I called to cancel this service (hotel pickup with airport assistance and transfer) one week in advance of my departure date, as I had discovered that I did not need it. I was told to send an email to them to cancel, which I did twice over the next 5 days. I was never responded to and so the service was not cancelled or refunded as by their policy. Very very poor customer service.

The service was just outstanding and the porter who helped us is really appreciated. We value the services provided for us at the airport for the meet and greet assistance

The worst wheelchair service I experienced at the IGI Delhi Airport through Air India. It was simply chaotic. No one seems to know who is in charge to approach. I was so frustrated that I decided to make the trip to Security limping. It is not convenient for international passengers arriving late evening or night at IGI.

Excellent service for families with children, our hostess met us at the aerobridge where she had a buggy waiting for us , we were travling with our 8 month old baby. We had a lot of bags so this was perfect. We also booked transfer to our home which was smooth and quick!

We went on a Saturday, it was overcrowded, we had to wait for 1 hour to get in the ride. Park is too expensive and I didn’t find value for money.
