Flexibility and understanding: The express train tickets they booked for me from Jaipur to Dehli was still waitlisted the evening before departure. Suarav was quick to adjust my itinerary according to my needs, in the event I did not get the train tickets. Sometimes, it's these hiccups that makes or breaks the traveler's entire experience. In this case, Saurav handled it very professionally. Responsible driver, clean car: Mr. Deepak was very responsible and drove superbly. Since we did not have a tour guide, he advised us on how to be safe. He took extremely good care of us. Overall, highly recommend Ghum India Ghum for a private, customized itinerary to India. You will be in good hands.

Took a trip through the North and South of India with Ghum India Ghum, Saurav and his team were outstanding, from arranging tour guides and transport vehicles in Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Varanasi, Mumbai, Goa and Chennai to arranging accommodation in each of the cities, drop-offs, pickups from airports, train stations, and making sure we were seen to throughout our holiday. I have no hesitation in recommending this tour company. They were punctual, the drivers and guides where knowledgeable – spoke english, we did not have a day were we were left stranded, or their services faltered We had a tailor made itinerary including places we were interested in, Ghum India Ghum made sure that we had the best experience in this land, daily activities, sightseeing, shopping as well as holy sites. Should I ever return to India, I will undoubtedly use Ghum India Ghum again, they surpassed my expectations, their pricing was reasonable (Given that we travelled during the peak season)

Our experience couldn’t have been better. We always had someone with us to guide us in every place we visited and all the guides were excellent . However, the most important thing I am grateful for, is our driver Suraj, who was a great professional and at the same time kind , supportive and helpful . Overall, we were very happy with our tour. Our driver, Deepack, was perfect—he was very kind and attentive. He was extremely punctual, patient, and very careful, which was very important to me as I must admit I was quite stressed about the roads and Indian driving 😜. The hotels were also very beautiful, with a special mention for the Oberoi in Udaipur and the Umaid Bhawan in Jodhpur. The guides were generally good and punctual. They were sometimes a bit rushed, but fortunately, our driver Deepack was always there to accommodate our additional requests. The cooking class was super fun—we really enjoyed it! The people who hosted us were very warm, down-to-earth, and authentic. It was an excellent experience overall. We especially enjoyed driving through the countryside, seeing the women dressed in beautiful colors and the joyful, clever smiles of the children. After spending four days in Mumbai, we were absolutely delighted with our 7-night tour of Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Agra, and New Delhi organized by Ghum India Ghum. From the very beginning, Sarvjeet was extremely professional and highly responsive to all my requests. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again or to recommend them to my friends.

We had an amazing time during our tour! Our driver, Deepack, was really nice and attentive. He was really prudent and made us discover India and its specialties. He made our trip unforgettable!! The hotels were absolutely beautiful and unique. The guides were pretty good and could answer all of our questions. Sarvjeet was also very efficient when organizing the trip. He was also present during it in case we had and questions. All of this made the holiday very aggreable for all my family!!

I was somehow hesitant in booking with a tour operator because I hadn't had good experiences in the past. I am so glad that my partner convinced me to boo with Ghum India Ghum. This can be well summarised in four points.   The booking: The care, flexibility, and professionalism they have shown are incredible. We gave them a list of places we wanted to visit, how many days we had to visit them, our approximate budget, and a few more preferences. From that they mixed and matched some of the packages they offer as standard and created an ad hoc private tour for us, adding a few places that we didn't know about but that we ended up loving. Plus, the checked live with us for regular feedback and request/complain (which we didn't have).   The Guides: We had a dedicated guide in each city, and each of them gave us an extensive insight on what we were visiting, adapting their styles to what we were most interested in. Also, this is the first travel in which my partner and I have couple pictures that are not selfies. Most guides showed us great spots and took pictures of us there.    The driver: For the first half of our journey, Deepak was our driver. He welcomed us when we arrived in the country and accompanied us until it was time to fly south. He was punctual, incredibly polite, and respectful. He offered some explanation every time we passed something interesting, pointing it out to us, and stopped whenever we wanted to take a picture or see something.  He's also a great driver, and we always felt safe, even while driving on the busiest roads.  He was honestly great, and if you end up with him, consider yourself lucky.    The accommodation: They booked accommodation based on the budget after asking if we were interested in upgrading it to 5-star hotels. We choose to stick to 3 stars, and they did a great job providing adequate hotels with breakfast included. Useful tip: Most hotels have no heating, and in the north in winter, it can be quite cold/chilly at night in the room. Bring some warm clothing.    Overall, I would definitely recommend booking with them if you want to enjoy your journey free from any worries.

We had a wonderful experience. We visited many countries in our lives but our experience with Ghum India Ghum and India as a whole beats most if not all of them. Deepak was a fantastic and helpful driver, really making this a memorable journey.

Bala was very fun to go with and gave very interesting facts. Would definitely recommend him as he really shows the culture of India and Mumbai.

Ghum India Ghum were incredible at every point. We had a custom itinerary and they were very flexible before we travelled to ensure we got to do what we wanted. The flexibility didn't stop there as every guide arranged by Ghum India Ghum were equally as flexible, helping us fit in things not on the itinerary. We visited Agra, Taj Mahal, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Bundi and Udaipur across 9 days. We had arranged guides in some places but in others our driver helped us find trusted registered local guides. Our driver Harish was just as amazing as the rest of the trip really helping us out at every point he could. He was flexible on timings every day, gave us good advice, took us to great places for lunch on those long drives and was an excellent driver in the busy Indian towns and cities. We couldn't have asked for more from this company and would use them again in a heart beat. They're helpful, flexible, knowledgeable and above all else reasonably priced! India is a magic country! I saw beautiful monument and wonderful animals. The culture impact for european people is very strong. I'd like to thank to Ghum India Ghum for this fantastic experience!
