I stumbled upon this tour while I was looking for something affordable yet safe, as a solo traveler. Salim Khan, the guide is very efficient and informative. He holds a plethora of knowledge from the history of Taj, the different views of Taj, going in and around the city, and the rich culture and craftsmanship of Agra. Salim was super supportive by taking pictures and made sure every minute of my time in Agra is well spent. Highly recommend the sunrise tour of Taj especially in summers, with this guide if you wanna take home a bit of the exquisite Taj and the culture of Mughals in Agra.

We started our day at 3:00am and ended at 4:00pm. The process and tour was smooth. Our tour guide Danish was very informative and our driver Sonu was patient. Both Danish and Sonu are very friendly.
Sonu took us to a pit stop and gave us Masala Tea to try for the first time an hour into our drive. Danish was there with us the entire time and gave us more than enough information about the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Baby Taj. He also talked about the embroidery and stone craftsmanship which prepped you for the Embroidery and Stone tour after the Taj Mahal Tour. Danish took many photos for us during the taj mahal tour. After Taj Mahal we had breakfast which was included in our ticket. The food was delicious. After breakfast we went to the embroidery and stone tours. He takes us to a shop where they are hand making the items and the workers show you around the store for you to purchase something. It was beautiful work but note that these items are expensive.
Highly recommend Danish for English or Russian tours and Sonu for driving.
We didnt purchase the entrance fee with this tour so we had to purchase when we got there. Tickets are cash only and costed 13,000 INR per person.
You're not allowed to bring food in so eat a bit before.
This tour was very well worth it, but i would just purchase the ticket online but make sure to purchase the ticket that allows you to enter into the Taj Mahal as well.

Shuaib was our guide and he did a fantastic job navigating us through both Taj Mahal and Agra Fort on the eve of New Year 2022. It was so crowded he helped us get out of the long queues.
It's not my first tour, but interestingly, he dispelled the myths and false information I had heard in my previous tours.
He didn't try to upsell us anything and also made sure we didn't fall into the traps of other street vendors.
His English is good and it wasn't difficult to understand what he was saying during the tour or in conversation.

I have wanted to see the Taj Mahal since I was a kid (American) and my boyfriend had never seen it either (he is from Maharastra). From the beginning, this booking went perfectly—the cab showed up on time (3 am for a sunrise tour!) and, despite the massive amounts of fog on the way from Delhi, our driver was very skilled and I felt safe enough to sleep in the car. Our guide, Vishal, was hugely helpful both with historical information and photographing us and finding us a photographer—we ended up with a lovely photo album! Also, my Hindi is embarrassingly non-existent and I was easily able to follow along in English. We got into the Taj Mahal quickly and avoided most of the crowd, with minimal wait for picture spots. I also got to spend time seeing (and making a sad attempt at) the work done by the descendants of the original architects to keep the Taj Mahal in good shape. The booking came with lunch at a great restaurant, water bottles as needed, and Vishal patiently took us everywhere on our list for as long as we wanted—Agra has much more than just the Taj Mahal, including Agra Fort and the Baby Taj.

I had a wonder trip to Agra. I had to book a variation of the day tour as I needed to be picked up from Delhi airport and dropped back to Aerocity the next day before an early flight. As a woman travelling on my own, safety was a consideration and I felt safe at all times on this tour. My driver met me at the airport with a sign which was a huge relief as my flight was delayed and the airport is very busy!! The car was good and there were seatbelts in the back which I like coming from Australia! The driver was excellent and drove very safely at all times - city traffic can be chaotic!! We stopped for a very welcome chai along the way and he told me about the areas we were passing though - it’s a 3-4 hour drive so this was an added bonus. I’d booked my own hotel in Agra but the company could have arranged this for me too. I was picked up early next morning but my guide’s scooter had broken down in the monsoon flood overnight. Fortunately we could pick him up and we got to the Taj before the crowds arrived. After breakfast back at my hotel we went to the Red Fort and the Baby Taj. My guide was very knowledgeable and told me so much about all the wonderful places we visited. Afterwards there was time for some souvenir shopping before the drive back to Delhi. It was a lot of travelling across the two days but a fabulous way to finish up my holiday in India!!

We did an extended layover for just two days in Delhi on our way home from the Maldives. The Taj Mahal has been on our bucket list of places we have to see. We landed on the Day Tour from Amin Tours and couldn’t be happier. They provided door stop to door stop service with attentive drivers getting us everywhere we needed to go. The first class service on the fast train from Delhi to Agra was comfortable and the time sped by with the meal service provided. Once in Agra another attentive driver took us to pickup and meet our tour guide, Faizal. Faizal spoke easy to understand English (as well as four others)! Our first stop was the Taj Mahal were we spent nearly three hours taking in the awesome splendour of this world wonder. Faisal gave us detailed history of the mausoleum and the love story behind it, arranged and managed the photographer for great shots of us (very reasonably priced and I highly recommend it) and also helped keep the street hawkers away on our walk to and from the Taj. The stop to see the marble inlay artisans who demonstrated how the beautiful art we say in the mausoleum was created was very interesting and they had a gallery of pieces to browse at various price points but without any sales pressure. For lunch Faizal gave us the option of a more American-friendly buffet at a hotel or an Indian lunch at a local restaurant. We chose the Indian restaurant (of course) and it was delicious! Next stop was a drive by of the Agra Fort and then onto the Baby Taj which was a smaller and less grand predecessor to the Taj Mahal. We had an option to stop at a pashmina fabric shop that we declined and instead Faizal took us to his office for a love masala chain and biscuits where we cooled down and relaxed for 30 minutes before heading back to the train station for an easy ride back to Delhi. Again the driver was right at our door when we stepped off the train. No complaints whatsoever about the day and I couldn’t think of anything that could have been done better. I highly recommend this tour for anyone that wants a first class private tour of the Taj Mahal from Delhi!!

The guide Arif is very knowledgeable and clear in his explanation of Taj Mahal and knows how to give us the best experience. He also guided and helped us take photos at various photo spots. I would really recommend going with a guide especially someone like Arif: he has connections everywhere which helped us to cut down on queueing time giving us express entry everywhere, you get a photographer that knows where to capture the best angle, and you also get a “security guard” that helps you chase away the pesky roadside sellers. All in all it was a great experience with Arif👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I visited Taj Mahal with my guide Jugnu. He was one of the most energetic, nice, and knowledgable guides I have had. He ensured everything was taken care off, speeded up queuing, told me about not only Taj Mahal but also Indian history and culture, gave me time to enjoy the site, and helped me take photos. I’ll highly recommend him as a guide visiting cultural sites in Agra

I purchased this sunrise tour via Klook. The communication was spot on from the start with precise information on who the driver was and when to expect him.
Sonu drove well and it was a very smooth journey, despite the crazy fog. Along the way, we stopped by at Shiva Dhaba for a cup of really yummy chai that was served in clay cups. From a 3am start, it took us about 3 hours to reach Agra.
There, we met Owais the guide who was very thorough in his explanation of the Taj and of the surroundings. He also found quiet spots for us to take photos and helped us navigate other touts. I appreciated the heads up he gave on what to expect throughout the tour.
I would highly recommend this tour company with their professional drivers and tour guides.

We were pleased with the day , drivers turned up on time and were very helpful in getting on the right train etc.
Our guide was very knowledgable and respected his surroundings.
We were meant to go for lunch in a 5 star hotel but we were asked to go to a local place (which was nice but looked like every tourist in Agra had been taken there).
We got to see lots in our day tour and overall had a pleasant time, with the exception of visiting the ‘marble factory’ - where we were subjected to watching a demonstration of making marble products the the curtain would rise (the child in the back pulling the chord) and as if by magic a tonne of marble products were sat on the many shelves (all hand made in this little factory, obviously). We were a bit miffed with both our guide and with the tour operator for including this in something that we’d paid a lot of money for.
We didn’t make a fuss about it but did tell our driver it’s not for us he seemed miffed that he missed out on some
Commission but I’m not buying factory produced tat at heavily inflated prices.
The train is a great experience btw, definite go first class with air con and large, reclining seats.
Our guide was very knowledgable and respected his surroundings.
We were meant to go for lunch in a 5 star hotel but we were asked to go to a local place (which was nice but looked like every tourist in Agra had been taken there).
We got to see lots in our day tour and overall had a pleasant time, with the exception of visiting the ‘marble factory’ - where we were subjected to watching a demonstration of making marble products the the curtain would rise (the child in the back pulling the chord) and as if by magic a tonne of marble products were sat on the many shelves (all hand made in this little factory, obviously). We were a bit miffed with both our guide and with the tour operator for including this in something that we’d paid a lot of money for.
We didn’t make a fuss about it but did tell our driver it’s not for us he seemed miffed that he missed out on some
Commission but I’m not buying factory produced tat at heavily inflated prices.
The train is a great experience btw, definite go first class with air con and large, reclining seats.

I’m puzzled at the price structure for the ‘all inclusive tours’ - one company is offering the transfers, train and guide for £45 pp and it says doesn’t include lunch or monument fees. The all inclusive including lunch and monument fee is an extra £100 pp. we’ve looked at entrance fees and they come to about £20 pp which means an £80pp lunch, are we missing something here?!

I think we got everything for 80 eur, but we saw different prices for almost the same package. We took the tour through Marriot Bomboy app, so you also get points.

We booked the tour through Viator. It was called "Private Rour of Taj Mahal from Delhi"; they normally ask you fro What's app contacts right as the tour starts.

Hello! I will arrive at the Indira Gandhi airport from Bhopal at 9:30 am and my next flight out is at 2:40 am next day. Can you offer pickup at the airport after my 9:30 arrival, make a stop at Qutub Minar for a short visit on the way out of town, then reach Agra for the Taj Mahal and the Red Fort and the Baby Taj, and then drop me back to the airport? And for what price? Thank you
