The tour was everything that we expected and more! The guide Anthony arrived on time and the driver Jiten drove very safely throughout the journey. They were extremely friendly, always being very helpful and patient. They provided us chai, water and an amazing experience. The place was beautiful and very worth visiting. Highly recommended.

Avoid this tour in January February. Five hours of driving and all you see is some dirty dry hills. We were taken to one overlook which was a dirt parking lot with empty cellar stalls (see photo), no greenery, no nature experience at all. THE PHOTOS ON THE LISTING showing LUSH HILLS ARE NOT WHAT YOU SEE. Just dry dirty dusty roads. No waterfalls. The TripAdvisor listing is NOT A HONEST DESCRIPTION OF THE EXPERIENCE WHICH IS NOT A "TOUR". Just a full day car trip to some modest hills.
Driver kindly eliminated the second dirt overlook and took us instead to an ancient Buddhist cave, there we had to pay admission fees and there is no pamphlet or interpretation or guide. Multiple sites listed online for itinerary were skipped including gardens and shrine. Then we drove back to Mumbai.
Exhausting day of heavy traffic and driving and all we got to see in six hours was one dirty parking lot and one Buddhist cave. Mumbai traffic is hair raising and the roads are bumpy.
There were no stops for lunch or using bathroom facilities. We were offered one road stop on the outbound trip when we didn’t need it but we’re not informed that there were no other facilities available the rest of the day. Despite contacting tour operator ahead, we were not advised to bring our own food or water.
We contacted the tour operator with our complaints, and they refused any partial refund. This trip is actually just car transportation, back and forth to see dry hills, it is not a “tour“ as there was no guiding and no sights.

We are heartly sorry for experience with us.we apologies for inconvenience.
It is clearly mentioned in itinerary to be on Lonavala Hill station ideal time is monsoon and no one can control nature, climate.
In itinerary buddist caves are not part of experience but as our driver saw your disappointmentvso he came up with suggestion of caves and he described about entry fees as you said yes then he taken you to caves.
For Bumby roads and litter on hills we mailed to authority of tourism already.
Driver asked while going from Highway to stop on foodmall for washroom but you said 'no' so he drove towards.
Near caves washroom was there but it was unhygienic so our driver approached to a girls hostel for your convenience.
Once again sorry for inconvenience.

So I am from kolkata and it was my first time that I’d visited Mumbai and me and my friend planned a trip to Lonavala.
Dipen Bhaiya came with the car and was ready just on time. He was respectful, well mannered and full of knowledge about the places
Most importantly he is a very good photographer which was an added advantage for bloggers like me 😅
There was not a single moment that we felt bored or giddy. The entire trip was phenomenal
He had even dropped me to the airport and the whole experience was extremely soothing
Quite missing it as well as I am back to me base
But surely planning more such wonderful trips very soon

My guide Dipen was wonderful and really made my Lonavla tour memorable. He was patient enough to add in a trip to Karla caves as well as hitting all the best spots in Lonavla. His English was excellent and his picture taking skills were even better. As a Westerner I felt safe and comfortable the entire day. I highly recommend Dipen, as well as Linda Tours.

That's what the resort is named, with a unique name and the the charm of its surroundings adds to it. Anyone care for a lazy swim in the swimming pool! Maybe during a cool morning or in the late afternoon when the sun rays warm up the water. The kids could enjoy a swim too or play an outdoor game or go cycling. Families can bond over a variety of indoor games. Couples can steal many a quiet moment on any of the two garden swings amongst flowering trees and a long hedge. Foodies can binge on the breakfast and dinner buffet spread. There's something there to suit everyone's tastes! Lunch is ala carte. Budding astronomers can take a peak at "Chandamama" and other celestial objects. The thrill of viewing the stars, planets and constellations in the vast, clear night sky above is a rare opportunity which city kids miss. And that too through a telescope on a chilly night. You can go in for a hot bowl of soup thereafter!! The staff are courteous and approachable. The welcome is warm. The rooms are spacious, the beds huge and inviting for a good night's sleep. Did I mention party time on New Year's Eve for the dancing crowd and ghazal night below the stars on a winter night for the others! The children can enjoy the Magic Show.
