Komal welcomed us into her home and her daughter Vrindavani was an excellent translator. We learned to make paneer masala, fried daal, chapatis and rice pudding, and they easily accommodated my preference for less spicy food. Things were well prepared to make the most of our time. We have the recipes and the memories to take back with us!

We had a fantastic experience with Raveena! We had a private cooking class where we learnt some traditional Indian dishes, including how to make chapati and paneer masala. We really enjoyed the process of cooking and learning about the spices used. We had some great conversations with Raveena and were made to feel really welcome in her home. Highly recommend this cooking class and the food was tasty too.

I really enjoyed this demo, which is what it was rather than a hands on session, which I would have preferred. The food made was really delicious so I picked up some good tips. Considering the cost and included transport it was really good value. I was the only person attending so it would have been better if others were there. They are such a lovely family with a lovely home so I would recommend.

We spent an evening with Sharda and her lovely family making a couple of dishes, some chapatis and a rice dessert.
Very basic stuff but a good grounding in simple food.
Pick up and drop off from our hotel was a bonus.

There was a problem at that time in tripadvisor booking platform. We are flexible with the participants if they have another time to attend cooking class we can organize it too.
